• Alicia (10/5): Great value for money in London -- quiet, comfortable stay, great location - Overall, this apartment is a great value for money in London. The location is fantastic, as it's very walkable to prominent sites and has good public transit options. The apartment itself is spacious and very quiet. The bed is one of the most comfortable "private rental" beds I've slept in, and it also has a large bathtub, which was nice to relax in. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again! Stephan was very communicative, too. There was nothing about the apartment that we didn't like! For us, the walk up the five flights of stairs was not an issue at all, but other potential customers should be aware of this. The description of the apartment is very clear about this, too, so everyone has fair warning! There also was not air conditioning, which was fine for us in London in early May, but should be something to be aware of in warmer months.

• Kate (9/5): - Well appointed. Fantastic central London location. Communicative host. Highly recommend. Only 5 flights of stairs. Big heavy bags make it quite an effort. HOWEVER we were given ample warning about this!

• Dominique (9/5): Cute apartment in central London - perfect for sightseeing - This was a cute loft apartment in short walking distance to tube stations, cafes and pubs. The apartment was clean and bright with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. As the name suggests, this was very much a loft. It was up 5 flights of stairs (!!!) which was a challenge with suitcases. Someone with mobility issues should look elsewhere. There was no car parking anywhere close which didn’t bother us but may be relevant. The internet was patchy.

• Juan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very cozy and it’s big. Very central and close to many underground stations. The host was very nice with us and responsive.
• Giulia (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location, central to everything but away from the crowds. - The apartment is spacious, cozy and comfortable and in a great location. Stefan is a very responsive host and the complimentary chocolates and bottle were a nice touch. Everything was perfect.
• Spitz (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at the Chancery’s loft private apartment. It is very well provided, clean and large. Stephan is a thoughtful host that makes sure we are at ease and have everything we need. He made sure we had no trouble finding the place by sending us specific details about the building and videos and was very kind to offer us an arrival present. The apartment is very well located as it is near the city of Landon’s district and in the middle of tourist attractions.
• John (8/5): Everything is excellent apart from the access to the apartment. - Homely feel. It got everything you need. It accessible to most attractions by foot (15-40mins walk). We have not use any public transportation during our 5 days stay. There is no lift as the building is quite old. The apartment is situated on level 5. Ensure you are capable to lift your belongings from ground to level 5.

Good bath and shower with good hot water. 5 flights of steps to the apartment but that was made clear in the description. The setee wasn't the most comfortable . Stephan the host was a good communicator and responded straight away to questions.
• Meghan (9/5): Great would recommend, thanks Stephan - Location is excellent. Stephan is a good host who is easy to communicate with. We travelled as two girls so safety was a concern for us. This apartment was in a good area and we felt completely at ease for our entire stay. We walked most places or got an Uber, however it was close to the tube. The apartment was spacious and I’d recommend staying here over a hotel.
• Caterina (10/5): The great place in the center of London, very close to main attractions. - The place has everything we needed, the apartment's location, spacious and Stephan's hospitality were beyond our expectation from getting the key to the buttle of champagne that was waiting us after the long trip. The place has everything one could wish for. We will be very happy to be back and for sure we will share the place with our friends and family. n/a
• John (10/5): All of the advance communication was excellent, and we will definitely try and stay here again. - It was very accommodating of Stephan to allow us to drop our bags off upon arrival, and the welcome drinks when we did eventually turn up was a very welcome surprise,
