In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.
No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly nonsmoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.
No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.
Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodations by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.
For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:
1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

- Nour (6/5): appartement poussiéreux, attente de plus de 3h pour les clés sans aucune organisation, et piscine annoncée ouverte tout - Uniquement la localisation si vous êtes véhiculé, proche de tout et des autres villes. L’appartement est meublé avec l’essentiel et le rapport qualité/prix reste correct. L’appartement paraît passable à première vue, mais il ne faut surtout pas bouger les meubles ou regarder sous le lit pour découvrir des amas de poussière…
Concernant la remise des clés, on nous promet d’être contactés à l’avance pour s’arranger sur l’horaire, mais personne ne nous a contactés. Nous avons dû les harceler et attendre plus de 3 heures dans la chaleur avant que quelqu’un vienne nous remettre les clés. La personne qui est venue ne connaissait même pas les lieux. C’est honteux, surtout quand eux préviennent qu’au moindre retard de 15 minutes de notre part, des frais sont facturés.
Autre énorme déception : nous avons spécialement choisi cet appartement pour la piscine annoncée. Une fois sur place, surprise : piscine inaccessible avant juin. Cette information n’est mentionnée nulle part alors qu’il est indiqué “ouverte toute l’année” sur leur site ainsi que sur Booking.
Après plusieurs messages, Stay Unique promettait de trouver un arrangement, mais chaque jour nous recevions la même réponse sans aucune solution concrète. Ils nous ont clairement fait patienter jusqu’à la fin du séjour sans jamais apporter de réponse cohérente ni de compensation.
En résumé : bon emplacement si vous êtes véhiculé(e), mais service client catastrophique et informations trompeuses concernant la piscine.
