Muhammad (5/5): Average stay, horrible air conditioning - The location was nice. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the instructions were clear. The AC in the main hall stopped working after the first night, and it became very hot. The apartment team didn't do anything to remedy the situation. They kept deflecting the question and even when I sent them the photos of the faulty air conditioner, they didn't do anything. The owner always said that he was too "busy" somewhere else. Two of the 4 beds creaked even when my 10 year old was lying in it.
Sharon (10/5): - The apartment was perfect for our multi-generational family. It was clean, well-equipped, and had only a few stairs as it was on the main floor of the building. It was also close to the airport which was very convenient as we picked up our daughter. We didn't have to worry about timing our arrival with her flight arrival. I would definitely stay at this apartment again. Nothing. It was perfect for our stay.

Tooba (9/5): Good place for big group. - The place was very clean. All the equipment worked great. We loved the washroom a lot, great lighting. The sofas aren’t that comfortable but still good. All the appliances work great. Location wise not that great but still a good place to stay. Very clean, very good staff, has a back door and very close parking as well. Place had couple of cafes nearby as well. In total 3 single beds and 1 big bed. Plus 2 sofas are sofa cum beds so they can be slept on as well ( not that comfy ) but good for young people on a budget still. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

It’s well-equipped, it’s spotlessly clean, it’s spacious yet cozy, and you can catch an express bus into the city just across the road. The hosts were attentive and made sure everything was going well throughout my stay. It was great value for money too. I would definitely stay here again.

There was no hot water throughout the stay, and the entire apartment had a very strong, unpleasant smell. I tried contacting the host, but calls were not answered and I was asked to text instead, which didn’t help resolve the issues.

Nicolas (9/5): Good value, basic needs met exceedingly well - Had pretty much everything you need for a self-sufficient stay with family. Cozy living room. Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets, and enough linens and toilet paper were provided. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Water pressure was good and hot water was hot. It even had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Host was responsive and let us stay an extra 2 nights for a reasonable fee. Minor things that don't affect overall livability: Needed a few more kitchen tools. A few broken items such as strip on the floor or lights that don't work. Squeaky floors and drafty windows. The neighbourhood is strictly OK. Can opener doesn't work very well.

Mansoor (7/5): The place was tolerable. - Close to the highway. The hot water runs out after taking one shower. The kitchen door that’s leads to the outside stairs doesn’t have proper locking mechanism and cold air blows through it. The property gets very cold at night time due to the doors not sealing properly. The TV looks big in pictures but was small in reality.

Royer (5/5): Although we felt safe & comfortable, we were unsatisfied with a few disgusting items - Host/owner was very responsive to my texts and any requests from my questions I had. He suggested me to purchase a new pan (cuz the one they had was GROSS) and new dish sponge for the apartment and would etransfer me back. He paid back very quickly. Thank you. Host offered to bring new sheets after we found hair on the "new sheets" but it would come the next day. We are thankful there was a washer/dryer for us to use to wash the sheets ourselves. We love that there was NETFLIX on TV. And we LOVED the heated floors in the bathroom. I had a few "complaints" about cleaniness and unsatisfactory equipment. The frying pan was VERY worn out and was not safe to use as part of the pan was peeling off. This is not ok. The dish sponge left for us to use was USED. We do not know what it was used for. We found other used sponges in the cabinet. A new one should always be provided for new guests. And at arrival, we found a LONG PIECE OF HAIR on one of the beds.

Il y avait des finitions pas terminées, donc des courants d'air froid qui rentraient directement sur le lit. J' ai prévenu notre hôte qui m'a dit qu'il apporterait du scotch afin que je puisse faire moi même les réparations. Je n' ai pas trouvé cela très professionnel. D' autant plus qu il m'a dit qu'il apporterait le scotch le soir et que je l' ai attendu jusqu'à minuit et au final il l'a déposé devant la porte à 5h du matin. Je suis tombé malade le lendemain.

There was construction going on nearby, and work started at 7 a.m., even on weekends and holidays. This interfered with sleep. I wish this information had been provided in the description.

xianliang (6/5): - I stayed at this property for one night while traveling from Ottawa to Quebec City. The location is quite convenient, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The unit itself is small and a bit dated. I stayed on the first floor and could clearly hear footsteps from the unit above, which woke me up twice during the night. Upon arrival, we noticed the ceiling light in the living room was not working, and more concerning, there was a centipede in the living room. Since we were traveling with a one-year-old who crawls, this made us very uncomfortable. I contacted the host immediately but didn’t receive any reply until the next morning at 7 AM—just to ask what time I planned to check out so they can standby for cleaning, even though checkout was clearly stated as 11 AM. Another issue was the parking. While the listing claims free parking, there was no space available directly in front of the building. We had to park in the nearby city parking spot and walk a few minutes back to the property.
