- ken (8/5): 素敵な体験 また機会があれば利用したい - ここは集合住宅の一宅内の一部の部屋を民宿のように使用するもの 従って集合住宅（ビル）の入り口のドアを 入り口ドア横の当施設専用と思しきインターホンを押して開錠してもらう必要がある 私の到着時はまだ明るいうちだったためか開いていた なお 同施設の看板など屋号を示す表記はない（当施設の場所は施設から案内メールが届くので心配はない） 同施設は女性オーナーのワンオペらしいので 私のように正しい到着時間を連絡していないと オーナーが近所に買い物に出かけていて留守のことがあり訪問時に立ち往生する 私が立ち往生していると集合住宅内の人々が何人も声をかけてきて助けてくれた うち一人は親しい友人らしく携帯でオーナーに客が来ている旨知らせてくれた なんだか古き良き下町長屋の人間関係のようだ ちなみにオーナーを含めて全てスペイン語 オーナーは私の英語を理解してくれたようだが返事はスペイン語 私はスペイン語を勉強したことはないが 言わんとすることはなんとなく分かった

En la habitación que me tocó el aislamiento acústico y térmico deja mucho que desear. En verano debe ser insufrible, y escuchas todo el ruido de la calle. O te traes unos tapones para los oídos, u olvídate de dormir.

- Marta (9/5): - Apartamento renovado de tres habitaciones, 2 con balcón a la calle muy luminosas. Cocina muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Cuenta además con una zona común tipo pequeño salón. El baño, aunque compartido, proporciona todo tipo de productos de baño. Buena ubicación en el barrio de Tetuán. La anfitriona muy atenta. En general ambiente tranquilo para descansar. No hubo nada que me disgustara.

- Anna (8/5): - Good location, clean. There were a bottle of water free, in bathroom shampoo , good towel , everything you need in the kitchen Old buildings, the balcony door can’t be closed tightly, so you will hear everything and it can be cold in winter and too hot in summer

The location is unbeatable, right in the center, walking distance to Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, and tons of restaurants and shops. The metro station is just a few minutes away, which made it super easy to get around the city. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with good air conditioning (essential in Madrid summer). The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains for sleeping. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive
