- Funke (4/5): In my opinion it wasn’t worth the price. - The location. And the Conceirge ‘Luis’ was super helpful. There are a bunch of things we experienced at this property. Here’s a list : 1. The room we booked the AC wasn’t working so we had to be moved to another room. A duplex room. 2. This supposed duplex room had a loud creaking sounds in the upper floor. 3. From observations through the 3 days, they don’t clean your room. They only replace towels. So if there are food plates, they weren’t taken out nor was the trash in one or the rooms emptied. In one instance they didn’t change the hand towel in the second room; and they didn’t change the sheets through out our stay 4. Because it’s a loft and an older building, there were dried wood particles in the bathroom floor upstairs and this wasn’t cleaned out too throughout our stay. 5. Their bathroom downstairs has a foul smell and we guess it’s from the drainage.

- GASTOU (8/5): Découverte de Carthagène / Gethsémani en famille pour terminer notre séjour. - Je recommande cette établissement pour découvrir Carthagène. La localisation répondait à nos attentes, avec un accès à pied aux principaux sites touristiques. La chambre familiale était spacieuse et propre. Un petit déjeuner un peu cher pour sa qualité mais dans les standards des hotels. Il y a des offres autours qui sont plus qualitatives et plus sympa.

La habitación era comodisma para las tres, todo muy limpio y el personal fueron muy amables y profesionales. Está muy cerca del centro y en un sitio seguro. Yo viajé con mis hermanas y el que fuese en un sitio seguro era importante. Lo recomiendo 100%. También nos gestionaron todos los taxis y excursiones privadas que queríamos hacer y menos mal. Muchas gracias chicos pasados 4 días maravillosos.

Es ist alles da, das man braucht :) Man ist auch sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und in der nähe von vielen Restaurants In der Nacht ist es relativ laut, das ist aber vermutlich überall in Getsemani so, beim Heimgehen waren manchmal etwas sketchy Leute in der Gegend um das Hotel

The staff was very attentive and helpful. - The location was excellent, very walkable into the old city and Getsamani had much to offer in terms of liveliness and many places to eat and hear music. The pool is very nice and refreshing. The breakfast was not the most exciting but was adequate. We had some initial trouble with our air conditioning but the staff was attentive and the problem was resolved.

El hotel muy bonito, muy cómodo, buena ubicación y personal muy agradable. Nos guardaron las maletas antes de ir al aeropuerto. Nos gustó todo pero el punto menos bueno diría que es el desayuno.

Quarto duplo muito bom, tamanho suficiente para um casal. Ducha excelente, produtos de higiene de ótima qualidade. Ar split silencioso. Ficamos em 2 oportunidades, na primeira quarto standard duplo e creio que recebemos um upgrade na segunda hospedagem, o quarto era enorme, com uma antessala, perfeito. Hotel pitoresco, um antigo casarão colonial super bem adaptado e decorado com muito bom gosto. A área da piscina super agradável, à noite tem um vento super gostoso. Destaque para o colaborador Marlon, pessoa muito querida, alegre e atencioso. Comemos duas vezes ali no bar da piscina, uma vez lanche, o hambúrguer delicioso e outra vez um petisco bem gostoso também. Destaque para o Luiz da recepção, muito querido. Hotel sem dúvida nenhuma uma excelente opção. Nada, tudo é muito bom.

- Paola (9/5): Una gran opción en el centro de Cartagena - La ubicación, la atención del personal y las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. Lo único a lo que pondría una pega sería el ruido que hay en las habitaciones que dan al frente del avenida debido al tráfico que hay las tardes y la visibilidad de la piscina con los cables de electricidad.

L’emplacement est parfait : tout se fait à pied, que ce soit la ville fortifiée, les restaurants ou les attractions principales. Le personnel est vraiment chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le buffet déjeuner est très bon et varié. Le jardin intérieur est superbe, un vrai petit havre de paix. Seul petit bémol : la chambre était un peu humide . Terrasse sur le toit avec piscine et belle vue Dans l’ensemble, une très belle expérience et un excellent choix pour séjourner à Cartagena.

Goed gelegen, net buiten de drukte van Getsemani. Mooie en ruime kamers met supercomfortabele bedden. Heel vriendelijk personeel aan de receptie. Het personeel in het ontbijtrestaurant was niet echt vriendelijk. Het ontbijt zelf was uitgebreid, maar vrij smakeloos en industrieel. De kamers waren mooi, maar wel verouderd.

A camareira não tinha padrão, cada dia deixava uma quantidade de toalhas, até que um dia não havia toalhas no hotel, a lavanderia atrasou e tivemos que esperar até as 20:00 horas pelas toalhas.

Dankzij de dubbele ramen geen last van het verkeer. Zwembad op het dak was top na een dag struinen door (het hele warme!) Cartagena Het ontbijt was 3 dagen hetzelfde - dat viel ons tegen. Was prima maar zeker niet uitmuntend.

However, while the two floor room had two bedrooms, which was nice, there was no common sitting area where we could sit and talk. The building was beautiful and in a great location. A seating area in the room would have been nice. We did not get a daily replenishment of soap and other amenities. There was no hair dryer in the room. The downstairs TV did not work and the upstairs did not get wifi.

- María Alejandra (8/5): Un hotel adecuado, muy profesional - El personal muy cordial y profesional, el alojamiento cumplía con lo descrito en la reserva, era limpio, muchas opciones de desayuno y en general todo muy bien, la habitación era estupenda e igual el baño.
