• Herbert (10/5): - Danke an die Vermieterin für eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Nacht in Klagenfurt. Super "Cozy" Einrichtung und heimliches Ambiente vom ersten Moment an. Alles perfekt.
• Stanislaus (8/5): All in all ein wirklich gutes Gesamtpaket für sowohl kurze als auch längere Aufenthalte! - Der einfache Zungang ist super, der private Parkplatz ebenso! Die Kommunikation mit Anita war herausragend und machte den Aufenthalt unfassbar genießbar! Bis auf Kleinigkeiten wie Flecken am Badezimmerspiegel oder der Herdplatte war die Reinlichkeit wirklich gut!

• Violetta i Marek (10/5): Prawdziwy dom z duszą! - Podobało się nam dosłownie wszystko! Życzliwy kontakt z Panią Anitą, bezproblemowy dostęp. Apartament duży, wygodny, estetyczny, z pięknym wystrojem ( z brzozą w roli głównej). Łoże wygodne, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona! Miłe słodkie niespodzianki na powitanie. Aż szkoda nam było odjeżdżać, trzeba będzie powtórzyć w przyszłości. -

• Jolanta (10/5): Polecam - Bardzo wygodny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Do centrum 20 minut spacerem. Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny, apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, przestronny. Dużym plusem jest miejsce parkingowe. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. Miejsce godne polecenia.

• Frantisek (9/5): - Szép, rendezett, tiszta lakás. Teával, kávéval, csokival vártak. A konyha teljesen felszerelt. Az ágy kényelmes. A fürdőszobában szappan, tusfürdő, fogkefe, fogkrém. A lakóépületben a bejárati ajtóra belülről ki volt írva, hogy valaki éjfélkor és hajnali 5-kor használta a bejárati ajtót. Ezért ők nem bírtak aludni. És rendőrséggel fenyegetőztek...! Nos, ha pl. valakinek ilyen a munkarendje, akkor mit csináljon, lebegjen be a kulcslyukon?! Vagy ha bármi más okból kifolyólag később ér haza, vagy korábban kell indulnia? Isten óvja az ilyen szomszédoktól!

Outside of building and stairwell very scruffy. Parking would be very tight if all parking spaces in use. Overhead shower defective. Also would be better with a shower curtain as shower sprays outside shower area. Mismatched collection of crockery in the kitchen. Felt a bit like we were staying in someone’s apartment rather than a professional rental.

• Kiki (9/5): 满意 - 小小的很温馨，贴心的准备了洗簌用品还有巧克力，附件超市也只要步行几分钟就能到达，十分便利 住宿楼下靠近停车场的地方异味很重，不敢开窗。电风扇声音很大，床头灯的开关不是很好。还有在 Gästebuch 里面发现了蟑螂🪳，需要注意一下。整体还是挺满意的

• KATIUSCIA (9/5): - Appartamento piccolo, ma ben disposto con tutto quel che serve, dalle stoviglie alle coperte extra, ai prodotti da bagno. È molto silenzioso e ottimamente riscaldato, ha il parcheggio sotto casa e in 20' a piedi si arriva in centro . Materasso comodo I cuscini Austriaci non fanno per noi italiani, ma alla fine una soluzione per dormire l' abbiamo trovata ugualmente.

• sergio (10/5): Un soggiorno piacevole, nelle vicinanze del centro - Appartamento ben posizionato, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, piacevole, molto confortevole e dotato di parcheggio. Prezzo veramente ottimo rispetto a quanto offerto. Interazione con il proprietario molto efficiente, per il check in e le altre informazioni. Non c'è ascensore, cosa che comunque non rappresentava un problema per noi. Nel fare la doccia serve un po' di attenzione per non allagare il pavimento.

• Alexander (10/5): Wie zu Hause ❤️ - Wir haben ganz kurzfristig – wirklich Last Minute – diese Unterkunft gebucht, da unser Auto auf dem Weg nach Italien (wir sind Aussteller auf einer Weinmesse) eine Panne hatte. Trotz des stressigen Tages war die Ankunft in der Wohnung wie ein kleiner Traum. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls ein absoluter Traum – man merkt sofort, dass unglaublich viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in jedem Detail steckt. Die Vermieterin hat wirklich an alles gedacht: von Zahnbürsten im Badezimmer bis zu kleinen Schokopralinen zur Begrüßung. Für Paare, aber auch für Familien mit Baby ist die Wohnung einfach perfekt ausgestattet. Unser zweimonatiges Baby hat sich ebenfalls wohlgefühlt. Dank der tollen Empfehlung der Vermieterin haben wir eine leckere Pizza bestellt und anschließend einen gemütlichen Filmabend auf Netflix genossen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – hoffentlich dann ohne Autopanne!

Schon beim Betreten spürt man sofort die liebevolle Gestaltung und die warme Atmosphäre. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht – von der stilvollen Einrichtung über die hochwertige Ausstattung bis hin zur makellosen Sauberkeit. Ich würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine besondere Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor sucht. Volle Punkte und vielen Dank für die Halloween Süßigkeiten 😀

• Heinz (9/5): - the bedroom wall covering showed a view of San Francisco from the Bay Bridge. The same view we have from our Oakland home. Pretty weird but nice coincidence. Great espresso too. The shower had some issues, but we managed.
• Birgitt (8/5): können wir empfehlen - Die Lage des Hauses und die Außenansicht sind nicht so schön. Die Wohnung jedoch war sehr gemütlich, alles war vorhanden, jeder Zentimeter bestens genutzt. Es war ruhig, das Bett war sehr gut, für 2 Erwachsene vielleicht etwas zu klein. Es war sauber, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten waren vorhanden (Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine inkl. Kaffeekapseln, kleine Knabbereien und verpackte Mini-Badartikel). Der Kontakt war nicht persönlich, aber per Mail sehr freundlich und auch nach Ankunft kam eine Nachfrage, ob alles in Ordnung sei und das Angebot wurde gemacht, online jederzeit ansprechbar zu sein.

The apartment was equipped with excellent amenities, which made the stay very convenient and enjoyable. Everything felt well thought-out, from the practical essentials to the small touches that added to the overall experience. Definitely a place I’d be happy to return to.

• Renáta (8/5): Ha lesz klíma, akkor tökéletes kis szállás lehetőség. - Nagyon jópofa lakás, ami jól fel van mindennel szerelve. Nagyon tetszett minden a lakásban, hangulatos, barátságos, otthon érzi magát az ember rögtön. Nagyon melegben érkeztünk, annyira meleg volt a lakásban, hogy egyáltalán nem tudtunk aludni és szinte megmaradni sem bent. A légkondicionáló nagyon hiányzik belőle.
