Après un voyage de 20 heures, nous sommes arrivés à la réception et nous avons attendu trois heures dans la compréhension la plus totale car on nous expliquait qu’on avait pas de réservation et qu’on devait joindre Booking il était impossible d’avoir un conseiller francophone et les conseillers anglophones ne comprenait pas ma demande et me raccrocher au nez. Au bout de trois heures, j’ai reçu un message qui confirme bien votre réservation et j’ai pu enfin accéder au logement. Le personnel de la réception n’est pas qualifié pour accueillir et gérer les réservations. Ce sont des gardes. Il faudra envisager d’avoir une réception avec de vraies réceptionniste. Ce système est trop Light.

• Janus (10/5): Great Value for Luxury Living - A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and value. The furnishings were premium, bedding was plush and the ambient lighting gave the whole unit a cozy yet upscale feel. The view from the unit was spectacular and we appreciated the blackout curtains that made it easy to sleep in after a long flight. The gym and sauna were among the best we’ve used in any Airbnb, and the rooftop pool made it easy to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The only downside was that the bathroom sink drained a bit slowly, which the host promised to fix after our stay. We loved how close it was to tourist spots and eateries, especially Tapak Urban Street Dining, just across the street.
• Afham (10/5): - Ne absolute e adhuronim dizajnin e apartamentit, i cili shfrytëzonte në mënyrë të shkëlqyer hapësirën dhe kishte një banjë luksoze me dush shi, një shtrat të rehatshëm dhe një kuzhinë të pajisur plotësisht. Pishina infinit ishte pa dyshim pikat kryesore të pronës, duke ofruar pamje panoramike të Kullës KL dhe Kullave Binjake Petronas që ishin të përsosura për Instagram. Lokacioni është gjithashtu i pakonkurrueshëm, me një shëtitje të shkurtër deri tek Avenue K, stacioni LRT dhe edhe Petrosains për familjarët. Marrja në apartament ishte e qetë, mikpritësi ishte shumë i përgjegjshëm përmes WhatsApp, dhe ne u ndjemë shumë të sigurt dhe të shijuar gjatë qëndrimit tonë. Asgjë për këto.

Бид өндөр байшингийн дээвэр дээрх энгүй бассейнд сэтгэл хангалуун өнгөрүүлсэн бөгөөд Куала Лампурын тэнгэр баганадсан хотын үзэсгэлэнт үзэмжийг үзэж, Twin Towers болон Suria KLCC худалдааны төв рүү 10 минут хүрэхгүй алхаж очих боломжтой нь маш амар байсан. • Amiral (10/5): Urban Luxury in KL - We were amazed at how clean, modern and well managed this unit was, from the high end furnishings to the fantastic view of the Twin Towers and the sky deck and rooftop pool were highlights of our stay where we spent most evenings soaking in the sunset. Luxurious well located Airbnb experience that we’ll definitely repeat on our next KL visit. We had a minor issue with the Smart TV as some of the apps weren’t logged in or needed updates, so we had to cast from our phones instead, which worked fine.

Building having 24/7 security, key card access and great common areas like the sky lounge made us feel safe and pampered. The location is unbeatable with so many attractions like KLCC, Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve, and Avenue K nearby.

The unit felt more like a service suite than a regular Airbnb, and with KLCC, Petrosains Discovery Centre, and Aquaria KLCC all within walking distance, we hardly needed to use transport. • Welly (9/5): 舒服又方便嘅住宿 - 呢個公寓好寬敞，有現代化的設施同埋時尚的裝潢。公寓維護得幾好，齊全一切我需要嘅嘢，好方便舒適，無論係設備齊全嘅廚房定係洗衣設施。位置亦好好，探索城市好方便，雙峰塔同KLCC都行冇幾遠。 我遇到的唯一一個小問題係，電梯喺高峰時間等得有啲耐。
• Kaliya (9/5): Stylish and Comfortable Place to Stay - The apartment was beautifully decorated with a modern design, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the apartment was equipped with laundry facilities, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent. The Petronas Twin Towers are just a short distance away, and the Aquaria KLCC is another fun attraction to explore. Bukit Bintang offers fantastic shopping and food options.

• Neville (9/5): Great stay - From booking to check out, everything went smoothly. The host was professional, the unit spotless and the building truly 5 star. We used the BBQ area, sky gym and even the library space during our stay. Location good. Walking distance to KLCC Park, KL Tower Sky Deck and Tapak Urban Street Dining which have amazing food trucks. • Andy (10/5): Amazing Stay - The unit was clean, modern and beautifully furnished with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the KL skyline. Everything we needed was provided with fast WiFi, a washing machine, kitchen appliances, and even Netflix. The building facilities are superb. There’s a 50 meter infinity pool, a fully equipped gym, sky deck with KLCC views and even a jacuzzi and sauna. It really felt like a hotel with 5 star amenities. The location was great. Lots of restaurants and cafes just downstairs, Suria KLCC & Petronas Towers 5 minute walk and KLCC MRT Station just 7 minute walk.

• Rexlyn (10/5): a fantastic base for exploring KL’s city centre - I was impressed by the size and cleanliness of the unit, it's very spacious and thoughtfully equipped with a full kitchen and laundry. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to Suria KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park. The rooftop pools are lovely, especially with the city lights at night.

The rooftop pool and fitness center were top notch, providing stunning views of the city skyline. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Petronas Towers, Suria KLCC Mall, and KLCC Park. • Tevin (10/5): Amazing - Had an amazing stay here. Unit was luxurious, clean and secure. The rooftop pool has breathtaking views of the city. It’s just a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park. Highly recommend for a city getaway.

• Siewbee (10/5): Nice facilities - The apartment was great. Clean and tidy. The pool upstairs and downstairs was the highlight. There is a huge pool at downstairs. Location also very good. If can provide mineral water by daily will be good
