• Ferit (10/5): Fiyat performans olarak gayet güzel. - Merkezi konum. Mutfak gayet yeterli. Metroya çok yakın. Tüm gezilecek yerlere marketlere yakın. Wifi iyi. Çalışanlar çok hızlı dönüş yapıyorlar. Bir sorununuz olursa anında yardımcı oluyorlar.

• Feliciagait (10/5): - Υπέροχο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρο και πανέμορφη αισθητική. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική. Από το παράθυρο φαίνεται όντως ο Παρθενώνας. Το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ανατομικά. Κάνεις τέλειο ύπνο. Επίσης είχε ότι χρειαζόμουν για να μαγειρέψεις. Και πολύ χώρο για τις αποσκευες και τα ρούχα. Όλα ήταν άψογα Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Αν πρέπει κάτι να γράψω είναι ότι δεν είχε σαπούνι χεριών είχε τελειώσει και μάλλον δεν το είχαν πάρει χαμπάρι. Δεν είναι και τόσο πρόβλημα το ότι δεν έχει τζαμακι ή κουρτίνα όπως επισημάνθηκε από άλλους, στην ντουζιέρα. Αν είσαι προσεκτικός δεν βγαίνουν τα νερά έξω. Ίσως να χρειαζόταν κάποιο νεράκι στο ψυγείο. Τα απογεύματα κάνουν λίγο φασαρία από την σχολή χορού που βρίσκεται στον ίδιο οροφο αλλά δεν έγινε κάτι γιατί το βραδυ είναι κλειστή η σχολή. Άλλωστε το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται κέντρο που λογικό να έχει πάντα κάποια φασαρία.

• Chiara (8/5): Grazioso appartamento per chi vuole conoscere la città di Atene a piedi - La stanza si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione della metro Monastiraki, all'inizio della via Ermou, la via commerciale di Atene. La zona è vivace, con tantissimi negozi aperti tutto il giorno, inclusa una farmacia (ne abbiamo avuto di bisogno e per questo faccio riferimento a questo particolare). Tanti localini trendy costellano il vicinato. Siamo andati per lavoro e la stanza era abbastanza comoda per due persone. Il letto era molto comodo e ampio, con lampade per leggere la sera (io e la mia collega abbiamo apprezzato questo dettaglio). Un piccolo tavolo a muro percorre la zona notte per appoggiare le proprie cose, ma non è adatto per lavorare, perché è molto stretto. Il bagno era molto pulito e spazioso. L'acqua calda aveva un ottimo getto; c'erano abbastanza ripiani per appoggiare le proprie cose, ma mancavano gli appendini per l'asciugamano della doccia. La zona cucina potrebbe essere migliorata, ma se non si è interessati a cucinare, va più che bene. Infatti non si può riscaldare il cibo (non c'è un forno a microonde) e anche pulire i piatti è un po' ostico perché non c'è spazio per farli asciugare. Non ha a che fare con l'appartamento in sé, ma il cattivo odore in scala persisteva in tutto il condominio. La sera soprattutto peggiorava. L'appartamento non emanava alcun cattivo odore, anzi. Ma la scala era irrespirabile a tratti. So che altri hanno commentato, e confermo che il problema esiste. L'appartamento non è adatto a chi ha il sonno leggero. La zona è rumorosa di notte anche fino alla mattinata. Pertanto bisogna munirsi di tappi per le orecchie o ottime cuffie noise cancelling se si vuole dormire. Però è davvero centrale e comodo per chi, come noi, non vuole prendere i mezzi.
• CHRISTOS (6/5): The location is perfect. The host is below average and cannot be compared to similar hosts in the area. - The location is perfect No room service. For 5 day stay we were expecting the least, fresh towels, and cleaning the garbage. The building is very old and smelly. There are no glass doors in the bathroom of apartment 1 thus water is everywhere, no mop or anything to clean as only 1 towel per person was provided.

