• Anca (8/5): - Apartartamentul in zona centrala Patul nu a fost deloc confortabil, pernele la fel, vecini galagiosi.
• Javier (8/5): Estudio precioso en un lugar impecable - Fuimos en pareja y lo mejor sin duda es la magnífica ubicación ya que es espectacular, el diseño es muy bonito y la limpieza del lugar es impecable.A parte de que el dueño nos permitió entrar antes de la hora indicada del check-in y estuvo muy atento y amable con nosotros. Si volvemos a Madrid repetiremos sin duda. Nada en particular, por poner algo a mejorar sería el botón del váter del baño que a veces para tirar de la cisterna costaba un poco y las almohadas, aunque esto es a gusto personal de cada uno y aún así se descansó muy bien.

• Antonella (8/5): piacevole - molto ben curata esteticamente, accogliente e pulita. purtroppo non entra un minimo di luce solare ed è un aspetto che mi mancava molto durante il soggiorno, bisogna farci abitudine. Fa un po’ freddo nella casa però ci sono i riscaldamenti
• Ivona (7/5): Overall location saves the day - Location There is no sunlight, because the room is in the ground floor looking at atrium and malfunctioning with the application to enter the building. There is: a)non refundable fee for maintenance of the apartment in amount of 20eur and it was mandatory B)you can have another option of deposit 300eur which is refundable if landlord decides to give you back the 300eur. Apartment is not in the prestige condition. There are some damages present in the apartment and with this kind of fee you expect that apartment will be in 100% good condition.
• Stefania (8/5): Buono, la posizione ha favorito qualsiasi spostamento - La posizione è davvero ottima, le maggiori attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi o con autobus che fermano nelle vicinanze. Gli asciugamani grandi e nuovi C'è una parte salotto enorme a discapito del tavolo pranzo piuttosto piccolo. Mancano ganci in bagno. Sarebbe carino qualcosa di benvenuto, anche solo una bottiglia di acqua in frigo, come riscontrato in altre strutture in Spagna. Andrebbe segnalata la presenza di un gradino all'interno dell'appartamento.

• Shirley (6/5): Cher pour les prestations même si c’est propre et bien placé - L emplacement proches des attractions principales, du métro, de la gare de trains. Bruyant on entend sans arrêt l écoulement des eaux usées des autres appartements, aucune indication pour utiliser le chauffage. Glacial à notre arrivée La tirette des toilettes difficile. Lit pas très confortable. Même pas sachet de thé ou café prévu. Accueil très impersonnel par mail…
• M Rosario (7/5): - Pagamos por entrada anticipada y aún estaban limpiando. La señora que estaba trabajando allí fue muy amable pero el dueño tendría que habernos compensado. El sofá tenía una mancha terrible tapada con una manta y la ducha se caía. El resto muy bien.

• Eden (10/5): Great! Hasta la nuevo - Everything! Good and comfortable apt, in the center of the city. A lot of space, clean and easy communication with the host. Really recommend:) The heating batteries didn’t work, but we didn’t check it with the host.

• Cesare (7/5): Posizione top - Struttura molto vicina a tutto , prendendo metro a SÓL eri vicino a tutto Ho trovato dei tubi ai quali non trovo il senso , un buco che collegava il fuori dal dentro da dove penso doveva essere inserito questo tubo …. Se si risolvono questi problemi sarebbe da 5 stelle , posizione FENOMENALE👏

• Halime (9/5): Superb - It was a nice, very cean apartment. Th staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, in te centre a few minutes walk from Plaza Major , 10 minutes from the Royal Palace and 15 minutes from the stopping area.
