Arrivals after 19:30 must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival. There is an extra fee of EUR 50. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time after 19:30. Guests are requested to leave the apartment in the same conditions that they find it or charges will be applied. Optional cleaning is available for an extra cost. Free wi-fi is available in the communal area (garden and swimming pool). The signal does not reach inside the accommodations.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Ainate (8/5): Convenient and cheap, but a fussy complex. - The hosts were not explicit that we would have to either pay for cleaning or clean ourselves. Also, they left no cleaning supplies if we chose the clean your self option. We received one email about the cleaning and it was hidden among many other items and we received about 5 emails from them saying the same thing, so I didn’t read all the way to the bottom of all the emails.

Scott (6/5): Apartment with good potential - We really enjoyed the location and the flat has a nice view to the beach. The apartment has a good size . Shower drain was clogged and I asked the staff for several times to send a plumber but they refused and said it needs renovation. I had to buy a cheap plumbing tool to unclog the drain and that helped 50% removing debris. I'm sure a plumber with the right tool would manage to give more suction and sort the problem . that was really frustrating not being able to take a shower for more than 3 minutes otherwise the bathroom would be flooded. Staff not showing interest in sorting this problem had a good impact on my overall review. Our first night was bad as we only had 1 blanket for 4 guests and not enough pillows for all of us. And the existing ones were small. following day the staff brought us more blankets and pillows. Sofa bed is uncomfortable, so not really suitable for 4 guests. Was also dusty. More kitchen utensils would be great and doesn't cost much. Our flight was delayed and we got there 30min late and had to pay €50. for a key that was left on a safe box outside the office. There's no need of changing if the staff is gone anyway. But apparently they don't give you discounts if there's not enough blanket and pillows for your first night?!! Overall it's a good apartment but the impression left is that they weren't prepared to receive guests. The negatives can be easily sorted with little money and good will.
Elaine (10/5): perfect apartment in perfect location - the apartment is very central. it has everything you need in the kitchen, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, a utility room. big balcony. comfy beds. the bathrooms were fine. lots of fresh towels. very clean. boardwalk to lots of restaurants. views were amazing. everything was perfect.
Damien (10/5): I would strongly recommend this property. Direct access to the pool, direct access to the beach and a really good restau - Unreal location. On the beach. I didn’t see any other locations with better access to the beach. The furnishings were a little dated. It certainly still very good. This is easily forgiven when you see the large balcony with amazing views of the pool, sea and the Cala rocks.
Mokeeffe (7/5): I would defo return. The location was perfect for our family. - Pools well managed and apartment complex right on beach. Little Restaurant was lovely. We only ate there once but enjoyed lunch. Simple things. No loo roll (only what was left on the holder - no spares). No shampoo etc. no welcome instructions. Spent first night on arrival looking for shop. Actually There was one in the complex already with basic items !!! Wish we had known this.

Hairdryer would be handy Key pick up elsewhere is ridiculous, 2 taxis to pick up, or 15 min walk. The last thing u want is running around elsewhere to pick key up on arrival. It makes no sense..should be left in key safe which is by apartment door. Double bed very hard to sleep on

Ellinor (8/5): Very good - I loved the location by the beach, that we got two sets of keys, that there where multiple entries and elevator straight to the beach. The kitchen could have been more equipped. The kettle was dirty. Since cleaning is not included a vacuum would have been good to have.
Michelle (9/5): Beautiful location with amazing views - The view from the balcony is outstanding and will be very much missed waking up to and watching the world go by. The pool was huge and private and never crowded, well maintained and with a lifeguard. Everything was lovely however the bottom of the showers (tiles) were quite grubby
Nicola (8/5): Very good - Great location and nice apartment. From balcony great view of the lovely Gardens and the beach. Lovely clean beach with good facilities Didn't have any keys to outside door leading out to swimming pool or a key that fitted gate to beach.. Had to rely on it being unlocked!
Andrew (1/5): Bad - Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for 6 nights and it was a pleasure for the most part… It’s a cozy spot ideal for a sun getaway by the beach and I would recommend it to all, I would be sitting here writing up a 5 star review but instead it’s been reduced to 1 for the service and overall treatment of a small inconvenience while staying here that was not our fault! The door to the balcony locks once it’s slid closed and only opens from the inside, we became locked out due to this faulty mechanism and had to pay €150 to get the lock drilled so we could get back inside, this wasn’t even covered in the security deposit of €300 that must also be mentioned before booking for anyone interested in staying here. I had to pay this fee seperate and also I’m facing a loss of €120 from the security deposit to cover the damage done to the lock. €270 for a problem that was not ours? An absolute joke It’s a complete shame that this happened and only for it was the 2 of us there and we had no baby or young children locked inside this situation could have turned far worse. I recommend a new system to the door in the apartment to avoid any future accidents or incidents from taking place. Thanks again, Andrew.
