• Zangrandi (6/5): - Il pavimento era molto rumoroso e mancava una tenda in salotto dove c'era un divano letto per dormire. Inoltre noi eravamo in 6 e il divano letto era piccolo per 2 persone, l altro divano non si apriva e quindi non ci si poteva dormire. La posizione era buona.

• Patricia (10/5): Eu moraria neste lugar! - Ambiente feliz, nota-se que as pessoas tem bom gosto ao decorar o local. Aconchegante, terraço lindo para aproveitar. Cozinha completa. Banheiro perfeito. Gosto quando tem dois quartos e o banheiro não é pelo quarto, assim todos podem desfrutar. Conseguimos abrir o apartamento tranquilamente seguindo as informações recebidas! Nada a declarar!
• pierre (6/5): Nous nous attendions à de meilleures prestations vu le prix. - Appartement spacieux et clair dans un quartier calme. Restaurants et commerces à proximité. Métro à 500 m. Escalier dangereux. Ménage mal fait. Très sale derrière le canapé (chaussettes, papiers....et tas de poussière). Ustensile de cuisine à revoir notamment les petites cuillères à dessert (2 et 1 toute petite pour le café). Prises électriques ne tenant plus au mur notamment dans la petite chambre et pour la lampe de chevet de la grande chambre. Télévision impossible de la faire fonctionner correctement; Impossible de voir un programme pendant 4 jours. WIFI défectueuse et très lente. Il serait judicieux de mettre un rideau dans la cuisine car il y a une vue sur le restaurant de l'autre côté de la rue.

• alfonso (9/5): Viaje familiar por Bruselas y alrededores - Apartamento amplio y cómodo. Tiene 2 habitaciones y en el salón hay una cama. La cocina está bien equipada para poder hacer comidas si se necesita. Hay dos baños, uno con ducha y otro adicional. Tiene lavadora y secadora, aunque ésta no funcionaba. Hay toallas, almohadas, y menaje de cocina suficiente para hacer una larga estancia. Tiene una ubicación excelente: está a 200m de la estación de metro de Schuman, muy céntrica para visitar cualquier punto de la ciudad. La propiedad nos informó con exactitud la forma de entrar en la vivienda con vídeos y explicaciones muy claras. Responden rápido por whatsapp a cualquier duda. El acceso por escalera es algo incómodo, porque no tiene ascensor. El piso es de madera y cruje cuando caminas. La secadora no funcionaba.

Pues si llego a saber que nos van a meter en un apartamento con el aseo en el salón quizá no lo alquilo, 0 intimidad. Las escaleras van enganchadas con clavos a la pared y no es segura se mueven, aparte de que estuvimos sin TV y sin wifi y los propietarios no se preocuparon de arreglarlo simplemente dijeron q habían tocado la configuración.

• Silvia (9/5): - Nos alojamos una familia de cuatro personas, lo que mas nos gusto, fue la amplitud de las instalaciones, la habitación principal, el living comedor. La comodidad del colchon. También nos permitieron guardar el equipaje antes del check in y despues del check out, lo que nos facilito recorrer la ciudad con mayor comodidad. La segunda habitación era mas pequeña, las dos camas estaban casi pegadas, pero igualmente fue funcional.

The host is very helpful. - The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, caffees, shop and public transport are very close. Great pizza place right across the street. The apartment is large, bright, well equipped. The thermostat is set to 20 degrees, and in the night it could get a bit chilly in the bedrooms, but that could be fixed with provided electric heaters. They are just not very comfortable to use during the night.

Bien comunicado con el centro en autobús o metro, incluso caminando una media hora de paseo. Buenos establecimientos por los alrededores y buen ambiente. Excelente comunicación con la anfitriona Wen. Hemos echado de menos una lamparita en el lateral de la mesilla y algún enchufe extra.

• nino (8/5): - he penthouse apartment was nicely furnished and had large terraces. It is also conveniently located close to the city center. The stairs to the top floor are quite inconvenient. The sink is very small and not very comfortable to use. We also did not find any hygiene items such as toothpaste or shampoo. It would be preferable to have white bed linen and white towels.

The hotel failed to provide even the most basic facilities—there was no hot water at all, and the rooms were freezing despite using the heater. It’s unacceptable for a property to offer large, spacious bathrooms but not provide something as fundamental as hot water. The lack of essential amenities made the entire experience frustrating and miserable.

We traveled in group and all 5 of us had a good time, but I would say this is the maximum capacity for this apartment. The sofas were not in the best condition and the walls could use repainting but that's about it. No major issues, our stay was lovely and confortable.

