Recomendo muito o local pra quem se interessar Não podíamos usar a pscina e sauna, achei alguns dos trabalhados do prédio meio grosseiros. Fora isso a estadia foi excepcional.

Mas o condomínio há questões: os funcionários achei grosseiros , a o fato de não poder usar as dependências ( piscinas , academia ...) foi um um pouco chato . Não me senti confortável, exceto no imóvel do anfitrião.

Perfect for us who were not going to any tourist attractions on the other side of the city (its not far in distance but traffic is just really bad). Despite not having a ocean view (the apartment faces a swimming pool that we could not access, their rules. The apartment is spacious , lots of windows and natural light , a/c perfect(we did not use much) . During the day, we used fresh air. To access the beach is just to cross the avenue. I am from Rio but live in Las Vegas, so I know the neighborhood and city very well . Excellent area ! Safe area !Lots of excellent restaurants and kiosks around . Very easy to get a UBER (never more than 5 min wait) I stayed there in October/24) . Great wi-fi. Barra da Tijuca , is a very independent neighborhood, like a small city (but the traffic can be so bad hahhahah) . Anyway , I recommend and will rent again soon. Mattresses : suite , perfect . the second one, not so much. Storage space , good . I rented for 10 days, so I would cook sometimes but the pans are so old , looking so bad , that I basically want to get away from the kitchen. Since they have a wash machine and a place to dry , I would offer more than 2 clothing pins . In fact, just little details that makes a difference for people who travels a lot like us .

Self-service grocery within the same building. Don't miss the Saturday fresh market 100 m away. Nice kids play area within the condo. Many good bars and restaurant just at the corner. Grocery within 8 min. walk. Our little daughter was tempted to jump into the kids swimming pool all the time but we knew beforehand that it was not allowed for guests
