We inform you that check-in will take place completely autonomously and do it yourself. Check-in must be completed via the Vikey link (you must have an Internet connection and send both a photo of the document and of the guest for identity verification purposes) which you will receive the day before your arrival. Once you have completed the online self check-in via the Vikey link, you will receive instructions to access the apartment. According to Italian Law D.L. 50/2017 the guest will have to sign a rental agreement. The property does not issue overnight stay invoices, in the case of short-term rentals for tourist purposes, you are not subject to registration with the Revenue Agency. A deposit of 150 EUR will be charged to the guest at the checkout, in case of damage caused. If the apartment does not sustain any damage, of course no extra payment will be required. We also inform you that for stays longer than 7 days, it will be required to provide a credit card number as a guarantee, in case of damages to the property. For extra towels and sheets an added payment will be required. Małgorzata (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location of the flat, it is close to the Vatican and the metro, restaurants. The flat is quiet despite being in the centre of Rome, it was very good to sleep. The flat is nice and large ideal for a family of 4, there is almost everything you need: comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The only thing no electric kettle in kitchen.
