• Agnieszka (8/5): Dubrownik zachwyca swoją urodą a lokalizacja apartamentu zdecydowanie pomaga odkrywać jego uroki. - Lokalizacja Za dużo zbędnych przedmiotów niepotrzebnych do niczego a jedynie zbierających kurz, nieprzygotowane łóżko dla córki która z nami podróżowała.

• Walter (9/5): Great location in Old Town - Location and comfort. The directions to get there from the parking location. Consider taking an Uber to Polce Gate instead of walking through Pile Gate, even more of you bring luggage.
• Colette (8/5): Great stay at this apartment in a good location! Just make sure you iron your clothes as there isn’t an iron. - It was located in the centre, clean and had little complimentary bits like shampoos and body wash. There was no iron.

• Adrox (5/5): Great location and spacious apartment, but the light and bathroom issues spoiled the stay. - The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. Unfortunately, I can’t give this place a higher rating. The light above the bed could not be fully turned off and kept emitting a glow that made it hard to fall asleep. I reported the issue right away, but the owner explained: “The master bedroom light is actually designed that way, and we honestly didn’t realize it ourselves until recently. It always emits a soft glow and doesn’t turn completely off. I’m really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I’ll definitely replace those lights as soon as possible…” However, nothing was repaired or replaced during our stay, so it certainly wasn’t addressed “as soon as possible.” An apology alone didn’t solve the problem - especially since a good night’s sleep should be a top priority on vacation. Additionally, the bathroom could use some improvements: there is no shelf inside the shower to place toiletries during shower, and the mirror is mounted uncomfortably high, making it difficult to use.
• Verna (8/5): responsive host offers clean modern apartment in old building minutes walk from main fountain square excellent location, - location. host was incredibly responsive; apt is well equipped including basic cooking ingredients, towel drying rack etc plenty of towels. well designed space. very clean good shower very hard to identify door to enter as no # on street - i may have missed but should say enter through wooden doors in shape of arch; also strange light in ceiling stays on at night; must explain that garage is not 5 min walk and to ignore uber if they try to take you to any gate except Pile gate.

Manque peut être des rideaux occultants (une veilleuse au plafond est un peu génante..... Mais Jakob doit la changer)

• Sara (9/5): Overall we had a great stay - Great location and clean. It had everything we needed and it was easy to find. The beds are really uncomfortable and it needs better pillows.
• ed (7/5): Decent Apartment with some drawbacks very centrally located - So, the unit was ok sized and very centrally located. The A/C worked well. The unit was clean. Entry was via a lockbox and check in was via a QR code. Probably best if you are arriving by public transport. You can't drive anywhere near old town or you get fined $325 If you park at the garage it is a 20 minute walk up/down hill with your bags. The stairwell to the property is disgusting. Twice I saw used condom wrappers on the stairs. They don't lock the stairwell door but instead put up a sign about not peeing in the stairwell, which I assure you is ignored. The fold out sofa does not fold out so it can only sleep a small person. But the unit is central and clean.

• Andriy (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very cool and modern, located in the heart of the old town, very spacious and modern, large bathroom, cool big bed. I can recommend it as a worthy option for an adequate price. The only minus is the garage which is a good 20 minutes from the apartment, but it is there and it cannot but please, parking in Dubrovnik costs a lot of money. Entering the lobby area of the building needs some work (peeling paint and insects spotted). Shower didnt drain well.
