The pools were intimate and fun to spend the day, breakfast was fresh and tasty! The rooms didnt feel clean, furniture was old, mattresses were not very comfortable, smell was strange and there were ants all over. WiFi reception was very bad.

No tengo quejas y pienso volver :) Lastimosamente, llegamos cuando estaban renovando una parte del hotel. Pero promete ser una excelente opción aun más atractiva tras terminar los arreglos :)

- Catarina (1/5): Do not recommend, felt scammed - Beachfront Upon arrival, our bed sheets were wrinkly and had hairs, our towels were dirty and there were literal spider nets. Even worse, we had NO HOT WATER. This is not acceptable, especially not for the price. The worst part was the noise. The hotel is on the busiest road in Santa Teresa and its walls are extremely thin. You can hear every single vehicle and person walk by extremely loudly. We couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours. Also, some windows don’t have blinders so you get all the light in the morning.
- Michelle (10/5): My Kids and I LOVED it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - I'm a mom with a 3 year old and 6 year old, I stayed for 2 nights and I will definitely be staying here again. We checked-in with Francesca (and Francine) at the front desk, who immediately hit us with smiles, humor and an abundance of welcome which was much appreciated after traveling so far. My kids were high-fiving Francesca before we even headed to the room, lol. Francine led us to our room and one of their worker guys carried my (huge) luggage to our room and then gave us a tour. The layout is so thoughtful and gorgeous, seriously, you're steps away from the beach (without having to cross a street). The staff was extremely competent, attentive and friendly. The beds were very comfortable with loads of quality pillows, starch white sheets and beautiful blankets. Our room came with a whole kitchen in a separate area! I was traveling alone with my kids and I felt very safe here. They had us on the ground floor near the pool and it was perfect. There were other families, and my kids enjoyed the combo of pool play time, Disney movies in the room, ordering from their restaurant (chicken fingers were freshly made, not the frozen kind) and beach time. Their little restaurant area is really stunning and Marie, the chef, was amazing! Our stay included breakfast and I was expecting a buffet situation... I was so wrong! They had a beautiful menu with like 6 dishes to choose from and cooked each breakfast to order! The food was absolutely delicious! The coffee was amazing and strong! Only notes were that the tv/wifi signal didn't work very well, and turned off, or disconnected often. I was kind of nervous at first about security, but quickly realized the inside layout of the hotel was actually quite secure and I felt very safe. I couldn't figure out how to lock my room with the electric key pad system they had, but I also felt safe so I didn't really care. They had a lock box in the bathroom, but I didn't feel the need to use it, and my assumptions were correct, everything was great. 10/10 highly recommend staying here, especially if you have kids!

Pannes électriques répétées dans la nuit, ce qui réinitialisait le système des lumières qui se rallumaient en pleine nuit. Mais cela est biensûr pas de la faute de l'hôtel

Un gran plus es que cuentan con tomas para poder conectar el cargador portátil de vehículos eléctricos y aceptan mascotas. El área de la piscina estaba muy limpia y bonita. La habitación familiar estaba limpia y cómoda. Aunque la habitación estaba limpia, la habitación secundaria donde estaban las dos camas tenía un olor muy fuerte a moho. Solo nos quedamos una noche y se pudo tolerar, pero una estancia más larga no hubiera sido posible debido al olor.

Para nómadas digitales tener en consideración un plan b. Aunque no fue responsabilidad del hotel, la zona se quedó sin Internet y eso dificultó el trabajo, tampoco había buena señal de datos celulares. Francesca hizo todo lo posible por solucionar, sin embargo, ya fue un tema de la zona. El desayuno es poco, si sos de buen comer; quedarás con hambre. Me parece que no hay una buena relación precio-cantidad. Habían varias cucarachas pequeñas, nada que afecte realmente, sin embargo, si sería oportuno que fumigaran las habitaciones periódicamente para evitar que se salga de control y se convierta en plaga.

Es gab die ganze Zeit Kaffee und Wasser zur freien Verfügung, aber das absolute Highlight war das Frühstück – ausgezeichnet lecker und jedes Mal top! Laut Info gibt es Frühstück ab 7 Uhr-um 8 Uhr war dann erst der Kaffee fertig. Der Pool und der Bereich drumherum wurde nicht gereinigt. Benutze Handtücher vom Vortag wurden nicht eingesammelt. Das WLAN war schlechter als in sämtlichen Restaurants und Cafés in Santa Teresa. Die Toilette war defekt-verstopft.

