- Mohamed (10/5): Very helpful staff - The staff (i hope not to forget anyone Eman, shahid, Michael, Amr & all the staff) are very helpful. Location was perfect beside elmontaza, sea view from the swimming pool terrace. Price quality is perfect. Me & my family enjoyed staying. Cleaning was very good. Some comments not negative but to be improved such as breakfast can be more choices. The renovation they are working on it, so I hope my next stay will be fully renovated

- Ahmed (9/5): An enjoyable stay with great comfort, featuring spacious and comfortable rooms. - I had a pleasant and relaxing stay overall. The room was tidy, the staff were very professional and responsive, and the location made everything easily accessible. It would be better to have a kettle available in the room, and updating the hotel’s design would improve the overall look.

The view was outstanding, and the hotel is conveniently located near all facilities. It was a fantastic stay with great value for money. While the bathroom was clean, it felt slightly outdated. It would be more convenient to have a kettle in the room by default. The lobby and the hotel’s exterior could also benefit from some renovation to enhance the overall experience. However, these are minor points and did not affect the comfort of our stay or the overall pleasant experience.

- Mohamed (7/5): The place is not bad comparing to the value, but could be better. - The place is nice in front of el montazah, Ghassan was very polite and very helpful and staff in general are nice. Owners don’t care much about the place, it is very old and the pool is nice and big but no heating so it was too cold and my two years daughter was shaking. The parking you have to go and park in another building parking in the back of the hotel which is annoying specially when you go with family.

Sabun, şampuan, havlu, tuvalet kağıdı hepsi eksikti ve yoktu. İnternet çekmiyordu. Havuz havuz değildi. Perdeler halılar çok kirliydi. Booking üzerindeki görsellerle alakası yoktu. Otel girişinde ekranda oynatılan video ile odaların ve tesisin alakası yoktu. Booking olarak ara ara denetleme gönderip her önüne gelen otel i sisteme ekleme yapmamamlısınız. Para iadesi istiyorum.

- Anna (10/5): Highly recommend!!!! - The location of the hotel was absolutely excellent, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Incredible value for money. They even had a pool, which was a great bonus. The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The beds were soft and spotless, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel was lovely and definitely worth the price. Without a doubt, it’s the best location, truly unbeatable and very safe. The reception staff and all the workers were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Poor quality on service and hospitality. Cost effective to stay in 0 * motel . I will never go back to this this hotel because they rope me. They said you didn't pay Egyptians tax. My advice, don't book in this filthy hotel
