- Raquel (9/5): Muy buena opción en Bilbao - El apartamento es amplio, cuenta con todo lo necesario y está bien aislado del ruido de la calle. El check-in online facilita poder llegar a la hora que quieras. La ubicación (Deusto) es excelente, teniendo una parada de metro justo delante, aunque también es posible cruzar la ría hacia el centro de Bilbao dando un paseo. Zona tranquila con mucho ambiente el fin de semana, con supermercados y zonas de aparcamiento cerca. Por decir algo, el apartamento es antiguo y precisaría alguna reforma, pero los muebles están muy bien cuidados y todo funciona correctamente.
- Shidramappa Jyoti (9/5): - I liked the location where it is located, it's near all commutes like trains, buses etc and also some of the attractions. Groceries, medical shops, etc are very near. And the apartment is also very good for families. Overall I liked the apartment. I didn't like the way the apartment was cleaned. The bathroom toilet commode was still with some shit stains, So they should be very careful cleaning such places very neatly and also there was some fungus smell at the hall. Sofas are very old and with some dust. I think they should consider changing sofas. And also they should place some air freshener to keep the air clean within the apartment. If they fix these issues it's a very good apartment for everyone including families.
- Pons Fàbregas (8/5): - Está muy bien ubicado, con la estación de metro en la puerta. Zona tranquila y cerca de la ría, para ir caminando dando un paseo a cualquier lado. Quizás apartamento con el mobiliario un poco anticuado y demasiadas alfombras para gente con alergias, como es el caso de mi marido y de una de mis hijas.

- Juan (6/5): bien, pero nada espectacular - el wifi se cortó y la puerta no abría con el código. Tuvimos que esperar que salga alguien del apartamento para poder entrar. cuando los llamamos, tardaron 20 minutos en responder. La comunicación con ellos no es fluida