• Laura (3/5): Preis-Leustungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht - Die Lage * Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt gar nicht! * Die Lage in der Stadt ist gut, aber da es an der Haupteinkaufsstraße liegt, ist es auch sehr laut. * Der Austausch mit den Vermietern war nur im Chat, aber in Ordnung * Das Haus ist total runtergekommen, sanierungsbedürftig. Es stinkt und ist an vielen Stellen nicht sauber. * Im Flur steht Allerlei von den Nachbarn. Einer der Nachbarn hat fast immer seine Tür auf, was echt unangenehm ist. * Das Appartement an sich ist sehr gut fotografiert! Denn auf den Bildern sieht man die Abnutzungen um die teilweise verschmutzten Wände nicht. Die Einrichtung ist zwar geschmackvoll aber sehr spartanisch. Was absolut unverständlich ist, es gibt keinen Tisch! Man kann daher nicht zusammensitzen um zu Essen oder Karten zu spielen. Das Brett an der Wand mit zwei Stühlen ist nun wirklich keine Alternative. * Der Abfluss im Waschbecken im Bad funktioniert nicht richtig, aus dem Duschkopf kommt das Wasser nur aus ein paar Öffnungen. Für warmes Wasser muss man den Boiler 30min vorher einschalten. * Alles was man in den winzigen Kühlschrank stellt gefriert sofort. * Athen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, aber die Unterkunft würden wir nie wieder buchen. Total überteuert und so richtig wohl fühlt man sich dort nicht. Schade.

• Jim (10/5): Athens City Center Apartment - This is a nice, clean apartment located in the heart of Athens. It is very close to everything including restaurants, shops, the metro station and historical sites. There is no staff on site. They send you instructions on how to get in and check out. We were fortunate to get this room in such a great location. No complaints, this was perfect for a 2 night stay in Athens.
• Huey (8/5): Convenient central location with secure and convenient access.Quite and clean - Great location for metro travel and access to central Athens. Sound isolation for that area is impressive. Responsiveness to needs is also commendable. WiFi is touch and go as it is in many places.
• Aharon (10/5): שיא הכייף באתונה !! - הכל היה נפלא !! דירה גדולה ומרווחת, נקייה ומסודרת. דירה במרכז של המרכז, כל יציאה מהדירה היא לרחוב ארמו הראשי, לטברנות, לרחובות ראשיים אחרים, ולתחנת הרכבת הקלה בכיכר מונסטיראקי. בטוח שאשוב לדירה הזו !! לא קיים מושג כזה !!!!

Very clean and check in was well organised. No toilet paper provided. We had to go and buy our own. Shower leaked all over bathroom floor.

Inside, it’s very charming and has everything you need. After reading the check-in message, I was able to check in easily. Bed was very comfortable for us. Being in a busy area, it can get noisy, and since the buildings across are very close, I felt the need to keep the windows closed. An earlier check-in would make it perfect.

Kitchen had all the facilities that could be needed, coffee machine with coffee and sugar. View of the Acropolis! I will choose it again for my next visit to Athens Nothing!!
• Don (3/5): Very frustrated with no communication from property - Location, apt decor, clean. We were never sent a code to get in or instructions on how to enter the building or get the key. No one was there to help us. We had to wait outside for an hour at night. Even when I phoned the number directly, there was no answer so had to leave a message. There was no response. We then contacted booking.com and waiting on hold until we got a representative to give us the code for the correct lockbox and apt number -another half hour. We were quite fatigued after a long day of travel and dehydrated. It would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water ( especially for this price). The bed frame was very sharp and stuck out in the room resulting in my wife cutting her leg. When we went to take a shower, it turned out we had to wait 35 minutes before the hot water for the shower was usable. It was then close to 11:00 pm before we were able to go to bed. If that wasn’t enough there was loud music playing in the apt next door which made it hard to sleep. The curtains did not block out the outside light so it was not dark inside the apt.We had to catch an early flight the next morning. Very disappointing experience and the worst booking.com accommodation we have stayed in. We usually rave about them. I think the place is overpriced compared to similar places we have stayed. In light of what we went through, I believe I am owed a partial refund for this aggravating experience.

