A freshly decorated feel made the place feel homely and clean. Second bedroom had bunk beds, a challenge to get into (but we are old), and could do with some storage in that room.

- Richard (9/5): Great location, excellent facilities with an awesome view to wake up to and before going to bed. - Great location as I was working at the Port. Close to town and all amenities. Quiet area comfortable bedding facilities were excellent A dryer for clothes as the rain meant I had to go to laundrette to dry clothes, else I was very happy to go down road to use a dryer.

- Lisa (3/5): Worst accommodation in Albany in over 20 years of regular visits. - Great location. Poor customer service. It was unclean with poor fit out; get rid of the disgusting shower curtain. Who stole the artwork off the walls? Kitchen cupboards smashed & held together with tape. Insufficient kitchen items. Had to buy my own dishwashing liquid. Stairs wet & slippery without non-slip trim! So disappointing!

The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed. Will be staying again next time we travel to Albany. The hot water tap was very noisy.
