• Fernando (5/5): - Ubicación cerca de la playa y de zonas de restaurantes. La disposición de plaza de aparcamiento. La limpieza del apartamento ( las paredes del baño tenían moho ), el colchón estaba hundido y la dificultad para utilizar el parking asignado ya que estaba ocupada la plaza
• Panna (1/5): - (sajnos itt is negatív véleménnyel kell kezdenem, mert nem elegendő a karakterszám a negatív tapasztalataim kifejtésére, lent folytatom) Megérkezésünkkor borzalmasan koszos, piszkos környezet fogadott minket. A higiénia erősen kifogásolható volt: tisztának mondott, előkészített törölközőbe hajtott haj/szőrcsomók, penészes fürdőszobacsempe, este hangyák a csempén, eldugult mosdókagyló, kellemetlen bűz a mosdókagyló alatti szekrényből, nem volt megfelelő polc, illatszertartó, fogas az fürdőben és a zuhanyzóban sem. Mivel a szomszédok közül sokan macskás gazdik (amivel önmagában nincs problémám), a fürdőszoba ablaka előtti növénysziget felől szintén kellemetlen szagok (valószínűleg macskaürülék) áradtak be a nyitott fürdőszoba ablakon szellőztetések során. A konyhát, és nappalit tekintve, a hűtőszekrényből ismételten bűz, hal/záptojásszag áradt, barnás-sárgás folyadékkal és porral-homokkal teli polcok fogadtak minket (szinte egészségre ártalmas állapot!). Piszkos, felmosatlan padló, homokkal teli dohányzóasztal és kanapé, koszos-foltos falak. A hálószobában az állítólagosan frissen felhúzott ágyneműhuzat tele volt homokkal, kosszal, foltos párnákkal. Ha mindez nem lenne elég, megpróbáltuk kultúrált hangnemben felvenni a kapcsolatot a szállásadóval, de a hozzáállásuk felháborító volt, két telefonszámmal felváltva kellett kommunikálnom, amely elég egyoldalúra sikerült panaszainkkal kapcsolatban. Nem voltak hajlandóak azonnali megoldást találni a problémánkra, első körben annyi választ kaptunk, hogy "sorry, legközelebb majd jobban odafigyel a takarítószemélyzet", majd nagy erőfeszítéseink után az volt az ajánlatuk, hogy egy éjszakát töltsünk el ezek között a körülmények közt, majd másnap küldenek takarítószemélyzetet, ezzel a szituációval és kommunikációval egy nap rémálommá vált a nyaralásunkból. Nem beszélve arról, amilyen stílusban kezeltek minket, nem voltak hajlandóak semmiféle kártérítésre, a szállásadó volt felháborodva, hogy "miért akarjuk mi az ő pénzét elvenni", és annyival letudta, hogy "ezek az állapotok megoldhatóak egy ronggyal való törléssel", miután fotók is igazolták felháborodásunk tárgyát. Miután közöltük velük, hogy nem szándékozunk kipakolni bőröndjeinkből ilyen körülmények közt, szintén az volt a válasz, hogy nem kapunk semmilyen kártérítést, de így is elhagyhatjuk a szállást. Mivel a booking.com ügyfélszolgálata sem volt túl nagy segítségünkre, munkatársuk azt javasolta, hogy plusz költségek elkerülése végett maradjunk a szálláson a körülmények ellenére is. Emellett szerettünk volna egy plusz lepedőt kérni a hálószobába, véleményem szerint ez nem egy teljesíthetetlen kérés, de ezt sem voltak hajlandóak teljesíteni. Mindezeknek margójára másnap délelőtt 11 óra körül mindenféle egyeztetés nélkül megérkezett két takarítószemélyzeti munkatárs kopogtatás nélkül, ránk nyitva az ajtót, akkor elvégezve egy szintén felületes takarítást, amikor mi ott tartózkodtunk a lakásban!! Ezzel pedig igencsak kényelmetlen helyzetet okozva. Ezek után természetesen újból telefonálás az ügyfélszolgálattal, rengeteg várakozási idő, így igencsak rányomta a bélyegét az egész utazásunkra a felháborító szituáció. Az ilyen mennyiségű negatív tapasztalat mellett pozitív tapasztalatot sajnos nem tudnék felidézni a szállással kapcsolatban, így aki egy kellemes utazást szeretne szervezni, azt javaslom, hogy ne foglalja le ezt a szálláshelyet!
• Thea (7/5): Goed appartement als uitvalsbasis voor trips. - Schoon appartement. Aanwezigheid van een wasmachine, kruiden en heel attent een fles water in de koelkast. Volledigheid van de badkamer (o.a. tandenborstels en scheermesjes). Balkon met s' ochtends al zon. Wifi met internetverbinding alleen de eerste 3 dagen, daarna geen internet meer. Schimmel op de kitlaag in de douche. Voor ons te zachte bedden.

