- Anna (1/5): - První problém nastal po tom co jsme dostali číslo pokoje a když jsme na místo přišli, tak v našem pokoji někdo byl, telefon mi nikdo nebral, paní volala zpět až po 20 minutách, a nakonec zjistila, že nám řekla špatně číslo pokoje. Že by to paní nějak extra mrzelo se taky říct nedá. Pokoj nebyl taky nic moc hezkého za tu cenu. Předražené.

The heating did not work; when we messaged the property about this (admittedly quite late), we only received a reply after we had already checked out stating that the heating “normally works.” I would have expected an apology or at least an explanation of why it hadn’t worked.

- Joseph (8/5): Einfaches Zimmer ohne Frühstück. Self Checkin war einfach. - Die Lage ist grundsätzlich ruhig. Nur die Wände zu Nachbarn sind eher dünn, zum Glück waren sie bei uns nicht laut. Es gibt eine absperrbare Garage für die Fahrräder. Das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig.

Keine Nachtischlampe, kein Geschirrtuch, kaum Besteck, nicht mal ein Gurkenschäler. Dafür ein kaputter Stuhl. Der Boden im Bad leider nicht sauber. Insgesamt kein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Dust everywhere, some hair on shelf, dirty dishes, old sponge and fridge that smelled. First thing we did was clearing this apartment what we should not do.

- ArminSt (7/5): Einmal und nicht wieder - Die Umgebung war sehr schön, wenn wir beim Fenster hinausgesehen haben schauten wir direkt in das Maisfeld hinter dem Haus. Es war sehr ruhig in der Nacht Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt und schmutzig, war sicher nicht die 90 Euro wert die wir bezahlt haben, aber das weiß man ja vorher nicht, auch der Garten war sehr ungepflegt und der Pool eine Müllhalde!!! Es hat auch so ausgesehen als ob die Hälfte der Apartments an Asylwerber vergeben war

- francesco236 (6/5): Teures Zimmer in guter Lage - Die Lage war sehr günstig, um Ausflüge zu machen. Auch Klagenfurt ist nur 12 km entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, man kann das Fenster auch in der Nacht offen bzw. gekippt lassen. Der Self-Check-In ist zwar sehr unpersönlich, hat aber perfekt funktioniert. Der Preis von 81 € pro Nacht für ein Einzelzimmer ist eindeutig zu hoch. Für die einfache Ausstattung und die geringe Größe des Zimmers wären maximal 50 € angemessen gewesen.

- EIRINI (6/5): - Όταν κάναμε κράτηση ζητήσαμε διπλό κρεβάτι. Δυστυχώς το δωμάτιο είχε 2 μονά κρεβάτια. Οι πετσέτες είχαν μια περίεργη μυρωδιά. Δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες προσώπου παρά μόνο σώματος. Η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας ήταν παλιά. Ήταν ακριβό για αυτά που παρέχει.

Unica cosa positiva è la presenza di un garage comune dove lasciare le biciclette durante la notte. Lenzuola e asciugamani non avevano un buon odore, in bagno c'era polvere che indicava una pulizia sommaria, le spugne per i piatti erano evidentemente consumate. La struttura è abbastanza fatiscente. Eravamo pronti a una sosta spartana ma siamo rimasti delusi. Prezzo spropositato per la qualità offerta.

- Michael (2/5): Sehr Schlecht - Nichts Die Rückwand der Küchenzeile war extrem dreckig. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keinen Wasserkocher. Der Abfluss im Bad lief nicht gut ab, das Schränkchen unterm Waschbecken komplett kaputt. Das Badezimmer Fenster defekt. Die Handtücher waren komplett hart. Und die Duschwanne hatte noch Haare und etc. Spinnenweben im Zimmer.

- Ute (5/5): Preis Leistung passt nicht - Die Betten waren gut. Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Sehr einfaches Zimmer, es funktioniert alles. Sauberkeit ok. Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit weit und breit.

- Sarah (10/5): - It’s clean and it has everything you need. The host was super helpful and responsive . I had my vrbo booking through another place, but that host made a mistake and forgot that it’s not available and then I’ll take it off the list so he had to cancel my booking. And I had nowhere to stay for that day. I booked online and the host was very responsive and once I got there, he gave me all the instructions to self checking in . I had trouble opening the door so I messaged him, but I finally figured it out and he actually responded right away. We are better than the other Vrbo booking because I messaged the guy twice in the morning and he never responded so that was the bright side of the day for me.
- Birthe (6/5): Praktisch und gut erreichbar. Zimmerstandard und Komfort verbesserungsfähig. - Die Lage war ruhig und für unseren Bedarf sehr gut. Self Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Sauberkeit war ok. Der Standard war nicht besonders hoch. Die Zimmer waren ok eingerichtet aber klein und renovierungsbedürftig. In der Nacht ging ein (Feuer-) Alarm los, Matratze war gut aber Kissen und Decke sehr alt. Sauberkeit im Bad war etwas zu wenig. Alles war etwas runtergekommen.

- Bernd (7/5): Günstige Unterkunft - Kleine, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ein-Zimmer-Apartments. Insgesamt schon älter, aber preislich günstig. Zusatz-Wärme-Panel, welches es auch gebraucht hat. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich eine Rechnung per Email. Keine Zwischentüre vom Vorraum zum Wohnraum, so kam die Kälte von der Eingangstüre in den Wohnraum. Die Unterkunft ist im Sommer sicher angenehmer.

- Sabine (7/5): Gut gelegenes, zweckmäßiges Apartment! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Wichtige Attraktionen konnten alle mit dem Auto schnell erreicht werden. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Über Busverbindungen etc. können wir nichts sagen. Toll war es auch, dass Hunde erlaubt sind. 10€ Endreinigung ist ein super Preis. Leider war der Bettbezug ein Sommerbezug und wir haben ziemlich gefroren. Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch toll gewesen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ziemlich „interessant“. Eine Dame meinte zu meinem Mann ob er nicht kurz zu ihr in die Wohnung kommen möchte. Am nächsten Tag kam die Polizei und räumte eine andere Wohnung in dem Wohnblock. Es wurde wirklich nicht langweilig!

- AK8_81 (5/5): Für eine Nacht wenn es sein muss OK - Außer der Nähe zum Arbeitsort nicht viel - Es wäre viel Potential da, wird aber von den Betreibern leider nicht genutzt! Das Apartment ist Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schon bei der Ankunft gab es das erste Problem, beim zugewiesen Zimmer fehlte der Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe. Zwar war das Problem nach Anruf schnell erledigt, ist aber ärgerlich. Leider zieht es sowohl bei der Eingangstür als auch beim Badezimmerfenster extrem rein. Das Zimmer war auf Grund der Witterung (Temperaturen um die 10 Grad und Starkregen) sehr kalt und vor allem feucht. Die Heizung im Zimmer schafft Abhilfe, jedoch funktionierte Sie im Bad überhaupt nicht. Auch die WC Spülung funktionierte nur durch Öffnen des Spülkastens. Die Zahlung der Ortstaxe mittels legen Sie das Geld abgezählt einfach auf den Tisch im Zimmer wirkt befremdlich und ist eher seltsam. Auch das gesamte Umfeld ist sehr vernachlässigt und ungepflegt

And you get what you are paying for - a less fancy but clean and quiet accommodation. They are charging an extra 15 Euros for a dog. The highest I have paid so far in Austria and the neighboring countries (in more expensive hotels and pensions) was 10 Euros.