• Samuel (8/5): Emplacement idéal pour un appartement spacieux et confortable. - Super tuto pour récupérer les clés, localisation au top (commerces proches, calme, transports en commun proches) il faisait chaud (été très chaud), mais c'est inévitable dans les pièces sous les toits (velux). Les chambres étaient équipées de ventilateurs/clims, mais nous ne les utilisions pas la nuit à cause du bruit. Escalier un peu raide pour l'accès à la pièce mansardée.

• Emanuela (7/5): - La posizione ottima vicina alla metro. Diversi bar e ristoranti vicini. Appartamento spazioso. Molto comoda la stanza con un water in più separato dal bagno principale. Nel complesso ci tornerei. I letti della seconda stanza non molto comodi ed uno dei due cigolava al più piccolo movimento. Appena arrivati la casa non ci e' sembrata molto fresca di pulizie invece, al contrario, quando siamo andati via e siamo ripassati a ritirare i bagagli era gia' stata pulita e molto meglio. I termosifoni non si sono mai attivati anche quando la temperatura secondo noi scendeva sotto il livello previsto dalla normativa. Ci siamo riscaldati con le stufette piccole da bagno, non abbiamo sofferto il freddo ma certo la casa non era calda. Attenzione per le diverse rampe di scale ripide che portano all'appartamento. A noi non hanno dato noia ma sono un problema per chi ha una ridotta mobilità.

Boîte à clé qui ne s'ouvre pas sans aide. La chambre du haut accessible par un escalier extrêmement étroit. Propreté des draps et lieux convenable.
• Madelynn (8/5): - Dreamland Apartments is located on a quiet, pleasant street in Brussels. We really enjoyed our stay and were able to comfortably sleep four people. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook meals. The bathroom was spacious and included both a washer and dryer. The shower itself was a good size, though the water never got fully hot—only warm. There was plenty of extra bedding, which was appreciated since the apartment was quite cold during December. Small space heaters were provided and helped warm the space. The balcony view was lovely, and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants. The location was excellent—within walking distance of many beautiful attractions, shopping areas, and the National Institute of Science Museum. The stairs are steep, but they are well lit and not a concern. We felt safe throughout our stay and had no issues with check-in or check-out.

• Natálie (9/5): - Dostupnost městské hromadné dopravy cca 200m zastávka busu přímo na letiště. Pěšky kousek na všechny zajímavosti v Bruselu. Velmi hlučná ulice, hluk z místních restaurací a barů od večera až do 4 hodin ráno. Byly jsme zde v říjnu takže jsme vyvětrali a hned zavřeli okna v ložnicích, ale v létě si to nedovedu představit.

• MASIKA (6/5): Appartement fonctionnel, proche du centre - Emplacement non loin du centre. Appartement fonctionnel. La porte de l'immeuble n'est pas facile à ouvrir. Les escaliers dans le hall sont très raides et lorsqu'on est en haut de l'immeuble avec des bagages ce n'est pas évident. Attention, dans l'appartement la chambre en mezzanine convient mieux à des personnes de moins d'1,50m, au delà ce n'est pas adapté.
• Artur (10/5): Perfect for company of friends - I stayed at this apartment a few weeks ago, and it was absolutely fantastic! The value for money is unbeatable. The apartment had plenty of sleeping space, even though I was there with a friend. The highlight for me was having two balconies—one on each floor—so it really felt spacious. The only small challenge was climbing up to the fourth floor, but it’s definitely manageable. The location is also great, close to the European Parliament quarter, so sightseeing is easy. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of great pizzerias and cafes nearby. I highly recommend it!

• Jordan (8/5): - Excellent location. Not far from Schumann metro which takes you into Brussels city centre in 5-10 mins. The rooms are clean, and the instructions from the staff are clear and accessible. It probably isn't the place for someone who cannot climb stairs easily.
• Chiara (9/5): Lovely apartment - This apartment is just great! I spent a week with my family of 6 there and we had such a great time. Location is perfect, in one of the most beautiful part of Brussels, 3 Min walk to Schuman station for trains and metro + 10/15 Min walk to Place Jourdan and EU neighborhood. Still, a very quiet apartment. There is everything you need: plenty of bed sheets, pillows, nice pots and pans, even the washing machine works perfectly (the dryer is a bit older and noisy but it does its job!). I lived in Brussels in the past and this apartment has a great price-quality value, especially if you want to spend some nice time with all your family! We didn't manage to open the sofa bed, but there were two separate sofas big enough to sleep. The host also offered to help.

The location is perfect, close to EU buildings and restaurants. The place is clean , well furnished and comfortable. The communication with the hosts is perfect - detailed instructions for self check -in and fast answers for all questions. I definitely will come back again in my future visits in Brussels .
