• Emmanuelle (6/5): Bof, peut mieux faire, mais très bien situé - Le logement était propre et très bien situé, proche de 3 lignes de métro. La salle de bain est datée avec un rideau de douche à la propreté douteuse. Le sèche-cheveux était complètement fondu à l'extrémité donc pas utilisable sinon dangereux . L'électricité apparente dans la cuisine ne donne pas un sentiment de sécurité. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas correctement : il ne se déclenche que lorsque la température intérieure de celui ci atteint 14°, notre fils a un traitement médicamenteux qui doit être conservé entre 2 et 8 degrés, le frigo ne nous a pas permis de le conserver dans de bonnes conditions, ce qui nous a obligés à trouver d'autres solutions. Le canapé lit n'est vraiment pas confortable et la couette n'avait pas de housse et le drap du dessous glissait constamment, on se retrouve à dormir directement sur le canapé, ce qui est vraiment peu hygiénique. De plus, le logement dispose de fenêtres donnant uniquement sur des murs.
• SpivakNN (3/5): Місто шикарне, Місце повній треш - Місце розташування. близко зупинка автобуса та метро. в радіусі 2 км знаходяться майже всі знамениті місця Барселони. але це єдиний плюс цих "апартаментів" УВАГА При поселенні з карти стягують депозит у розмірі 250–350 євро, а також додатковий туристичний податок — 6,88 євро з людини за добу, це крім того що вже уже був сплачений через Booking.com. Про ці додаткові платежі дізнаєшся лише після оплати номера на сайті, що залишає неприємне враження. "Апартаменти" виявилися брудними, зношеними та занедбаними. Підлогу, здається, ніколи не миють. Охолодження забезпечують два брудні вентилятори. Ванна кімната в жахливому стані, наче там хтось помер; шланг душу сильно протікає. На плиті працює лише одна конфорка. На мою скаргу про відсутність сіточки в гейзерній кавоварці через добу принесли нову, але дуже дешеву й маленьку кавоварку. Пральна машина не працює на віджим. Мило було відсутьнє Фен був так сильно поплавнней що ми його побоялися увімкнути Ще багато чого ще І це за 3 ночі за 20 тис + 5000 податків
• Hans (1/5): Vreselijke accommodatie geen aanrader nooit heen gaan! - Ligging was prima, alles dicht in de buurt maar...... Foto's sluiten totaal niet aan met de werkelijkheid, balkon op achterzijde, geen uitzicht, geen zon erg donker. Inventaris gedateerd. Stoel kapot en slecht gerepareerd, kapotte tafel, wc bril los, doucheslang lekt, badkuip slecht, boiler onvoldoende te weinig warm water, 2 van de 4 kookpitten werken niet door scheur in kookplaat, GEEN LIFT AANWEZIG 3e verdieping!! Moesten extra €20 contant betalen om om 11:00 uur in dit appartement te mogen. Heel gehorig en veel geluidsoverlast van buren. Zelf ontvang je 5 minuten nadat je bent gearriveerd een dreigende mail met waarschuwing geen lawaai te maken tussen 22:00 en 9:00 uur. Kortom geen aanrader. Denk goed na voordat je dit boekt!
• Calvin (5/5): Pleasant at first and ended up being a disaster. - I did like the location. The washing machine is no good. Doesn’t complete the cycle to be fully ringed out for the clothes. And the machine will move on its own when in the finishing cycle. Making the loudest noise unmanageable. To the point I was taking a nap to hear the noise and startled me. Went to kitchen to where the machine is and water all over the floor. My load was small so I knew that wasn’t the problem. I slipped and fell not knowing there was water. Had to go to the emergency room to get check out. No feature or broken bone by my left shoulder that hit the floor. Yet til this day discomfort and I know I will have to do some form of physical therapy. Issue has been reported from the person I booked the place from. Don’t want what happened to me happen to someone else. Just want ti be compensated for the hospital bill and others. Will not be back unfortunately
• Raymond (6/5): Prima ligging, maar onderkomen - Prima locatie Gastvrouw Laticia was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam Agehele staat/onderhoudsstatus: = badkamer onderkomen (roest, kapotte tegels en bad,etc) - middelste poot van het bed gebroken - geen value for money
• Justyna (10/5): - Mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, w doskonałej lokalizacji (wiele atkracji w odległości spaceru) ciche, można było w nim odpocząć. Bardzo blisko restauracje, kawiarnie, sklepy. Ważne przy rezerwacji jest to, że znajduje się na trzecim piętrze, bez windy, nam, mimo, że podróżowaliśmy z małym dzieckiem to nie przeszkadzało, ale myślę, że warto o tym pamiętać. Wszystko ok.

SHAME FOR HOMEnFUN BARCELONA AND BAD REFERENCE FOR BOOKING The worst experience ever with Homenfun Barcelona agency as well as with Booking.com attitude after we claimed it. Do not risk with any of them! We spent 4 nights in apartment in Carrer de la Diputacio, Barcelona. We paid full amount of €664 + €250 deposit. Immediately we’ve noticed broken bedroom bed. We claimed but they left us to sleep 4 nights on mattress on the floor. Option that they offered was not acceptable for us, to move by ourselves in cheaper and more distant apartment, but without any refund or help from their side (like taxi or returning back price difference). After leaving, we sent claim to Booking customer service, requesting total refund of this really bad hosting, but unexpectedly from Booking, we are ignored & served by robots. Now, we are wondering how Booking allows to have such agency and also how they protect their customers?  
• Tay (9/5): Superb - Location is good, staff are nice and polite 👍, facilities is not really provided enough in the kitchen cooker, bed room mattress is not comfortable enough please increase better quality thanks. Cooker isn't enough for used and bed room mattress is not comfortable. Please improve better.

• Stephen (4/5): I would not recommend anyone stay with Homefun Barcelona and regret that I did - Location 350Euro deposit taken on checkin has not been returned after 18 days. said they would release the hold within 1 to 14 days. I am still waiting. 3 flights of stairs to the floor. Foam mattress was ordinary and minimal comfort No aircon no kettle to boil water TV remote didnt work Whole apartment was a bit rough and in need of paint job