- Finn (7/5): Gute Lage - Die Nähe zum Strand ist super. Fußläufig sind einige Restaurants zu erreichen. Wir hatten vier Übernachtungen gebucht und konnten leider nur einmal im Hotel frühstücken. An den anderen Tagen gab es Wertmarken für ein Café in der Nähe. Das Essen dort war lecker, aber es ist nicht dasselbe wie ein entspanntes Frühstück am Pool, wie man es bei der Buchung erwartet. Das Innenliegende Bad hatte keine Abluft und hat eher unangenehm gerochen. Insgesamt wirkt das Angebot nach außen sehr attraktiv, in der Realität aber etwas mehr Schein als Sein.

Den oprindelige pris matcher ikke stedet. Vores værelse føltes som et kælderrum med kun lidt lysindfald. Det lugtede meget fugtigt, og det bat præg af for lidt udluftning. Morgenmad matchede heller ikke prisen.

It was a bit confusing to get in. We arrived after hours and had trouble figuring out where the keypad is. In the dark, it is hard to see. You have to put your hand over it to turn it on, then input the code. Also, there is no hot water so showering is rough.
- sophia (4/5): - Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel did not meet our expectations. The bathroom showed visible mould, which was concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. Overall cleanliness throughout the property was lacking, making the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was very poor, with limited and unappealing options. Given the condition of the facilities and the overall experience, the value for money was disappointing. Additionally, the rooms were extremely noisy, whether facing the street or the backyard, where social groups were loud, which made it difficult to rest. On a positive note, the receptionist was kind and helpful, which we appreciated. We hope this feedback can be taken constructively and lead to improvements for future guests.

Y destinar alguna habitación para adultos mayores en primera planta. A mi me dieron una con rampa pero la cama demasiado alta. Solicite que me cambiaran y ellos muy amablemente me pasaron a otra habitación, que les quedo libre al dia siguiente, pero en un segundo piso. Deberian mejorar la comida que venden sus clientes.

- Federico (8/5): Location location location - La ubicacion es perfecta, a pasos de la playa, los supermercados y restaurantes mas famosos de la zona. Volveré al lugar sin duda. La habitación ya es un poco antiguada para lo que se observa en la zona, mobiliriario y otros elementos. No disminuye el confort de la estadia pero para clientes mas exigentes puede ser un tema a considerar.

- Marina (3/5): Leider enttäuschend, chaotisch und wenig „Boutique“ - Die grosse, private Terrasse mit Hängematte zum Pool ist sehr gemütlich und der Poolbereich recht schön angelegt. Das Bett ist schön gross und bequem. Man ist gleich am Meer und in zahlreichen Restaurants. Der Hotel Manager hat sich auf unsere Beschwerde hin zwar noch gemeldet, aber erst als wir schon abgereist waren. Leider gibt es zu unserem Aufenthalt nicht so viel positives zu berichten. Wir haben von einem „Boutique Hotel“ echt mehr erwartet. Obwohl die Klimaanlage und der Ventilator im Schlafzimmer aus waren, war es dennoch sehr laut durch Brummgeräusche vom Dach, die die ganze Nacht immer an- und ausgingen (vl ein Generator?) zwischen 22 - 6 Uhr. Wir hatten das Apartment gebucht und das wirkt innen doch sehr müde und staubig. Der Geruch war auch etwas muffig bzw. modrig. Die Aufteilung ist etwas merkwürdig (ein Bett steht in der Küche, ein Zimmer ist direkt unter dem Dach mit einer Türe, die man nicht schliessen kann, weil die Türe klemmt). Der Toaster ist komplett verrostet, die Wände haben Schimmelflecken, der Kühlschrank eine dicke Staubschicht, das Küchenfenster nach draussen lässt sich nicht mehr abschliessen (so könnte man theoretisch von aussen nach innen gelangen). Es ist sehr laut im Schlafzimmer, da das Apartment direkt zur Strasse raus geht (hier fahren viele Mopeds und Motorräder vorbei und die Müllabfuhr war direkt um 6 Uhr mehrmals gefühlt direkt vorm Fenster). Der Checkin war etwas kompliziert und chaotisch (unser Zimmer war nicht fertig um 16:30), die Türcodes sind eher mässig sicher (unser Türcode wurde direkt mit einem anderen Pärchen geteilt), es gab nicht genug Parkplätze (obwohl es heisst es gibt genug hauseigene) - wir mussten daher auf der Strasse parken. Alles etwas stressig und nicht wie erwartet bzw. beschrieben. Rezeption ist nur bis 19 Uhr besetzt. Das Frühstück war unkoordiniert, weil alle Gäste bei einer Person bestellen, die dann kocht, für die Ausgabe zuständig ist und für alles was sonst noch benötigt wird. Keiner weiss wer als nächstes sein Essen bekommt, ich wartete 70 Minuten auf mein Frühstück obwohl nur 10 Personen auf der Terrasse sassen.
