• Carlos Eduardo (4/5): No geral não gostei - Limpa e confortável Tive problemas com a fechadura da porta. Tive que descer duas vezes na recepção para o funcionário abrir para mim pois não funcionava. Além disso, a facial não funcionou. Fiquei do lado de fora do condomínio quando cheguei à noite, tocando a campainha da portaria sem que o porteiro atendesse. Depois de alguns minutos o porteiro desceu para abrir.

• Teresita (1/5): Horrible experience - - Please DONT go to this appartment!!!!! save yourself time and money. There were ANTS all over the appartment and one night we killed a cockroach. The “double bed” were two beds put together without a mattress protector and without a superior sheet, and the bedcover was made of nylon (for an extremely hot place like brazil it makes no sense) so we sweated a lot every night. The bottom sheet did not have elastic, so it didn’t even cover the mattress so it was disgusting to wake up sleeping on the mattress every morning. The place didn’t look clean, the decoration is not aesthetic, the 2 wifi provided worked extremely bad (we preferred using our cellular data, consuming all of it). The bathroom didn’t have ventilation so it had an awful smell even when we just arrived to the place. The worst part is that I told all these things to the owner (ricardo) and he didn’t show a good attitude. He said that its his appartment and he can choose the bedsheets that he wants, and he said that he would call the pest control service, the cleaning service (he said it twice) but he literally never did. NOBODY showed up to help us to at least cleaning the room. He said that its understandable that we had ants because the place is located in the middle of an ecological reserve (??? It was advertised as a “luxurious condominium “) and it was ridiculous because we just arrived from a brazilian island and the place where we stayed was super clean, and had ZERO bugs or ants. Honestly his lack of hospitality made everything worse. Don’t go to this appartment if you don’t wanna ruin your stay in brazil!!!
