• GRG (7/5): Apartamento con buena ubicación. Limpieza justita - Buena ubicación. Apartamento nuevo.Camas cómodas. Limpieza insuficiente en cocina. Tv por internet difícil de conectar. Check in confuso, te tienes que registrar en plataforma.

Had concerns, since I needed it for 3 days, but will definitely use again! - I loved how spacious each rooms was, the cleanliness and the whole apartment was very comfortable to use. There was also available coffee pods, cutlery, pots, pans and plates, which were all very well picked out. I also loved that the floors everywhere were the same big tiles, very grounding to walk around on. The windows did not have nets against bugs, but there was a transparent curtain that replaced it.

• Preslav (7/5): Fine i guess - The location is great and the the apartment itself reflects what is shown on the photos. It says there is parking and there is not. I would have booked another place if i knew.. Also the bathroom was not clean and the sink was not draining correctly.

• Светлана (1/5): - Намерихме апартаментът мръсен,след други клиенти,има прах навсякъде, паяжини,умрели насекоми, хавлиите и чаршафите бяха мръсни, развалена кафемашина, консумативи от по едно руло тоалетна хартия и кухненска хартия за седем дни престой,както и празни флакони от сапун.Петна по матракът от течност и развален климатик.В гардеробната липсват рафтове, които са изкъртени и подът беше в прах и насекоми.В холът дивана беше мръсен и прашен.Цената дори и намалена не оправдава качеството на услугата!!!

• Tony (9/5): Very good. - Soft beds and very close to the metro station. Good variety of nearby services. Needs a bit more cleaning.
• Viacheslav (8/5): - Комфортные, просторные апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом. Все необходимое для нормального проживания на месте. Очень шумное место. Тяжело уснуть, с закрытыми окнами - не хватает свежего воздуха, с открытыми окнами - очень шумно из-за транспорта и близко расположенного парка со стадионом.
• Megan (10/5): - Literie très confortable, cuisine tout équipée, tout le nécessaire de base est présent, logement propre. Parfait pour un petit ou long séjour, emplacement idéal. Hôte très accessible, réactif et gentil ! Compliqué de se garer parce que nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir et il y avait un match de foot, mais on s'en est très bien sortit grâce à l'aide de notre hôte.
• Nedyalka (7/5): - The location is very central and convenient for exploring the city center on foot. The interior is modern and clean. The hosts gave us the wrong code for the lockbox, which forced us to book a hotel on the first night of our stay. They agreed to refund us half the value of the hotel, but they weren't very willing. Also, cigarette smoke enters the apartment from the kitchen absorber and the whole place smells badly daily. We had to open all windows and apartment door to create a draft to get rid of the smell. Also one of the aircons makes rattling noise while working, so you can't sleep with the AC on during the night.

Снимките са от прозореца...Това, което ме впечатли още повече обаче, беше бързата и адекватна реакция на хората, които въртят мястото, при създалото се леко недоразумение в началото. Така че няма как да дам нещо различно от максимална оценка...
• Monika (1/5): Ein Horror - Nichts Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir den Schlüssel bekommen hätten. Ich denke, dass wir betrogen worden sind. Wir sollten Online einchecken. Dafür sollten ein Link öffnen und mehrere Schritte folgen und am Schluss ist ein Fehler passiert und wir mussten vom Anfang. Also nach mehreren Versuchen haben versucht den Anbieter zu kontaktieren, aber der Teilnehmer ist außerhalb des Netzes oder die Nummer ist nicht vergeben. Deswegen haben wir uns an Booking gewendet. Der Callcenter Mitarbeiter konnte ihn auch nicht erreichen. Und wir mussten uns ein Hotelzimmer nehmen. Ein wahrer Alptraum!!

• Ioana (10/5): - It is a wonderful apartment close to the metro station, a park and the old part of the city. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is very clean, has air-conditioning in both rooms and the kitchen has all the utilities you need.

• Stephanie (8/5): Functional flat, good value for money in a centralish location. - Very responsive hosts, willing to help when the TV wouldn't connect to the internet. Functional flat with enough space and most amenities. A few things could be improved e.g. comfort of the pillows, new cushions for the dining room chair as they were falling apart, a clean of / new covers for the sofa. But definitely liveable for 6 days. It's loud at night if you keep the windows open.
