• Brooke (6/5): Less than Luxurious - The pool facilities are amazing. Location is close to Mrt and the mall is super super convenient. Bed was comfy enough. The whole having to leave a deposit via whatapp communication was very daunting as booking specifically says not to sent personal data off app. Less than luxurious as advertised, marks and scrapes all over the walls miss jointed floorboards. I had the lights in the bathroom blow which they quickly fixed but I had to be in the apartment when it was fixed was an inconvenience.

• Stanley (3/5): the unit is getting old and need to be refurbished and all digital lock need to be ensure it work - 1.The digital door lock has a problem, not sensitive, and difficult to have the numbers in order to key in the password, complained already to Guestronic (Front desk), but no actions being taken. 2.The unit is near to Jalan Cheras, during the mid night, there are motorcycles racing sound, disturbing our sleep. There are 2 toilets, the downstair toilet cannot take shower, where it is occupied by a washing machine

• 正喜 (7/5): 做過兩次以上了，還OK - 樓下有seven跟星巴克 還有商場離吉隆坡差不多20分鐘的車程 裡面應該有的都有是吉隆坡的一個BNB好的選擇 因為沒有櫃檯人員，所以有些事情還是要透過官網還有微信聯絡屋主是比較麻煩一點那邊保全是不錯啦，只是因為他們都聽不懂國語呀

First, a deposit was required, which we transferred promptly—but after that, given an instruction manual without access the post box or retrieve the key. Since we were checking in around midnight, I expected clear instructions ahead of time, but instead we had to wait one hour just to get a response. My husband ended up waiting patiently in the guard room the entire time. Once we finally got the key, parking was a nightmare—extremely hard to find. We also had to walk quite a distance just to reach the lift, which was frustrating after a long journey. At the door, we ran into another issue: the access card didn’t work. I had to call them multiple times just to get the door passcode. It was exhausting. The room itself was spacious, which was a plus. However, the master bedroom’s toilet had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it almost unusable, and the bidet was broken. All in all, while the apartment had potential, the lack of basic hospitality, poor communication, and multiple inconveniences made this stay more stressful than enjoyable.

They also provide netflix with acc. Dont know if it was not theirs😅, all the equipment is functional. Except we dont use the stove and washing machine. As a mother of 4, I really had troubled with the mess on the floor. Unfortunately, they did not provide a broom to clean the mess, I had to use a cloth rags to swipe the mess😂. So, please provide a broom 😂

• Ky (7/5): Meet your expectation - Location is good. Kitchen was nice. Toilet was clean. Roof top facilities was perfect. Power point beside queen bed to charge hp cannot use , and aircond controller near mezzanine floor cannot work properly. Washing machine if can provide 2in1 with dryer would be better. Advice: water dispenser will be good idea for host to add in this property. Hand wash to add at toilet below.

• Ned (10/5): Perfect for leisure holiday - The location was ideal for getting to other places. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Top floor free gym and pool access. Below the apartment area, there are affordable restaurants, Starbucks, ATM, and ekocheras mall. Walking distance to train. To move around, you will need to use grab. Communication with the owner was good and fast. Will definitely book again.

And they managed to arrange for our check in in less than an hour from our arrival. Very efficient and smooth check in. Spacious and clean accommodation. Location is good with lots of food choices in the mall, but congestion could be bad due to its strategic location too. Snooker table is slanted, cannot be played 😅

• Darren (3/5): Cannot Recommend - Not far from MRT No bottle water or filter or tea or coffee. Body wash and shampoo left skin itchy . Lumpy bed. Many minor maintenance issues like blown light bulbs, wall clock not working leaky shower.. property sandwiched between full-time residents. Awkward check in.
• Pushpa (7/5): Despite some small issues I enjoyed the stay! I would love to come back. 👍 - The suite as a whole was very clean. Location was good as it was central for my needs. Staff ‘Jojo’ was helpful and prompt at answering any questions. Amenities like shops being next door to the suite was so helpful. Just loved the fact there is a gym, swimming pool and sauna. The view is just amazing including the glass bridge at Floor 31. Overall enjoyed the stay and now have extended my stay here for another week! There was no personal connection on arrival and hence followed the message instruction. Well into second week I realised that there was a central bin area on the floor. I paid a deposit of RM 200 but not got a receipt for it despite asking. Now there was not enough mirrors in the suite. There was only one mirror in the shower room. Women do need mirrors in their rooms to do their face & hair! The Television did not have any instructions as to how to use it. Still I haven’t worked out how to use the TV or watch the world news. The sofa chairs and the dining table bench is a bit rickety as I was a bit worried to sit on them. There is room for improvement.
