• Martin (4/5): Damp man cave - The bed was comfortable and it was very close to the tram stop. The smell of damp as soon as you walked in, the washing facilities were behind an interconnected locked door which was opened on request, leaving me feeling like it wasn't very secure. Nowhere to put anything, no dressing area, minimal cooking facilities and equipment. Room sold as an entertainment room but only works if you have an I phone and Google how to make it work Entry to the apartment felt like an escape room challenge faded or missing labels didn't help. I could go on but my advice would be to bring the room up to a minimum standard and put some effort in.

• Heiko (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, sauber, ruhig und zweckmäßig. Wenig Besteck, kein Besen vorhanden. Leider keine Bedienungsanleitung für den Beamer vorhanden, in der Beschreibung war außerdem von einem TV die Rede, der in der Form also nicht vorhanden war

• Hyeonjong (8/5): - Die Lage war super, der Preis-Leistung ausgezeichnet, das Personal freundlich und es gab ausreichend Handtücher und sogar einen Beamer. Die Küche war mit Besteck, Töpfen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung bot fast alles, was ein Reisender braucht. Vornehmlich hat diese Wohnung eine Bodenheizung, was mir sehr gut gefällt. Trotz der oben genannten Vorteile gab es ein paar Mängel. 1. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Espressomaschine waren extrem verschmutzt. Die Espressomaschine war nach der Reinigung benutzbar, die anderen Geräte jedoch unbrauchbar. 2. Die Badezimmertür war so dünn und wackelig, dass man deutlich hören konnte, was drinnen vor sich ging. 3. Auf der Terrasse gab es nur Sitzgelegenheiten direkt gegenüber den Hausmülltonnen. Es standen zwar zwei Stühle da, aber einer davon war stark mit Vogelkot verschmutzt.

• Polina (4/5): - The apartment looks nothing like the pictures, and the condition upon check-in was unacceptable. We booked this place specifically because of how it was advertised, but many key elements shown in the photos are completely missing. The speakers and large lamps shown in the main picture are not there at all. The LED lighting is misleading: the main LED strip is not manageable and only stays green, while the pictures clearly show white light. This completely ruins the atmosphere. The LED lighting around the bed, shown in the listing, is missing. The chairs are also totally different — instead of the comfortable chairs advertised, there are basic wooden ones. Even worse than the false advertising was the cleanliness. The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned. We found an opened condom bag next to the bed, an open bag of frozen food left in the fridge, and visible wall stains next to the kitchenette, which made the space feel unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. We raised these issues with the host, but instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the situation, the response was dismissive.
• Caterina (5/5): Avrebbe del potenziale ma mal sfruttato. - Posizione ottima, sia per metropolitana che tram. Quartiere benservito ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo. Zero rumori di notte. Il Bagno è aperto sulla camera (sono divisi da solo una porta/parete di vetro), lavandino troppo piccolo e doccia senza box. Essendo inverno faceva freddo nel farsi la doccia e si bagnava il bagno. Stoviglie e pentole quasi inesistenti. Non è presente la lavatrice anche se l'annuncio dice il contrario.

• Gundula (8/5): - Vi likte bydelen. Derfor valgte vi stedet. Fint med gode restaurant og barer i område. Rolig bakgård. God seng. Fint sted for kort byferie. Vi savnet vanlig kniver og vinglass. Fjernkontroll til lysstyring virket ikke/dårlig. Vegg-ledd-lysslange lyste bare grønn.