• Androniki (7/5): Good - The biggest problem form me is that the curtains could close very well and the room couldn't t be totally dark as i really like sleeping in the dark..the morning sun was a annoying problem. also the bathroom was behind the bed and you didn't feel comfortable to go because there was non isolation for the sound.
• R (9/5): Superb - Location brilliant. Decor cute & modern. Overall comfortable. Easy to xheck-in/out. Jost responsibe to emails. They put drinking water gor me at my request, which i greatly sppreciated. A bit noisy given location but Ok. More importantly, the price was comparable to that of hotels nearby yet no cleaning was included even though I was there for a week. Plus I had to buy my own toilet paper. For that price I would have expected cleaning - if not everyday at least every couple of days
• Valeriia (8/5): Great value for money - Excellent location close to the best districts of the city center, only 2 min from the underground. The staff were really helpful and provided us with all the supplies that we needed. In general, the apartment looked exactly as in the pictures so you wouldn't be surprised after checking in. We were missing shelves in the wardrobe area and a big mirror. Also, be prepare that the location is super busy; and sometimes we found homeless person sleeping next to our entrance door (but he never bothered us).
• Charina (10/5): Excellent location!! Extremely responsive staff that will help you with all your questions! - The location was excellent. No need for a car—you can walk everywhere. Almost all the major sites are within 15 minutes. You’ll never go hungry—there are tons of highly-rated eating places around. The studio itself is newly renovated, so it is updated, clean. The building is old…because you’re in Athens ;) The building also has an elevator, which not all old buildings have.

The room is clean and stylish. the facility are more than enough, might good for couple or family. The cuisine ware are full options with coffee machine. The bed and pillow are very coffee. Plus, the host provided Raki too! I experienced air-con water dropping the first day (Which is common). the host and handyman fixed it really quickly. The host is very responsive and provide very inside information. The curtain is not fully covered, there will be some light passing through during the morning. This might be a little disadvantage. However, I felt no problem on this since I need to wake up early on my trip.

• Kong (1/5): 5 nights there ,4 nights has no hot water - This is Airbnb, with no help , don’t think you can call , no one answers the phone. WORTH experience ever. Took me 2 hours to find the place @9 pm, gps bring me to some dark , scary places. Not just me , there is other girl has same issue as me, I tried to call the owner multiple times. No one answers the phone. @11 pm ,I decide to check in an other hotel in the corner, The actually helped me figure it out where this place is. Thank god , you think everything gonna be fine by then , oh nooooo , the bathroom didn’t work, I did they told me to turn on the hot water switch, but there is no hot water so I took cold shower I just need to go to bed bad, and the bathroom flooded because there’s no Curtin , so every time I go to bathroom at night my feet get wet, is very unsanitary. I have no one to call , because the owner is not pick up the phone, so I cleaned my own bathroom next morning, I used all my towel to build up kind of some block to block the water flood of the bathroom again, but the problem is I’m out of all towel. I still need to be there for a few nights. Long story short, save yourself go somewhere else. It’s not worth it.
• Kong (1/5): Not happy - Location is good if you can find this apartment The apartment next door , right next to it is dance school , the loud music was all day, and recording to condo owner, The allowed to open till 11 PM. Good luck try to relax. And the curtain wasn’t blackout so by 6am you wake up because the window is so bright and the street noise It’s a so loud. The room really can’t fit 2 people. Bed is smaller than queen size. Save yourself to somewhere else, the metric system it’s so easy , just to stay close to metro outside of center of city , you get a lot better for your money.

We tried calling the owner a couple of times without any answer, and apparently, a mistake made with our next door room guests. Also, the bathroom door was not closing properly, and there were no amenities for a 4-night stay.

• Marina (10/5): A perfect studio in the heart of Athens - A perfect studio in the heart of Athens, centrally located and ideal for exploring the city. The place is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything one might need. Despite its central location, it is very quiet. A significant advantage is its proximity, just 2 minutes away from the train station, making it perfect for reaching the airport or port quickly. Highly recommended. Nothing, all was perfect.
