• Irene (10/5): Genial - Todo perfecto. El apartamento es precioso, decorado al detalle y, lo más importante, es limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda. El anfitrión es muy atento por mensajes desde el momento de la reserva y, aunque no estaba en pleno centro, se llegaba bastante rápido caminando hasta la plaza del ayuntamiento. Por poner una pequeña pega, eramos 4 adultos y 2 niños, y las ultimas dos personas que se duchaban tenían que hacerlo con agua fría.
• Liana (5/5): Served its purpose for one night, but we wouldn't recommend it for a family. - Interior decor was unique. We did not like the area. There was a "Tourist go home" sticker on the window. My family did not feel safe with the glass door at street level. We arrived late and weren't able to use the pool, especially with the check out so early. The master shower was a bit strange without any "borders" to capture water and just a shower curtain.

• Milo (9/5): Heel fijn dat we hier konden verblijven. - Het zwembad, de buitenplaats, de keuken en de badkamers en de locatie in Russafa is gezellig. De geur van het riool, het is niet mega erg en ze hebben wel overal luchtverfrissers hangen. Maar op sommige momenten van de dag stinkt het appartement wil. Maar in de buitenplaats gelukkig niet,
• Lieke (1/5): Een ronduit smerig en slecht onderhouden verblijf met ongedierte, stank, kapotte voorzieningen en onbehulpzaam personeel - Dat we weer naar huis te mochten. Een absolute nachtmerrie – nooit meer! Ons verblijf in dit appartement was ronduit verschrikkelijk. Vanaf het moment van aankomst ging het mis. We moesten een half uur wachten omdat we een verkeerde toegangscode hadden gekregen en er nauwelijks contact mogelijk was. Eenmaal binnen sloeg de stank van riool ons letterlijk tegemoet. De lakens op het bed waren vies en zeker niet verschoond, en het zwembad – waar we juist op hadden gerekend – was vies, werkte niet en lag vol met rommel. In de tuin lagen sigarettenpeuken verspreid, alsof niemand zich druk maakt om hygiëne. De airco lekte, en toen we terugkwamen van het strand troffen we tot onze grote schrik vijf kakkerlakken in het appartement én een dode muis bij het zwembad. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, vonden we op de laatste dag ook nog muizenkeutels naast het bed. Walgelijk. Service zat schimmel aan. Toen we dit allemaal probeerden te melden, reageerde het personeel totaal onprofessioneel. Geen enkele hulp of oplossing – in plaats daarvan kregen we vooral verwijten alsof het onze schuld was. Toen er eindelijk iemand kwam om schoon te maken (na aandringen), werd niet gedaan wat was afgesproken en bleef het appartement vies. Kortom: vies, slecht onderhouden, onveilig en totaal geen service of klantgerichtheid. Dit verblijf is absoluut geen aanrader – eerder een waarschuwing. Blijf hier ver weg van!
• Stoican (1/5): a terrible apartment - a superlatively terrible stay, the mess in the whole apartment and the bugs that I attach in the pictures on the floor were not cleaned, only dust, the bed linen torn and dirty, the smell on the terrace of sewage, we couldn't enjoy the pool because the water was dirty and there were stuff in it, the sofa dirty, all the corners of the house had something against cockroaches but it still didn't cope, the baby cot I found a cockroach in it and it was dirty, insecure entrance, very bad location, no parking space, wi- be weak, I would never return with my family to this location. overpriced for what it offers, plus there are surveillance cameras that make you uncomfortable.
