• David (7/5): Perfektes Flughafen Hotel - Nettes Personal, eine Dame hatte sogar gut Deutsch gesprochen. Check-In war auch noch sehr spät möglich und haben auch noch was zu trinken bekommen in der Nacht. Schöne Terrasse und Gartenanlage. Zimmer groß genug und gut ausgestattet. Nähe Flughafen und eigener Parkplatz. Gutes selbstgemachtes Frühstück. Leider gerade teilweise Baustelle bzw. nicht alles fertig gestellt. In der Dusche rinnt das Wasser kaum ab weil Boden eben ist, wohl ein Baufehler.

Все прошло не плохо, кроме того, что - трансфер не был организован, хотя мы писали им, высылали все детали и дополнительно звонили перед приездом. - завтрак с 10 утра, хотя на сайте указано с 9. Даже для воскресенья 10 утра это поздно для трансферной гостиницы - нет телевизора в номере В остальном все хорошо.
• Eleonora (1/5): У сожалению, мой худший отель - Приветливый персонал, завтрак и близость к аэропорту - это, пожалуй, единственные положительные факторы. Всё остальное было ужасным. Мы приехали ночью после рейса, нам дали комнату с огромным окном, на котором не было штор. Это было около четырех часов утра. В окно светил огромный фонарь. Ребенок и мы не могли уснуть. Около пяти часов малыш наконец-то уснул, но тут начался рассвет. В общем, мы измучались втроем. Ощущение - будто нас пытали лампой в лицо. Утром нас спросили, как мы спали. А мы не спали. Поэтому близость к аэропорту теряет свою смысл - тут не расслабиться, не поспать. Отдельные вопросы по чистоте. На кровати полно волос, на полу тоже. Запах в комнате отвратительный, видно было, что помещение не проветривали несколько дней. По этому поводу нам сказали: "Не открыли окна заранее, чтобы вашего малыша не продуло":))) Нам не дали ни одного полотенца! Умылись, вытерлись футболками и легли спать. Сил спускаться на ресепшн и просить о нормальном сервисе просто не было. Утром быстро оделись, стряхнули грязь с ног и скорее покинули номер. Нам пришлось подождать, когда приготовят завтрак. Мы были единственными в отеле. Видно было, что остальные люди - это семья. Мне очень жаль писать такой негативный отзыв, потому что для нас специально приготовили еду, нам помогли спустить тяжелые чемоданы. Но в целом это было ужасное начало отпуска. Понятно, что это не отель "5 звезд", но и даром мы тут тоже не останавливались.
• Daria (6/5): Оверпрайс - Отель удобно расположен — 5 минут от аэропорта. Хорошие кровати, просторные номера. В ванне есть все необходимое. Приятная территория, свежий ремонт. В ванной пахло канализацией. За окном — стройка и было очень шумно. У меня в стоимость входил завтрак, но никто не предупредил, во сколько он и как проходит. По просьбе приготовили кофе. Нет чистой воды. Предлагают пить из-под крана, но вкус у проточной воды очень неприятный, есть запах. Бассейн в конце августа не был очищен, им никто не пользуется. Вокруг самого отеля особо ничего нет в пешей доступности.

• Ruben (1/5): 👎 - Close to airport The room had several issues. One of the windows didn’t have blinds, which is a serious oversight, especially considering that many guests stay here due to very early or late flights and need to rest during odd hours. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. Also, the minibar/fridge was completely empty—no drinks or snacks at all. Unlike other nearby airport hotels I’ve stayed at, this one didn’t offer any airport transportation, even though it’s only a 1–2 minute drive from the terminal. Other hotels in the area provided this service for free, and at a lower nightly rate, often with better overall quality and service. There was no menu or price list available for meals. I ended up paying nearly the same amount for a single dinner as I did for the entire night’s stay. The food was extremely overpriced, especially considering I could have eaten better and for much less at top restaurants in central Yerevan. It gave the impression that prices were made up arbitrarily depending on where you’re from.

• Valentin (10/5): Great convenient stay - Location is within 5 minutes drive to the airport. Quiet room, comfortable beds and linen. We like larger beds. Room doors are noisy when people come in the middle of the night from the airport

• Matas (2/5): Feels like a camp, but it’s close to the airport—if that’s your thing - I chose this hotel only because it’s close to the airport. I arrived around 5 a.m., so that was the only advantage. Otherwise, never again. If I hadn’t been so tired and it was 5 p.m. instead, I definitely would have gone somewhere else. They offered me two rooms, both in the same condition. The first one had no curtains and was at ground level, directly facing a shared balcony where people could walk by—not ideal for privacy. So I chose the second option. It was barely furnished, with an old table and a random fridge stuck in the corner. There was nowhere to store my belongings, so I ended up placing all my clothes on a chair. The bathroom was just as disappointing: no curtain or glass around the shower, which was broken. There were exposed electrical wires, and an odd wooden panel awkwardly placed above the door.
• Jon (10/5): Can’t wait to visit them again. - Amazing hospitality, staying at this family owned & operated hotel is more like staying with friends and family. I arrived at Yerevan airport late at night & they were happy to send a car to pick me up. I was tired & hungry from a long day of traveling, they were happy to open their kitchen & put together a very nice meal so I wouldn’t go to bed Hungary. After I finished eating the owner & his wife sat and had tea with me as we talked about his family history and how the hotel came to be. Truly amazing hosts !! Nothing
• Mark (7/5): Good - Big room, classic style, great breakfast, huge omelette! Near airport. Staff were nice. Being charged for a taxi to the hotel for $$, when it should be free. Typical price is a few euros for a google km to this hotel, but they insisted on charging us, when booking said it's included 1 way free. Also, room price changed from booking. No time to argue, it was midnight. I would not stay again. Felt dishonest.

• Vitaly (5/5): Could be a nice and cozy place to stay if not for ongoing repairs and lack of heating - - A family-run hotel - Located just a couple of minutes drive from the airport - The window did not face the highway, so there was no noise from the road - During the night I could still hear the noise from the ground floor and the dining area through by room door - It was pretty cold in the room, especially in the bathroom - No wardrobe or other facility to hang your closes except for 1 chair - The breakfast was supposed to start at 9:00 but it was ready only by 9:15, and at 9:25 I had to leave to catch my flight - Some repairs are still ongoing at the hotel and its territory

• Nadezhda (10/5): I would love to return in the summer and stay there for longer. - The staff at the hotel is very friendly and kind. The hotel's location is excellent—just about 10 minutes from the airport. They offer a free transfer, which is very convenient if you arrive at night or early in the morning. Check-in is available 24 hours a day, and you can make payments by card at the reception through a terminal. The hotel restaurant serves both national dishes and European cuisine. Breakfast is often included in the room rate, and the food is delicious and prepared in a home-style manner using local products. I highly recommend it. You can order lunch and dinner at any time that suits you, but it's best to place your order in advance. I would love to return in the summer and stay there for longer.
