• Chen (8/5): Kleine Wohnung die alles beinhaltet was man braucht! U-Bahn super nahe, Wasserkocher, Herd und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Per - U-Bahn befindet sich in 5 Minuten geh weite und bringt eine überall hin. Die Unterkunft ist wie am Foto. Super nette Menschen! Die Couch hätte für die dritte Person etwas bequemer sein können, Betten waren aber toll! Check in und Check out waren etwas chaotisch und bedurfte einen kurzen Anruf und hat dann einwandfrei funktioniert. Wohnung ist allerdings Londontypisch hellhörig.

Bathroom shower had hair upon arrival, strange smell in towels and the couch, water damage on ceiling, improper window isolation which let cold air in, sofa bed broken and could not extend so 3rd guest had to sleep on just the couch, advertised welcome basket in listing photos was not provided, unsecured lampshade on chandelier fell from vibrations of the room above us which smashed glass across the entire room.

• Michaela (7/5): - Kaffee war vorhanden und auch Tee. Wohnraum war gemütlich und ausreichend groß. Bad war extrem eng . Fehlendes Geschirrtrockentuch. Schmutziges Überbett. Es waren nur 2 große Bettdecken für 4 Personen da.Für ein Ehepaar mag das ja vielleicht gehen.

• Virginie (8/5): - Situé à 5min du métro. Appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour pour profiter encore de la ville et les récupérer sur le trajet de l'aéroport La salle de douche est vraiment très exiguë
• Christos (6/5): - We like the location very close to metro and bus stations. Also the complimentary coffee was good. We didn't like that all the pillows and the bed covers were smell smoke. Even if it suppose to be a non smoker room. Also the hot water didn't work at first day we arrived and they fixed it after our request. They knew the arrival time and we waited outside more than normal for someone to open us and they opened after several ringbells and phonecalls. Also the room was in the second floor with no elevator.
• Maciej (9/5): - Znakomite wyposażenie, idealne na kilkudniowy pobyt w Londynie, bezproblemowy kontakt właścicielem, nie było żadnego problemu z późnym zameldowaniem ok godz. 23.30. 10 minut do stacji metra, obok przystanek autobusowy, dwa sklepy spożywcze, polecam, jak będę jeszcze Londynie to na pewno tu wrócę, pozdrawiam

• Tomáš (6/5): - K dispozici kuchyň, metro v dochozí vzdálenosti Apartmán vhodný max. pro 3 osoby, nebylo dobře uklizeno, špinavé nádobí, špinavá podlaha a koupelna.

• Mariela (10/5): Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa - Comoda per una famiglia di 4 integranti, vicino alla metropolitana al supermercato, a due passi dal centro di Hammersmith con tutti tipi di negozi, zona tranquilla.Ben accoglienti, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio, stanno molto nei piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza.
• Ilaria (8/5): Nel complesso è andato bene - La posizione e la gentilezza dello staff, hanno fatto avere un cesto di benvenuto veramente perfetto! La lavastoviglie è la lavatrice super in un viaggio! L’ingresso esterno non è bello e non. È nemmeno pulito, all’interno sono stati fatti lavori con il fai da te molto in economia ma tutto sommato per qualche giorno va bene .

• Joana (7/5): - Boa localização com metro ao pé, assim como supermercados. Apartamento bem equipado. Casa de banho pequena e inserida no quarto principal, sendo que em termos de logística com 4 pessoas não é muito prático.

• Daniel (10/5): Thanks a lot for great accomodation for my familly! - Lets start with quality of rooms! Everything looking nice, fully furnished, clean and fresh. As exactly as it says in info about apartment. Whole proces of getting into building was very quick and it was nice, that they bring us fan! (Weather was really nice and hot! So guy which showed us whole apartment react quickly and made sure that we will not mealt becouse of heat! There is no much to add here. Everything was spot on!

• Anna (10/5): Reccomend - Excellent location, 2 minutes to the underground station, many shops, markets and restaurants nerby. 5 minutes to lovely pubs by the Thames. Apartment: neat and clean, fully equipped. It is quite petite, but we didn't come to London to ride a bike in the bedroom.

• Lars (4/5): Expected more for the money, even in London - Welcome basket was a nice touch. Friendly people to deal with. Much smaller than i expected and cold even with the thermostat turned up and an almost unusably small bathroom. The shower has next to no water pressure. Less than ideal for a stay in the winter months.

• Shaneka (10/5): Great location and exemplary customer service from the owners. - The owners were very nice and answered all my numerous questions before I headed over. Location location location!! Such a central location, the bus stop is1-minuteute walk across the road. The crossing is right at your doorstep. There are 2 subways, one which is 3 minutes away and the other a 20-minute walk or a short bus ride away. Plenty of restaurants which include Italian, Vietnamese, Thai, Persian, Indian, and anything you crave and want! The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed including the fridge, microwave, stove, washing machine and a, clothes rack to dry your clothes. The washing machine packed up one day as it was old and started leaking. The very next day the owners bought and fixed a new washing machine after apologizing for the hassle . They were to fix it that very evening but we were heading out so they brought it in the next morning. The bed room and living room had plenty of space and everything was very very clean. The bathroom is on the smaller size and was a tight squeeze . Good supply of hot water .

• Winnie (1/5): Bed bugs and extremely rude host/property manager - I booked this place for 3 weeks because I was working in London, and the location was perfect for my commute. I was travelling with my elderly mum, who doesn’t speak English. Things were fine at first, we did start noticing bites, but didn’t think much of it. After some days, the number of bites was quite bad, one night we checked and, sure enough, we found bed bugs! I took several pictures and videos of them all, then we immediately packed some things and went to a nearby hotel for that night. The next morning, we took all our clothes to be cleaned so we wouldn’t bring the bugs home with us. To my surprise, when I told the manager, he was extremely rude, denied any issue, accused us of lying about it, faking the pictures and videos, bringing the bed bugs into the apartment, and he even threatened legal action against us! Which was all really upsetting. After the lack of help and threats from the manager and being worried about our things having being infected now from the apartment and needing a place to sleep, we left and booked a new hotel for the rest of our time in London. Worryingly, the flat was back on the platform just 2 days after we left, which means they likely didn’t deal with the issue at all. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It was stressful, the way the host/manager handled the situation was completely unprofessional and he is still refusing to give us any refund.
