Selena (10/5): Magnifique endroit, dépaysant, au pied des montagnes et en immersion totale avec la nature et les animaux! - Endroit magnifique, très chouette en couple ou en famille, animaux bien traités et service repas/activités superbe! Il aurait fallu un peignoir, des chaussons ou au moins un linge supplémentaire pour le jacuzzi. Nous avons dû improviser avec les petits linges de salle de bain pour ne pas salir ceux de la douche… sinon un sans faute!

Dunia (9/5): A faire et refaire sans modération ! - Nous avons tout apprécié ! L'accueil, les repas (petit déjeuner, souper et repas de midi). Les activités Zoo et piscine + VerticAlp et Téléphérique des Marécottes. Supers moments, superbes vues. Nous avons en plus eu de la chance avec la météo. La vue de notre chambre (mais c'était la seule disponible au moment de la réservation)

Liliya (9/5): - Nous avons adoré notre séjour. C’est un excellent hôtel familial. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner ainsi que le jacuzzi. Malheureusement, il n’y avait pas de neige et nous n’avons pas pu faire de luge avec les enfants.
Cristele (9/5): Une super expérience - L’emplacement très calme, la tournée de nourrissage le matin super interessant, un vrai plus de pouvoir échanger avec les soigneurs du Zoo. La gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner correct L’isolation des chambres, on pouvait entendre les enfants dans le jacuzzi situé un étage plus bas. Les coussins vraiment très petits. Prenez les votres si vous venez en voiture. La temperature dans la chambre trop haute malgré le réglage du thermostat.

Ulfilas (6/5): Situation avec zoo intéressante, mais utilisation avec des enfants limite - Emplacement "intéressant"; construction neuve qui respire bien; restaurant qui fait des efforts et dont le personnel est agréable Nous sommes venus pour tester séjour avec des enfants. La mezzanine est beaucoup trop haut, sans accès spontané (par ailleurs nombreux avertissements de l'établissement), échelle trop raide et sommaire. Salle de bain grande, mais place perdue où l'on aurait pu faire un vrai accès à la mezzanine. Dans tous les escaliers de l'établissement: manque de main courante ! Évaluation générale: assez cher pour les prestations.

Et le plaisir d'aller voir le matin nourrir les animaux avec un soignant qui nous a expliqué certaines choses qui est vraiment au top. On a tout apprécié. Et je remercie tout le personnel y compris le personnel soignant. Au plaisir de vous revoir .

Bernadette (9/5): Séjour immersif et de pur bonheur dans la montagne - L’hôtel est neuf, les chambres magnifiques bien aménagées. La mezzanine est pratique avec les enfants, l’échelle réservée aux plus de 6 ans ou aux téméraires. La vue sur la parc est privilégiée, de même que depuis le jacuzzi! La restauration excellente et de qualité avec une équipe motivée et conviviale. Entrée piscine pour le jour avant et après la nuit d’hôtel, parfait en pleine canicule!! Visite du parc exclusive à 8:30 pour nourrir les animaux, génial pour voir les animaux! Merci pour les super explications du soigneur! À refaire! En pleine canicule, seul l’air frais de la montagne a pu refroidir la chambre.

Catherine (5/5): Spannend - Dass ich zu jederzeit in den Tierpark gehen konnte. Am Abend ist es schön ruhig dort. Das Frühstück zwischen Hotel und Jugendherberge. ( das Zimmer ist somit für eine Alleinreisende Person total überteuert. ) Es fehlen dünne Vorhänge und einen Stuhl und Tisch im Zimmer. Jeder kann ins Zimmer hineinschauen. ZBsp. für einen Mittagsschlaf muss man das Zimmer komplett abdunkeln..

Richard (10/5): Je recommanderai vivement cet hotel car tout y était parfait. Magnifique cadeau aux enfants. - Le personnel était très accueillant et disponible. La propreté de l'hôtel. Le buffet était très bien achalandé du début à la fin. La possibilité pour les enfants et les parents d'accompagner les gardiens pour la distribution de nourriture aux animaux. La confirmation faite par Booking à l'hôtel. Lors de la réservation j'ai inscrit 2 adultes et un enfant et pas un bébé comme Booking a transmit à l'hôtel. Cette erreur a fait que nous avions une petite chambre avec un grand lit et que l'hôtel a du pousser le lit et rajouter un matelas posé au sol. Dommage car les autres chambres étaient bien plus confortable.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly We arrived on a very busy Sunday, no parking available for hotel guests during check in time. The restaurant was closed when we reached, the only option were some snacks from the pool area, small room service menu would be a great addition to the overall experience
