• Ainsley (5/5): Great for a single person or couple - If this was for a couple it would be a splendid apartment as it’s new and fresh in a great location There is no sofa bed, it’s a chaise long The tumble dryer wouldn’t work

• Marcelo C. (9/5): Lovely apartment near to the center of the city - The apartment is well located, everything works as expected and it very luminous. The air conditioning remotes was missing, we did contact the host and he bring a new one for us within an hour. He is responsive Getting to the apartment is not well informed, the outside of the building has a temporary fence giving the building is not finished yet so finding the place was really hard and the entrance turned to be in the back

• Charles (1/5): Awfull service and communication from the host, announcement lying or not clear at all - La localisation proches des points d’intérêts de Tirana. Check in very complicated with information received only 10 min before so very inconvenient for people with no connexion on place. So it took me 2 hours to get in, also because there is not a single place to park in the street or nereby. Announce moment is mentioning free parking on place but that’s not true, you only receive information after booking that parking is additionnal fee to pay. Despite requests made 2 days before (as for the parking, no answer from the host) and an announcement mentioning a baby bed free of charge, it was not there and the host didn’t made any effort to help us to find a solution.
