- Roni (5/5): - In the In the Spanish Quarter. Large apartment. Beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius At the end of the Spanish Quarter, which is built on a slope, meaning you have to go up the entire quarter and then 5 floors without an elevator (this is not clear enough and is indicated in an inconspicuous place), all the taps and in the shower everything is old and rusty, and in the shower you get hot water for a minute and a half and then 3 minutes of frozen water (we told the host, he wrote that he would fix it and nothing happened)

You can do much better than here. - The location would be great but there are 93 wonky steps up to the apartment, which are not mentioned in the property description. The Spanish Quartet is vibrant and entertaining! Also, the view in the pictures is lovely but there is nowhere to sit and enjoy it - you can stand on the ledge (not a balcony) and see it to the right. Everything. Very poorly laid out, dreadful location (93 steps), no balcony only a ledge/step, poorly equipped with grubby cups and dishes. The shutters didn’t work and no one came to fix them - even after they said they would. Only one remote control for the aircon across two rooms which was difficult when we used both rooms for sleeping. Washing machine is temperamental, and no iron!

- Georgina (8/5): A wonderful location, great value for money. - The location in the Spanish Quarter was fantastic for ambience and food/drink. Surprisingly quiet in the flat, full kitchen facilities. The flat is opposite a friendly shop where they spoke English. Very near the Metro and shopping areas. We knew it was on the 5th floor, but the 93 stairs were extremely steep, it’s important to know that. Some issues with the shower.
