Guest Reviews
- Riaz (5/5): Low cleaning standars - Location was close to train station and house was spacious Cleaning was questionable. There was dirt at the front door, there was hair in the bathroom sink, there was hair in the bath tub and I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been washed. I sent an email bia booking.com to the property but there was no response.

- Jenna-lee (5/5): - Price was good, handy location being so close to the train station, good size to fit group of 6 adults travelling together. House was tidy but not clean, pubic hair on toilet seat, toilet bowl and over toilet floor. Back lawn was not mowed and knee height, shopping trolleys and rubbish in back yard, black mould covering bathroom ceiling and hair over bath and basin, TV worked for a few minutes then screen goes black and only has sound. Emailed owners about TV with no response. Some light switches don't work. A lot of downsides regarding cleanliness but decent price and not a bad property if they made it more presentable and did a thorough deep clean.
- Doney John (1/5): - Nothing Cleanliness and facility
- Ladybee (4/5): Mouldy bathroom, not clean. Knee high weeds. Beware. - Nice couch
Water pressure in shower good. House was not clean. Bathroom stank of musty drains. Black mould on ceiling. Bits of 'tissue' on bathroom floor and empty toilet rolls and toothbrush in bathroom drawer.
Front and bach 'lawns' were knee high with weeds and grass. Discarded shopping trollies and other rubbish on premises. Stained sheets on bed - not sure they were even clean. Thin towels. No hand towel and nowhere to hang towels.
- Charlotte (8/5): - It’s a good size and in a good area There was black mold all on the roof of the bathroom and hair in the bath aswell as a blue v left behind but otherwise was clean

- Caitlyn (6/5): - Location is great, house is a good size, there's actually 4 beds.. I didn't even realise there was a 3rd room when I booked it. Trampoline on site was utilised by the kids and the train station provided us easy access to the city. Second toilet was useful given the bathroom placement. Enjoyed the kitchen and it's deep sink and dishwasher. Touch screen light switches were cool. Main room bed was super comfy.. The main bathroom is riddled with black mould.. it's also in an odd area, given you have to use the master bedroom to access the bathroom. Prove awkward if you were a group and needed the shower, etc. Ventilation needs improvement. The front door latch looks flimsy and would easily break if someone tried to break in. Extra bath mats would be handy. Stray cats also like to visit and howl through the night. Second rooms bed is also extremely squeaky. Place is a bit dusty. Would benefit from a deep clean.

- Egan (1/5): keep away from the place - the place is half renovated an filthy
- Shania (6/5): Decent for the price if you're busy in the day and come back to sleep - Location was great, just near the station and bus stops, and a bit of a walk to Coles. Property manager had great communication in regard to the light switch behind the plant for the lounge room, and that one of lights in the kitchen weren't working at the time. Heaters in the room were great along with the extra blankets that were in the cupboards. Only bathroom is located through one of the bedrooms, but also has a seperate toilet next to the laundry room. The little double drawer dishwasher was also really useful. Shower needs a good scrub, along with the bathroom blinds, needs better ventilation. Inside of the kitchen cabinets could use a wipe.
- Ash (6/5): Mmmmmmm - Location Quiet abit
- Tasmin (7/5): A cozy and well-located house close to the train station and mosque—just be mindful to bring a few essentials like toile - Cozy house, perfect for our need. Location was great too - near train station and a mosque. The house lacked some basic amenities like soap, shampoo, cookware, and cleaning supplies
- George (6/5): Pleasant -
- Benny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dianna (8/5): Good value for the price and very convenient to walk to train station and shops. - I liked how close it was to the station and I could park my rental car in the driveway.
The host provided a new remote for the tv when I couldn’t find it. I don’t think the spa bath was hooked up. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the main light for the kitchen even after the host explained how to do so.
- Liam (9/5): Superb -
- Randall (7/5): Great value, not a palace. - The shower needs a big scrub and clean. Clean up the backyard would look a lot better.
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mustajab (8/5): Very good -
- Anshul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bourn (8/5): Very good - Great location Bath didnt work at all
- Ametisi (7/5): Good -

- David (10/5): Beautiful and cozy - Clean Nothing
- Mohamad (7/5): Good -
- Umesh (5/5): Need to do - Location Location wise it was ok. But need to clean kitchen, bathroom.
- Adnan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Najoud (5/5): Passable - Place
- Naval (1/5): Terrible - happy to attach more photos of the nuisance - Location only as it was close station and amenities Property was not clean and had dust everywhere and upon raising this with the owners they did not take any action despite of us telling that my son is Asthmatic and was getting attacks and had been sneezing constantly. We asked them to refund our money but to our dismay. At no point they even asked that would get someone to clean the house as well……..extremely disappointed
- Madhu (6/5): Not as comfortable because air conditioning didn't work -
- Raelene (1/5): Very awful - There was nothing to like about this property Everything was a mess, powerpoints off the walls, bed had stains, bath unsafe, coulnt use the back yeard as constructions was going on, mould, cleaning was crap, host didnt respond to calls and neither did Bookings.com overall was a pretty shit accomodation, requested refund but haven't received anything
- Leah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shanon (3/5): Poor renovation in progress - The beds were made nicely. I felt safe. Heaters were on when we arrived which was lovely. It is basically a house undergoing renovation and you are literally staying amongst the renovation dirt, dust, mishaps, mistakes etc. Tiles are missing, the shower head is far too high for any normal human being, using the bath is simply not possible. Some power points are hanging off the walls. There were no instructions for the heaters and my 3 yr old loves to press buttons so we then couldn't get one to work properly. Because there was so much renovation dirt/dust around getting in bed with clean feet, etc, was just impossible. In all honestly it probably isn't quite safe enough to be rented out in the state it is in. Even the newly renovated items are not ideal. Ie. The shower screen doesn't meet the tiles at the bottom so the floor gets very wet outside the shower. The shower head is far too high. The bath outside has tile grout or something splashed on it. We were there for a bed for the night and that's literally all it is worth in it's current state.
- Mitchell (9/5): Great for comfort average for location - Still needs work in many areas of the house building wise but great value for money with a total of 4 beds. Rough area but for the money you pay can’t expect everything to be great. Overall was pretty good and do recommend for anyone with a decent sized group who doesn’t mind about the location. The location and it not being fully fixed up
- Tracey (7/5): Good low cost accommodation suitable for our needs in our frequent trips to Melbourne - Netflix and good price
- Trish (6/5): House is pretty average however get what you pay for and communication from host was great! - Location good. Bedding and towels provided were clean. Overall cleanliness of the house was quite poor. Toilet and bathroom needed cleaning and the floors need a good vacuum and mop.
- Van (3/5): Interesting 🤨 - No tv available only net flux couldn’t get anything up. A renovators delight in the making no bath connected No bath mates so very wet and slippery in the bathroom and super cold had the heating on 30 degrees and wasn’t even hot in the house. Could have put the PowerPoints in the wall. They were hanging out of the walls No sponge to clean up spills. No tissues or paper towels
- Miral (5/5): Passable - Bedrooms Cleaning
- Greeshma (8/5): Very good - Tidy, family friendly
