• Erika (9/5): Příjemný velký byt v centru, bohužel bez balkonu, služby agentury výborné. Pomohou s problémy. - Ubytování v centru, perfektní služby agentury. Pomohou i s tím, s čím nemusí. Dcera nechala klíč ve dveřích a zabouchla dveře, klíčem již nešlo otevřít. Přišel technik v den svátku 1.5. a dveře nám otevřel. Nemuseli jsme volat zámečníka. Vše co bylo vadné ihned ubytovatel opravil, například vadná žárovka na wc. Velmi chudě zařízené. Některé věci poškozené, ale rychle ubytovatelem opravené
• Lisa (7/5): Preis-Leistung passte, Top-Lage der Wohnung - Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung sind super. Mittendrin und dennoch nicht sonderlich laut. Vier Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Bei uns funktionierte das Licht auf der Toilette leider nicht. An einer Tür fehlte eine Klinke, der Wasserhahn im Bad wackelte etwas. Alles nicht tragisch und elementar, fiel trotzdem auf. Wenn hierauf mehr Aufmerksamkeit gegeben würde, könnte man das Apartment noch wesentlich aufwerten.
• magali (10/5): Maravilhosa! Excelente localização! Nota 10 - Localização perfeita! Perto de tudo , bares e restaurantes na porta , uma projeção maravilhosa no MOC , que fica logo na esquina, projeção maravilhosa , imperdível ! A disposição dos banheiros e meio diferente, nao tem vaso sanitário no banheiro de um quarto, so banheira sem chuveiro normal, só chuveirinho. O banheiro com vaso fica perto da cozinha, mas nada que desabone, o apartamento é maravilhoso , e numa excelente localização. Os banheiros tem música ambiente . O banheiro da outra suite segue os padrões normais, com chuveiro e vaso . Podem ficar sem medo , porque é excelente , sao só considerações para não estranhar a disposição .

• Adeline (8/5): Spacious, practical and homey, with few things that could be improved - The location of the flat is great, at the heart of the city center - a couple of minutes away from U3 Stubentor - while being in a relatively quiet street. The apartment is very spacious, great for kids to have space to play and run around. There is a good pizzeria right next to the flat, very practical for improvised dinners. I appreciated laundry detergent being made available, as well as dishwasher tablets. The beds were not very comfy, the mattresses could be replaced in all beds. Some furniture looked old and were stained. I would recommend some things to be replaced. The bathrooms are also quite old fashioned and one of them produced a weird smell.

A very big and cozy apartament situated only 7 minutes walk from the Wien Cathedral in the city center and there is a private safe parking 24/24 near the accomodation (2 minutes walk). One of the best accomodations we ever had in Wien.

• Maria (9/5): Vienna non delude mai. - L’appartamento si trova in un elegante quartiere e in posizione perfetta per visitare Vienna. L’appartamento è molto grande con tante comodità soprattutto per chi sta un mese o più. Alcuni suggerimenti che spero vengano accettati. Sarebbe carino far trovare una bottiglia d’acqua agli ospiti e poi potrebbe essere molto utile montare una doccetta accanto al water nel bagno all’ingresso utilizzato da chi dorme nella seconda stanza da letto.

• Jeanet (3/5): Vi boede der et par dage, derefter tog vi på hotel grundet dårlig lugt af fugt og skimmelsvamp. - Beliggenhed var perfekt Badeværelset, toilettet og køkkenet var fyldt med fugt og mug. Opvaskemaskinen virkede ikke og bordplade og en køkkenlåge var ved at falde af.
