• Martina (10/5): - Opravdu skvělé ubytování v Římě. Čistý, vkusný, prostorný byt, kde Vám nic nechybí. V blízkosti je obchod a zastávka městské dopravy. Najdete tu i restaurace a za pár minut jste procházkou u Kolossea. Majitel je moc milý a vstřícný. Rádi se sem opět někdy vrátíme.

• Christel (10/5): Perfect location, great place, friendly staff - We did a trip around Europe for 3 weeks and this was my favorite place to stay in! We were a family of 4 and the space is perfect — one main bedroom with a space good for 2, one other bedroom for 1, and a sofa bed in the living room. The place is very cute too and has a balcony! The location is accessible — 10 min walk away to the Colosseo and 5 min walk to the bus/tram station which can take you anywhere you want to go. The staff was very nice — she met us for check-in and gave us recommendations. We also had to do laundry and the place did not have any detergent left at the time — she bought for us and provided it the next morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this place! It isn’t busy or noisy in the area despite being very accessible. The wifi was a bit slow at times

• Sreelal (10/5): Excellent place for family stay. - Wel maintained rooms and a nice kitchen. Very clean rooms and enough space for 4 people to stay. Very close to train and bus stop. Even cloth drying track and dishwasher liquid were there. We were able to use them. Well thought through with lot of storage places. The bathroom lock was not working.
• Ekanayake (10/5): Good stay. - Julian is a great young man and super helpful and I wish if I had a friend like him. This is close to most of the historical places. Air conditions are very good, hot water is good. Kitchen is good. The sofa main is very spacious and make sure to put your head towards the sofa. Missing a microwave. But he said he is considering putting a one
• Bartosz (10/5): It was a pleasure - Best place to stay in Rome. 10 minutes walk to Coloseum. Carrefour downstairs. Apartment is big, comfy, well stocked, clean. The Owner was really helpful and communicative. It was a bit noisy from the street side, but it's normal in the big city.

• Joseph (10/5): Great host, nice apartment close to the centre - Julien was a fantastic host, really helpful from the time of booking until after we checked out. He met us when we arrived even though quite late, offered recommendations for restaurants, etc. Helped with a taxi as there was some sort of strike the day we were leaving. Location was very good, close to the Colosseum and Palatine, etc. also local shops around for baked goods, groceries etc. as required. Good sized apartment and well maintained. Not much to dislike really, overall a great place

• Mateusz (9/5): It was great stay at Rome with familly. - Localization is great. Apartment was clean and big - 2 bedrooms and kitchen (for these having baby it is important). Big living room with TV. Sometimes noises from the staircase were annoying, but we was there to spent time in rome not in apartment so its ok.

Perfect location for NYE celebrations in Circus Maximus. Julien met us on arrival at 9.30pm to show us around, and was a very attentive host. Thank you Julien! Nothing - It was perfect.

What a host! - The accommodation was very good in many respects: first of all the host was very friendly, available for all questions and extremely helpful, secondly everything that we needed was present in the apartment, the beds were comfy + air-conditioning in every room. Finally, the location was great: 10-minute walk to the metro station, 10-minute walk to Colosseum and Forum Romanum, also other sites were close: Basilica Maria Maggiore, San Clemente or San Giovanni in Laterano. Other practicalities: a supermarket (Carrefour) just around the corner, also quite a few very good restaurants within a short walking distance (4-7 minutes). /

The appartment is well catered for by the host who is very accommodating for the guests needs. Nothing
