• Luna (8/5): It was simple room but we didn't have high expectations either - Very nice people have met us explained where we can do in the city and we enjoyed it to the full

• Fagerlund (1/5): DO NOT BOOK! THEY STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT - Nothing DO NOT BOOK! They steal your deposit. The make false accusation of damage on the property to not give back your deposit. If you have to book there take a video of everything in the apartment at check in and check out so you have proof that you have not damage anything. This people Are making their money in a shady way.

• Fernando (3/5): NO RECOMENDABLE. CLÁUSULAS ABUSIVAS - Limpieza Entrada a las 5 de la tarde. Salida a las 12. Precio exagerado por menos de 24h. Precio en Booking 98 euros, me cobran 188 por unas cláusulas abusivas como cobrar la electricidad de la noche aunque pasara la noche con todo apagado.

• Albano (1/5): LO PEOR DE ARGUINEGUÍN - Nada El alojamiento no está en la ubicación que indica booking, es un residencial en la loma de la montaña. El mapa de booking te indica que está por la calle Viera y Clavijo de Arguineguín, pero está bastante retirado de esa localización. Alojamiento sin ventilación y muy caluroso. Solo hay un ventilador. No estaba muy limpio. Las almohadas son folios. Los colchones incómodos. Donde se engancha la ducha, roto (se me cayó el teléfono de la ducha en la cabeza al abrir el agua). La segunda habitación tiene la cama de pared a pared y una mesa de noche no practicable, el interruptor de la luz está fuera en el pasillo y la puerta es de plástico tipo arcón y no se mantiene abierta. Solo pusieron servicio de toallas de ducha para dos personas y éramos 3. No había toalla de lavamanos ni toalla para salir de la ducha. Y ni si quiera el detalle de ofrecer una botella de agua al huésped. No hay servicios cerca y de ir caminando tienes que bajar muchas escaleras o dar una vuelta a toda la urbanización con el coche de unos 3 minutos. Tuvimos que escribir por el chat de booking para saber cómo era el check in porque no nos decían nada y el teléfono de contacto no responde. No tiene vistas ninguna! La terraza da al edificio de enfrente y la única ventana de atrás da a un patio.

The booking relies on hidden obligatory charges that are not included in the total price and are only mentioned in the fine print at the very end. These charges significantly increased the real cost and felt deceptive. I was forced to pay €10 per night for a fan, even though it was winter and the fan was never used. Electricity pricing was also unclear: €5 per night was already included in the booking, yet the property initially tried to charge €10 per night, and this was only reduced after Booking.com was contacted. The apartment condition was poor. The shower head holder was already broken on the first day and appeared to have been previously glued. I have photos. Room descriptions are misleading: One bedroom is extremely small for three people. The second “bedroom” has no window, no ventilation, and no space other than the bed. Checkout was poorly organised, causing unnecessary stress due to fear of extra charges. The deposit has still not been returned, and my messages remain unanswered. Overall, the combination of hidden mandatory fees, unclear pricing, and lack of communication made this experience feel very close to a scam. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.
