Ideally located and accessible to and from all corners of Tokyo. There is a 7 Eleven store just opposite the hotel where one can get every thing they need as a tourist. Size of the room was too small.

• Tom (1/5): - לא אהבתי שום דבר !! מלון מזעזע אין שירות חדרים, חדר פצפון שלא מתאים גם לבנאדם אחד !! אין חלונות בחדר שנפתחים, יחס מזעזע של הצוות, מיקום גרוע לא קרוב לשום מקום, אין באמת לובי במלון , אין שמירת חפצים, אי אפשר להשתמש באונסן, למי שיש קעקועים לא נכנס בכלל !! חימום שלא באמת עובד בחדרים , זה היה פשוט נורא כל כך באמת תעשו לעצמכם טובה אל תלכו לשם אני אישית הייתי מזועזע צוות המלון פשוט לא נחמדים אי אפשר היה לשאול אותם כלום חוויה רעה מאוד !! לא אהבתי שום דבר מלון מרוחק מהכל חדרים קטנים ולא ראויים לאדם אחד בטח לא לזוג חימום שלא עובד בחדר אין מגבות אין סבון אין שמפו אין שירות חדרים אין עם מי לדבר בקבלה יחס מזעזע של הצוות לא נחמדים גסי רוח חוויה רעה מאוד היתה לי שם ממליץ לאנשים להיזהר מהמקום הזה שלנו עוד קצת לכו למקום נורמלי

• Hovhannes (10/5): - Excellent hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Pleasant design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the housekeeping. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed and the availability of parking. I will definitely return.

Every time when I checked in, they asked me to use the self service checked in but it always turned out no results and I have keep staying at the same hotel with the same staff yet they still keep repeating the same errors and keep me waiting. The worst thing is their towel is dirty. It was disappointing. It was not just changing the towel but rather I want this to get improve and know what is the reasons for the dirty towel in the hotel. Please look into this carefully.

It was not just changing the towel but rather I want this to get improve and know what is the reasons for the dirty towel in the hotel. Please look into this carefully.

• fumiko (8/5): 南北線の赤羽岩淵駅から近く、共同のお風呂があります - 南北線赤羽岩淵駅から徒歩1分位でホテルに着く こじんまりとしているが、温泉の様な共同のお風呂が有る　 浴衣の部屋着がある　ホテルの1階に鳥唐揚げの美味しい禁煙の居酒屋があり、3月末までビールとハイボールが350円くらいで飲める　2階にランドリー、製氷機もある　ホテルの近くに食料品を売っているスーパーがある　道路を渡るとコンビニもある 共同のお風呂の脱衣所が少し狭い感じがするが、空いている時には問題ない　JR赤羽駅までは6-7分歩くが 地下鉄の駅まで直ぐなのでそれほど問題ではない

• Rhiannah (9/5): Great location, lovely staff and a fantastic onsen, though the breakfast became repetitive. - It was very convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to do an early check-in for a small fee, and fresh clean towels and a yukata were provided daily. The onsen was amazing, especially after walking all day and being out in the cold. The breakfast didn’t have much variety and the food was often served cold, which wasn’t ideal on cold mornings when you want something warm like eggs. It would be fine for a short stay, but after several days the limited selection and cold food became repetitive.

Didn’t use the grand spa but it was fairly popular with other guests. It’s is good that they have washing machines and dryers on site. Nothing. It’s a budget chain and rooms are small but that is normal for such hotels in Japan.

• Yuichi (6/5): ホテル自体は悪くはないが、他のホテルよりもずば抜けていいというところはなかった。 - 全体的には悪くはなかった。 ①CMなどでのイメージが良すぎて過度な期待をしてしまった。お風呂がぬるすぎ ②朝食会場が狭すぎ＝おかずを取る側の席しか空いていなくてそこで食事をしていたが、他のお客様と接触することが２泊した中で５回ほど有った。その席は大きなトラブルが発生する前に廃止すべきと思う ③喫煙所がホテルを出るというのは、如何なものか？喫煙部屋は必要ないがせめてロビーと同じフロアには、設置してほしい。
