• Adil (9/5): - Apparemment tres propre, bien équipé climatisé, emplacement tres bien station métro policlinico est a côté et super marché pas du tout loin, des restaurants et épiceries autour du logement. Personnel tres réactif. Éviter d'installer les serpillières et balais dans la chambre à coucher, les mettre par exemple dans le hall dans une colonne est mieux. Aussi Avoir deux lits séparés dans l une des deux chambres serait bien surtout quand nous avons des enfants adolescents.

• Shaffy (8/5): All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment to others. - English: Our stay in this apartment was very pleasant and comfortable. The location is excellent: the metro station is about a 5 to 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is just a 5-minute walk. This makes the apartment well-connected to the rest of the city and a great base for exploring local sights and getting around easily. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. From the very beginning, they were available and responsive, providing great recommendations for places to eat nearby, which we really appreciated. If anything came up, they were quick to assist. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. It features two comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a private entrance—which gave us a great sense of privacy. There was plenty of hot water, enough power outlets in every room, and all the basic amenities we needed. Getting to the apartment from the airport was easy as well—a taxi ride costs around €60 and takes about 30 to 40 minutes. There are also recycling and waste bins right in front of the building, which made it easy to dispose of our trash responsibly—something we really appreciated. One small piece of feedback would be to ensure there is enough toilet paper provided for the full stay. Additionally, having a few bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival would be a thoughtful touch, especially after a long journey. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment to others. We would be happy to stay here again in the future! • Laura (9/5): Great choice when in Rome, we enjoyed it & definately reccomend it! - Location is very good, close to majority of touristic objectives, 2 stations away from Termini, 5 minutes walking from subway station, residential area peaceful and clean, nice italian restaurants nearby, supermarket 3 minutes away. The apartment is equiped with everything you need. (kitchen can be easily used for cooking, fridge, dishes & clothes washing machines available). Modern, nice design of the apartment, welcoming hosts always avaiable everytime we had questions (even if we didn't interacted in person, but via messages). Self check in/ self check out was a great plus for our group. You can hear / feel the subway passing underneath, it's strange in the beggining but not very noisy, we got used starting 2nd day. Apartment located ground floor, entrance directly from the street was a bit surprinsing for us, yet not disturbing. There are selective garbagge bins located close to the entrance, we had a very noisy late evening and early morning on Monday, when garbagge collection took place.

• Konrad (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was as in the description of the facility. Nothing was missing. Warm and clean rooms. There was a set of dishes and cutlery for six people. Very close to the metro. The district is quiet and peaceful. I recommend!!!
• Krystsina (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the metro, and the apartment is easy to access. It can be considered as being on the first floor. The space is well-zoned, and it has everything you need, including laundry detergent, spices, coffee, a hairdryer, an iron, etc. The check-in process is simple, with no need to wait for the host. You can hear the metro from the apartment, and the air conditioners in the rooms are quite noisy.
• Scott (9/5): Excellent property. I will not hestiate to recommend it! - I like 95% of this property. Host was responsive, amenity is excellent and new. Kitchen with a washer is very useful. Neighborhood is very safe being in a local residential area (unlike the area around Roma Termini). Few minutes from the bus stops and metro station that take you anywhere. Supermarket, pharmacy and few restaurants are few minutes away. The only two complaints I have are the beds are on the soft side and being a little too far from the attractions, so it takes longer time to travel. Too little choices to dine out after a long day of touring.
