Храната в ресторанта и закуската беше много вкусна. Чудесен СПА център. Водата в басейна е топла и чиста. Не липсваха и комплименти от хотела, както при настаняването, така и при напускането. Страхотна морска гледка и разбира се паркинг към хотела. Благодарим на целия екип на хотела! Единственото нещо, което имаме като забележка са малко по-твърдите матраци на леглата.

• Tracey (10/5): Wonderful new hotel - Fantastic new hotel. Easy reach of a beach and local shops and restaurants. We were made very welcome- glass of possecco on arrival, complimentary wine, cakes and coffee in the room. Great view of the coast. It was a bit cold in May but the pool did look very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and good quality. We eat at the restaurant on site twice during our stay and this was excellent quality and included healthy choices as well. Very pleasantly surprised and it will probably be the best hotel we stay at during our Bulgarian and Romanian tour. Nothing really.

• Ivan (10/5): Пълен релакс - Посещаваме хотела за втори път в последните 3 месеца, защото бяхме впечатлени от първото ни посещение. Посрещнаха ни с welcome drink и навсякъде звучеше приятна музика. Същият мил, любезен, и същевременно ненатрапчив персонал, безупречна чистота навсякъде, и още много детайли, които те карат да се чувстваш специален и да искаш пак да дойдеш. Няма такова нещо.

Също персонала е много любезен ,единствено не ни хареса ,че сервитьорката в ресторанта не беше запозната с алергените на ястията от менюто и не съдейства да попита в кухнята. Но имаше един малко по - възрастен мъж в ресторанта и от него бяхме очаровани ,от към отношение и всичко! Би било хубаво,ако може да има и ниски възглавници в стаята.

• Bartłomiej (10/5): Top location, top comfort - Absolutely fantastic place! Great location in the first row from the beach and stunning sea view. Super comfy rooms, with plenty of of amenities and personal touches - muffins, complimentary wine and special capsules for basically any warm drink (including Nesquik!). Huge and comfy beds with pillow menu. Spa clean, cosy, quiet and well managed. Breakfasts rich, tasty and fresh! And mostly amazing staff - from the parking guard, always helpful and smiling, through a gentleman who walked us around to make sure we make most of the stay, via Spa receptionist and ending on the main reception personnel. We felt so welcomed! The only thing I would correct is the approach of breakfast staff - I felt so observed, what I take, what I am doing at the corner with pancakes… it was creepy. No talking, just watching. But when I was leaving the room, a lady was too busy with her mobile phone to say „bye”. Totally not matching a general amazing experience.

• Barbu (10/5): Highly recommend it - It was more than we expected. Parking place in garage, the vallet waited for us with a bagage trolley, reception staff very polite and knows english, the 2 bedroom apartament had everything from bathrobes and slippers, to coffee machine with tea, nesquick and 2 types of coffe capsules which were replenished daily. In the room we found a complimentary bottle of wine and sweets which we appeciated. Special water for the coffee machine was replenished daily. The Spa is very clean and a good size. I had an exceptional massage. Everywhere in the hotel smells really nice. Tv channels with huge selection. The way to the beach has been made to make it stroller and wheelchair accesible. Bathroom had toiletries including body cream so don t bring anything. Bed and bed linen very clean. The breakfast was of high quality with wide selection of dry fruits for yogurt, cheeses and cold cuts as well as warm egg varities. Thermostat works perfectly and we had 2 for each room. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. If the prices don t go up too much, it will remain one of our favourites and price-value currently we consider balanced Some details for the restaurant management but not as a reclamation or low score, because the food was delicious nontheless: .the chocolate mousse desert was supossed to come with pomegranate, it came with strawberries. The pasta with sea food had only 1 schrimp, the Turkey dish with asparagus had 1 piece of asparagus, only 2 cm long and one last thing that happened on all meals, all dishes were brought to the table together : apetizer with main and then main dish with dessert, we had them all on the table. In the Spa, in the jacuzzies, one step to get in and out would have been good. It s hard for older people to lift the leg about 40,50 cm to get out of it.

Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, большие, идеально чистые и очень комфортабельные номера. Очень большая и очень удобная кровать, удобные подушки. Ванная со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями, хороший напор воды в душе. Практически в каждом номере есть балкон с видом на море. В отеле есть бассейн, красивая территория и пляж в двух минутах ходьбы. Бесплатная парковка на территории. При отеле есть ресторан - в котором можно очень вкусно поесть за вполне демократичную стоимость. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает завтрак - там есть все и на самые взыскательные вкусы. Завтрак - превосходный. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова. Такого нет

• Lilia (10/5): - Hotele girer girmez şampanya ve meyve ikramıyla karşılandık. Ayrıca odada meyve ve şarap ikramı da vardı. Tesis çok yeni ve çok temiz, çalışanları çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Spa imkanları da çok iyiydi. Jakuzili tuzlu havuz, sıcak havuz, buhar odası, fin saunası, aroma terapi saunası, tuz odası hepsi harikaydı. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Odaya 8 yaşındaki oğlum için de bornoz ve terlik konması çok ince bir davranıştı. Hotelden çok memnun ayrılıyoruz. Tekrar geleceğiz.

• Cristian (10/5): An exceptional hotel in Burgas area - The Hotel has a restaurant with very good traditional/local food in fair variety available. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a playground for small children supervised all time when it’s open. It also has an interesting game room which we enjoyed in the evening. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. They are fitted with a mini bar with a good variety of drinks. The windows are large and one of the rooms had a splendid view towards the sea. You could also see the parking lot and the pool, as the room had windows on two sides. This is a new modern hotel and everything is clean spotless. It has both underground and outside parking. The hotel also has a spa and gym, but did not have time to check them out during our short stay. For sure next time. A place where I would definitely come back to. A great stay, although short.

• Krasimir (10/5): - Хотела беше супер. Спа-то идеално. Закуската е достатъчно разнообразна. Джакузитата са малко амортизирани: на едното работят само 2 дюзи. Бяхме от петък до понеделник и от петък до неделя на обяд температурата беше супер(около 36 градуса). В неделя следобяд се усети охлаждане като температурата падна до 32 градуса в джакузитата. Според мен беше с цел икономия, защото след неделя хората намаляха.
• Ivan (10/5): - Открихме едно бижу на брега на морето.Прекрасен хотел- стил и много внимание към детайла.Хотел ,направен със сърце Чувствахме се уютно ,чувствахме се специални.!Отношението на персонала -мили,внимателни,отзивчивчиви и усмихнати.Когато пристигнахме бяхме приятно изненадани като получихме стая делукс с фронтална гледка към морето,а бяхме резервирали стая за двама.В нея имаше като комплимент бутилка вино и плодове,кафе и специалната Канген вода ,която в хотела правят.Спато е чудесно.Масажистката Татяна е много добра.Навсякъде е много чисто .Ресторант Олея към хотела -вкусна храна,наслада и за очите.Очаровани сме от хотела!Това,което не се вижда на снимките е прекрасната енергия на това място!Защото е правен с мисъл и душа за хората!Ще се дойдем пак !
• Maria (10/5): - Доброжелательный персонал, при заселении всё показали обо всем рассказали. Номер просторный и комфортный для 4 человек. Спасибо за комплимент, шампанское и фрукты в номере. Очень понравился бассейн, спа и тренажерный зал. Приятная цена. Нам удалось перезагрузиться, для нас это было главное. Отель справился с этой задачей на 100%. В комнате с игровыми автоматами, некоторые автоматы проглатывают жетоны и не работают. Спасибо сотрудникам, материальный ущерб возместили.
• Петя Атанасова (10/5): - Персоналът беше изключително любезен. Храната в ресторанта беше вкусно приготвена, закуската - обилна. СПА центърът отговори на нашите очаквания. Препоръчваме, ще посетим отново!
