Thomaz (3/5): - O proprietário é mto solicito e sempre presente. Pecou demais na limpeza e instalação. Tudo muito velho, com cheiro de mofo e faltou bem na limpeza.
Caio (7/5): Anfitrião gente boa, mas como crítica construtiva eu ficaria atento aos detalhes. - Localização segura, tem segurança em todo o quarteirão. Local com muito barulho, tentei dormir a tarde na sexta e foi impossível. No domingo tomei banho gelado, sistema de boiler não esquentou a água. Achei um chiclete grudado no corrimão dentro do Box do banheiro, me fez duvidar da limpeza do local.
