- Martina (8/5): - Overall good. Well stocked kitchen and cleaning basics available. Allowed a late check out. The 2nd bedroom does not have a door. No basics like coffee and tea.

L'eau de la douche qui passait du très chaud au très froid à tout bout de champ. Les oreillers qui étaient vraiment trop mous (par contre les matelas étaient très confortables).

C'était aussi très propre Le personnel qui nous montre notre chambre sans même nous aider avec les bagages alors qu'on était surchargé Quelqu'un fumait beaucoup à côté de notre chambre, sur le balcon et tout rentrait par notre fenêtre... Le bruit du frigo la nuit.. 12 euros pour le chien, alors que c'est un studio que l'on loue et non un hôtel, je trouve ça exagéré.

- Marc (7/5): Erg leuke plek in bijzonder appartement - We waren op tijd bij de receptie (anders dan verwacht). Maar ze hebben ook een late incheck procedure. Het appartement is zeer ruim met mooi uitzicht. Er is maar 1 laadpaal in de parkeergarage, die was geblokkeerd door niet EV's. Maar na veel moeite bleek de laadpaal sowieso niet te werken. De zit/slaapbanken zijn niet heel comfortabel.

However, upon completing the reservation, the invoice was charged in CHF, which resulted in unexpected currency exchange fees and additional local tax charges. As a result, the final amount I paid was higher than the price initially displayed on Booking.com, which I believe is misleading. I was not clearly informed during the booking process that the charge would be made in a different currency or that additional fees would apply.

- LUZ DEISY (8/5): Bonita estancia. - Estaba muy limpio, el chico que nos atendió fue súper amable y nos explicó todo. La vista era maravillosa, la cocina estaba muy equipada tenía de todo. Tenía parking gratis. No le pongo un 10 solo porque de verdad que las camas al ser de resorte suenan mucho al momento de moverse, que si tuvieran mejores camas sería un 10 de 10 en calidad precio.
- khrystyna (8/5): - готель знаходиться високо в горах, в дуже живоносному містечку з чудовими краєвидами. надається безкоштовний критий паркінг.в номері є необхідне обладнання для приготування їжи і невеличкий холодильник. чисто і охайно. меблі дуже прості, але надійні. приємна дівчина на рецепції ми жили в номері з шикарним видом з вікна і балконом. фото повністю відповідають ціна, хоча вона і є самою низькою в найближчому оточенні. отель не новий, хоча чистий і дуже доглянутий. при заселенні попросили 12є за собаку, потім зробили знижку 6є, бо вона була дуже маленька і 350є застави на карті до моменту виселення. перед тим як віддати завдаток зробили дуже ретельну перевіруку житла: перевіряли кількість посуду,рушників, зломаний диван заставили розкрити і закрити, заставили перемити посуд і взяти сміття- винести його в бак. ціни в магазинах космічні. кафе відкривається після 17-18, магазини в цей час закриваються. врахуйте , що вибір машини має бути відповідний, особливо в зимову пору року. бажаючих допомогти вам виїхати з снігового заносу або серпантину навряд знайдеться серед місцевих ( які мають спец обладнання) або спец служб яких безліч проїздить мимо.
- Alba (8/5): Casa de montaña - Esta localizado en un pueblo grande, de montaña. Vistas muy buenas de la montaña! El apartamento estaba equipado completo. Hay aparcamiento en el edificio de al lado cubierto. Contaba con una habitación grande comunicada con la cocina, donde estaban todas las camas. La temperatura de la habitacion estaba alta y no pudimos regularla (solo abriendo la ventana)

- AiaL (4/5): Uncomfortable stay - The staff were very nice, views from the room were beautiful, seperate access to the room was usefull and car park was spacious and easy to access, location is close to the centre of Leysin Our room did not meet the expectation, they need to update the photos of what to expect for bed arrangement in the room we had booked, pillows were so flat, matress was uncomfortable and hard, the dishes were dirty in the cupboard, the bathroom had an awful foul smell the whole duration of our stay, The shower curtain was filthy and general standard of cleaning was not met. wifi would not work with international number we had to use a swiss number
