• Gunther (9/5): Very nice house in the center of Limassol. Make sure you close everything when going out. - Very effective and friendly staff. There was a water leak, it got solved in less than an hour. I got robbed. I left a window open to air out. There were burglar bars in front of that window but the thieves broke it and entered the house. Not the staff fault.

• XANTHI (10/5): - To σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο και ευρύχωρο, είχε και αυλή μικρή για να παίζει το παιδί.Στην αρχή όταν μας πήγε το ταξί στο σπίτι μου φάνηκε πολύ απόμερο και μέσα σε στενά, αλλά τελικά το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά στην παραλία,περπάτημα 3λεπτών και σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, πολύ κοντά και στο ζωολογικό κήπο.Ωραια τοποθεσία.Οι ιδιοκτήτες ευγενικοί, απαντούσαν σε ερωτήσεις και μας κράτησαν και τα πράγματα ως αργά το απόγευμα, ενώ κάναμε ήδη check out. To κρεβάτι ετριζε και το στρώμα ήταν μαλακό πολύ για τα γούστα μου.Επισης το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό αλλά είχε σκόνη αρκετή στα παράθυρα.Ωστοσο η γενική εντύπωση ήταν πολύ καλή, δεν θα του έβαζα 10, αλλά 9,5 άνετα

• Dayana (8/5): - Very good location, just a few minute walk from the beach and shopping area. In a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and flexible with the timing.

• Luboš (10/5): One of the best accomodation in Limassol - Very nice apartment. Very big, comfortable and good equipped. Close to the center and beach and for very nice price. Only a few appartments such this I found during my travelling. The owner is very communicative and helpful. -

• Kupatadze (10/5): - The owner is very good and attentive; I would recommend them 100%. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. Every comfort is provided in the apartment. The sea is very close, as well as other important amenities. Anyone who stays in this apartment will not regret it.

• Gunther (8/5): Good place to stay in Yermasoyia close to shops. - Nadiya was very friendly and ready to help. The shower was a bit too small for me but I am a bodybuilder. The apartment was not soundproof and the neighbors were a bit loud.

• Konstantinos (8/5): Very good - it was a really nice, comfy quiet please! That was not much noise, it was next to a big road though. The shutters were a really big plus for me that i want no light to be able to sleep. BIG PLUS.. shampoos and shower gel provided too . It was not completely clean as i took a look up or behind the curtains and that was the only drawback.

• St (1/5): DO NOT GO THERE! - There is nothing positive to say When we entered the room, we noticed a big disgusting smell. I was about to leave the place and get another room. Since we were in the city for a festival, we decided to go though that „pain“, which was the worst decision of my life. The apartment looks nice on the pictures, but in real life you have everywhere ants walking around - even in the bed!! For that money you paying there up could easily get a nice hotel room. Besides that the owner was super unfriendly and aggressive to us, because we didn’t checkout on time. They hammered the door 5 minutes before checkout and screamed at us. This is not appreciate behavior towards clients.

• Roger (8/5): Very good - A lot of thought went into making a basic apartment into something special, well equipped, comfortable large bed, very nice lounge furniture, excellent TV. Simple but again well equipped kitchen. Good lighting. Shower, not easy to get in and out of, could be improved. Cannot see oit of wndows . Bedroom curtain could be better.

• Dawid (7/5): Apartment is in the middle of the town and might be loud, especially at night. We enjoyed our stay. - Apartment was very good equiped. From very good equipped kitchen/bedroom/living room. The owner gave us parking spot next to the apartment and show how to use parking entrance/exits. Gave us also netflix account so we could enjoy it even more. Apartment had an induction with additional spicies and coffee/tea. So we could enjoy like at own home. Bathroom even if was small had everything a couple needed. We didn't like the location and loudness of the place. It was on the groundfloor and we couldn't open windows or doors to allow sunshine to enter apartment because next to apartment was near loud street and places to eat and delivery was driving loud scooters. Almost every morning someone was cleaning and openning water on the opposite side of the wall. There is another apartment on the 1st floor that has access to same doors as our apartment. Which could be loud when someone climbs on the stairs.

• Liza (6/5): Pleasant stay in comfy place by the sea - Location is perfect! The apartment is very clean and comfy, all as in the pictures. There was no hot water in the kitchen (bathroom was ok), very loud (from neighbours). The host was very rude at check in (later she was responsive and always helpful, what it was at check in - we have no idea, but super rude and aggressive)
• Mexanikus2006 (9/5): totally recommend, nice place with nice design and comfort - Very good place, near the beach, any some small restaurants near And the host was very friendly, we left something at home, she even went to the other side of the city to transfer that a bathroom was a bit small, but it was ok
• Mamić (10/5): Exceptional - The location of this place was great. You have some nice restaurants and market (event the one that works 24h a day) in 50 meter radius. Really nice beach was also like 100 meter away. The place is nicely furbished and has everything you need for a short stay we had. The hosts Serghei and his wife were nice and helpful, offering us airport transfer service. All in all, value for money you get here is amazing! Sometimes you can hear the footsteps from upper floor apartment, as the wall is kinda thin, but we did not spend much time inside so it was not really that noticable for us... but just to keep in mind :)