• Grzegorz (8/5): Relaxing stay for family - It was located close to shops, restaurants and beach. It was located on the kind of main street but it was quiet enough. Nice swimming pool. There was parking space available for us for no extra cost. Instruction on the arrival on how to use code for entrance wasn't really clear and it cause some problems but we finally got in and the agent were very helpful. They helped us quickly to get in.

• Luis (9/5): - El apartamento limpio y en buenas condiciones. Faltaba sartén para freír, pero cuando lo comunicamos la repusieron de inmediato. Además, el lugar es muy tranquilo y cerca de la playa. en resumen, muy buena estancia y recomendable para familias. No funcionaba la tele de la habitación
• Sean (10/5): - Property was well maintained, staff were more than happy to help with any issues, requests etc. the property location is exceptional, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. Benalmadena marina a short walk. Would highly recommend and will book again. Excellent family vacation booking. Check in and check out was smooth. Instructions for self entry were very good. There was only one minor issue, which was the pullout bed wasn't the most comfortable.

• Robert (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the see, private parking and the pool. Shops were also close to the apartment. Value for money was fair, the apartment was a bit older but still fine, fairly equipped and and maintained. The garden and the pool was cleaned regularly. Clear instructions for arrival. Washing machine in the apartment was an advantage. Mould in the shower and in the bathroom. Not clear instruction how to get to the parking area, after some investigation we found the key for the gate. Missing wifi code. Poor communication during our stay even if there was 24 hour service/assistance. We would appreciate more cutlery, the dishes were not cleaned enough. Moud on the cutting board. Furniture on the balcony was not in the best shape. If all would be fixed i would recommend this apartment.
• Aida (3/5): Bearly satisfying. - Sitting room. Sleeping pillows were comfortable. Finding the property - send video to people how to find a entry as on the street it says on the gate 146 but you advertise it as 144. Travelling long hours and arriving in the night - makes you frustrated when you feel lost. Finding the flat it’s hard as well, as your advertised 1K flat is actually on the fist floor. But the property is on the ground floor with specific name, so make instructions easier for tourists - simple video how to hind a building plus entry and how to find a flat - would benefit. Also, simple video about the parking spot or just simple parking lot number would benefit upfront instead us tourists texting you for simple instructions. Kitchen - no toaster, cooker hard to navigate, chipped plates and cups. Bedroom - hair (any kind) was found on the sheets and pillows, also we were sleeping in the ‘hole’- mattress needs changed. Fitted sheet was way too small for the mattress, was coming off every single night. Wardrobe needs to be updated too, it has specific smell, couldn’t put anything in there. Hanging shells looks dirty. Curtains (originally white) needs to be washed regularly, as currently was grey and dusty. Bathroom - not clean, shower walls were filled with bacteria called Serratia Marcescens (pink staining on the walls and corners), insects coming from behind the sink unit. In general, the whole flat needs a good repair and a good round with paint s it looks tacky at the moment. WiFi - suggestion - put a clear instructions for the people with WiFi name and a code, would make a life easier for the tourists.

• Pamela (7/5): Good - Clean, well described by the photos. East enough for getting around on the bus and from the train station. Water seemed to lose heat in shower after using for a while. Raised withh owner and asked to turn off eco mode. Couldn't figure out what that meant.
• Richard (7/5): Great location - Nice ground floor apartment with secure free car park. Has everything you need for your stay. The location is good with 5 mins to sea front. Swimming pool in front of the apartment. Communication is good from host. Would return in future. Hot water runs out quite quickly. On arrival, could do with a video from street gate to apartment as main building (White) door was locked when trying to get to the keys from inside the apartment. Could do with touch up on walls
