Joshua (1/5): Disappointed - The property owner communication is not good. I reserved this property 2 months before my stay. I reached out asking for early check-in, my request was for a 1-2PM check-in if possible. On the late evening the night before our stay, the owner sent me a message saying the property isn't available and to get my money back I need to contact booking.com. Why not say that 2 months ahead of time, why wait until the very last minute? No apology, no care or concern for other people's time and inconvenience. Be better and you will get better results.
