• karin (10/5): - Komme immer wieder sehr gerne! Perfekt sauber und ausgestattet. Wirklich alles bedacht, was es für einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt braucht. Gute Lage vom Bahnhof aus und in die Innenstadt. Absolut zu empfehlen.

• Ying (10/5): - Das Apartment war wirklich sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet und sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage, wodurch wir alles bequem erreichen konnten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung! wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Josef (10/5): - Krásný a pohodlný být s velkým balkónem na klidném místě kousek od centra. Velký Bonus - kapslový kávovar. Bezproblémový check-in i check-out . Rychlá reakce a ochota na naše přání. Vřele Doporučuji a pokud bude možnost, rádi se vrátíme 🥰
• Suzana (10/5): - The place is brand new - a spaceous apartment with a separate bedroom in a new building, new furnishings. It's fully equipped with dishes and towels, netflix and even spare blankets. I commend on its cleanliness, and thank the hosts for the coffee :).

• Antonella (9/5): Appartamento nuovo e ben fornito vicino al centro di Graz - L'appartamento si trova in una posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Graz; è pulito e dotato di quasi tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Si trova in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. Prima dell'arrivo, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le istruzioni per raggiungerlo con facilità e parcheggiare l'auto. Abbiamo gradito la gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto trovare all'arrivo una bottiglia di acqua, una cioccolata e capsule per il caffè in abbondanza. Mancava una scopa o un aspirapolvere per la pulizia del pavimento.

• Adrien (8/5): Nice visit - Apartman je prostran, uredan i čist, kuhinja opremljena sa svime što vam treba! Parking koji je udaljen par minuta hoda je također veliki plus! U blizini su sve atrakcije koje smo htjeli posjetiti. Krevet je za mene bio neudoban ali to može biti i zato što imam problema s leđima.
• karin (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sehr sauber und gemütlich. Checkin und Kontaktmöglichkeit zum Gastgeber ganz einfach. Sehr zentrumsnah, vom Bahnhof einfach zu erreichen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Easy access, detailed instructions; and although we did not meet the owners in person, their hospitality was evident in their little touches. thank you again. There's several shops and restaurants around the apartment if anything is needed and the carparking was also ok. --

• Ewa (10/5): A great place to stay in Graz - The apartment is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a lift. The Lend district is perhaps one of the nicest areas to stay in Graz – Lendplatz is just around a corner, with its food market, shops, restaurants and cafes. All of the main attractions, including the historic centre, are within a 15-minute walk. Although there is no parking directly by the building, we were kindly offered a spot in the nearby underground car park, less than 5 minutes away. The owners were very kind and answered all of our questions very quickly.

• Serhii M. (10/5): Дуже гарні апартаменти - Дуже комфортні апартаменти з гарним наповненням на тихій вулиці Грацу, в 5 хв неспішної ходьби від історичного центру міста. Самостійне зручне заселення, з детальною інструкцією. Швидкий інтернет. Чай, кава, комплімент від господарів - мінеральна вода та шоколад. Зручний безкоштовний підземний паркінг в 200 м від будинку. Ці апартаменти і саме місто Грац варті уваги і є неодмінне бажання повернутися сюди ще раз

• Hildegard (10/5): - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der self-check-in hat super geklappt.
• Müller-Pósa (9/5): A szállásadó segítőkész és azonnal válaszol minden kérdésre. A városközpontban van ennek ellenére nem zajos. - Közel vannak a látványosságok és az üzletek. Pár perc a sétára a piacon is tudsz vásárolni. A parkolóban a kocsi biztonságban van. Nem volt ilyen.
• karin (10/5): - Wieder ganz wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Sehr saubere, bestens ausgestattete und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr praktisch, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

• Susanne (10/5): Einfach perfekt für uns :) - Einfach alles! Aufzug und Wohnungstür ist breit genug, dass wir mit unserem Zwilingsbuggy komfortabel in das Appartement gekommen sind. Es waren reichlich Handtücher bereitgelegt und sogar an Waschmittel für eine evtl. anfallende Wäsche war gedacht. Durch einen technischen Fehler hatten wir den falschen Türcode übermittelt bekommen und standen um 23:30 Uhr vor verschlossener Türe. Ein Anruf beim Vermieter und „Sesam öffne Dich“ und das Problem war gelöst. Wir waren so dankbar, dass er so spät noch ans Handy ging!!! Liebevoll und funktional, mit dem Blick fürs Detail, eingerichtete Wohnung… wir kommen gerne wieder. Es gibt nichts zu verbessern :)
• Tereza (10/5): Absolutní TOP! - Velký apartmán s terasou, skvělá vybavenost, čistota, pohodlné postele. Obvykle máte v apartmánu/hotelu při pobytu na 2 noci 2x toaletní papír, 2x tableta do myčky, 2x tableta do pračky, 2xsáček čaje/kávy.... zde bylo od všeho tak 20 kusů. Nepotřebovali jsme to, ale taková maličkost a hned se cítíte opravdu vítáni.
• Thomas (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage, kostenfreies Parkhaus um die Ecke, Sehr sauber, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und alles reichlich vorhanden. Kommunikation hervorragend. Schöne Atmosphäre. Nichts, aber auch gar nichts auszusetzen.

• Szymon (10/5): Dobre miejsce, żeby odwiedzić Graz na kilka dni. - Ładne wnętrze, czysto, super okolica. Zapewniony parking - super sprawa. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Nie mam uwag.
• Joanna (10/5): Well located and generously equipped apartment, with convenient public transport options. - Instructions for check in and key collection were very clear. Everything was straight forward and easy. There was even the possibility for car parking. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, with generous supplies of coffee, towels and toilet paper. Though the weather was warm, the flyscreens and fans meant ventilation was possible. The beds were comfortable and the decor was pleasing. As foreigners we had to spend a little time working out what was meant to go in which bin, the pictures were helpful.

• Imants Bleidelis (10/5): Ļoti labi uzturēts dzīvoklis, gandrīz Grācas centrā. - Ļoti labi uzturēts dzīvoklis, gandrīz Grācas centrā. Ar savu balkonu, kur var pavadīt vakaru. Bezmaksas autostāvvieta atrodas 5 minūšu gājiena attālumā no dzīvokļa. Nav gaisa kondicioniera.

• Maida (10/5): Great place to stay - The whole apartment was great, the furnishings were quite nice and we liked how the apartment was styled. In general, the apartment was quiet spacious. There was quite large balcony that's lovely, but we didn't get much use out of it since it was winter time. The apartment was stocked with everything that's needed, including tea and coffee pods. It was really clean, the building itself was quite quiet, so it was great for resting. The location is great, the center of the city was within walking distance as well as parking spot in the nearby garage. There's several shops and restaurants around the apartment if anything is needed.

• Shona (8/5): Very good - Lovely appartment, clean and very well equipped. Great location for exploring. Too hot even with the shutters down during the day so hard to sleep. Pillow too flat and bedding too warm for summer. A fan for each sleeping space would be better.
