• Cindy (10/5): Great place to stay while visiting Rome - We loved that the owner was really responsive. It was a (happy) surprise that there was a washer and dryer. The beds were really comfortable. The air conditioning worked great which was important because it was almost 100° while we were there! The location was great too, right around the corner from the bus stop. We did have to be careful not to turn the water to hot because it came out steaming if we did.
• Yllka (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment feels so much like home, it has everything you need and a very homey feel to it. The owners even provide you with a nespresso machine and plenty of coffee pods, they also find you a parking spot for 10eu/night if you come by car which is very cheap and convenient. It is quite close to the center, but not close enough to feel the overwhelming tourist presence, we walked the first day up to the colosseum because we wanted to see the city but you can get there by metro from San Paolos basilica station for like 10 minutes, and you can get the tickets inside the station. Overall we had an amazing time and really wished we could have stayed longer, I strongly recommend.

• Dalit (9/5): Two weeks in 2 bedrooms apartment, 30 mins far from city center - In the apartment nothing is missing. There are enough linens, towels, kitchen equipment. The washing machine and the drier are working very good, and also you can hang the laundry outside very comfortable. Plenty of hot water all the time. Near the apartment there are nice restaurants and bakeries. even though the location is not in the city center (35-50 mins by public transportation, depending on the time of the day), the difference in price is worth while, if you going to stay more than a few days, and need 2 bedrooms apartment.

• Derrick (10/5): Super amazing apartment, great air conditioning - Wow. This place was one of the highlights of our 4-week trip. It exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The only issue was finding parking but you have to think like an italian and just park illegally sometimes. But the apartment was amazing for the price. Huge and spacious, AC in every bedroom, great amenities and thoughtful host. A+++ Parking was tough.

The owner was very helpful. There is a bus 3 min walking which brings you directly to piazza Venezia and then you can visit all the central Rome sights. There’s also a fantastic bakery round the corner, buy your sandwiches and breakfast cheaply for the day ahead. N/A

• Margaret (10/5): Spacious flat in great area of Rome - A big, spacious apartment in a good location - the rooms were clean, bright and comfortable and it was very well equipped. We liked having the use of 2 bathrooms and access to a washing machine and dryer. There was also a dishwasher, and the owner provided lots of tea and coffee, bottled water and even a bottle of prosecco. The flat has a balcony and the windows all had mosquito screens and shutters. The stairs and entrance area were cleaned each morning, and there was a lift in the building. The apartment is in the Portuense area of Rome, just south of Trastevere. It's a proper Roman suburb and not a tourist area at all. There's an amazing choice of shops, supermarkets and places to eat, and it's a 15 minute walk to Trastevere Station, 20 mins to Basilica San Paolo metro and local buses go direct to Piazza Venezia and Termini Station. For a taste of real Roman life, with easy access to the tourist areas, this apartment was perfect. Thank you Andrea for your hospitality! Can't think of anything!
• Vlora (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a perfect place from where it was very easy to get to all places to visit in Rome. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, in particular very suitable if you travel with family. The owner Andrea was very kind to let us leave the luggage in the apartment since we had a late flight.
• Clare (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and a loads of space. - The location was perfect. Easy to use public transport to get to the airport and into central Rome. Andrea met us at the property with the keys and showed us some features of the apartment. The apartment had a lot of space and it was really well designed and there were lots of extras such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cleaning products, coffee pods etc. I think the photos don't actually do it justice and it was much better than I had expected. There were services really nearby such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and lots of shops. The bus into central Rome is only a couple of minutes away and runs regularly. Lovely apartment and hosts. Would highly recommend for families.
• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - It was an excellent accommodation, the perfect area to relax after a hectic day in Rome, the apartment is extremely spacious, immaculately clean, 2 large bathrooms, the balcony with a table and chairs, the kitchen equipped with absolutely everything you need, 2 large bedrooms and extremely comfortable mattresses, everything was perfect. Andrea (the owner) a top 10 person, offered to wait for us at the airport so as not to waste time even if it was 10 p.m., and he helped us get to the airport on the day of departure even if he had to wake up at 5 morning for us. We will definitely come back here! Grazzie mille Andrea!
• Vendeta (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was quite big, cozy and clean. Not only, it's very nice too. It has everything a traveller might need. The neighbourhood is very quiet (so you can do a good sleep) and near markets, good restaurants, bakeries etc. Andrea was absolutely very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay there again.
