• Robertakts (7/5): - Posizione abbastanza tranquilla, periferica, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene utilizzando Uber e con pochi euro eravamo in centro. Di fronte si trova un mini market, molto comodo per le piccole spese. L'appartamento è ben fornito, essenziale e pulito. I letti abbastanza comodi. Sicuramente un' ottima sistemazione per chi si ferma qualche notte. Odore sgradevole proveniente dalle fognature e mancanza di finestre per arieggiare.

• Federico (6/5): Mini vacanza in famiglia - Accogliente e pulito. Vicino alla fermata del pullman. L'acqua calda arrivava ogni 20 minuti e durava circa per 10 minuti. Le forchette erano solo 3 e noi eravamo 4 persone.

• Antonella (4/5): Male - Appartamento molto carino L'appartamento si trova su strada, su un marciapiede, non ci sono finestre quindi bisogna aprire la porta per avere aria. C'è uno scaldabagno che dopo 1 doccia di una bambina aveva già terminato l'acqua calda (abbiamo dovuto scaldarla con le pentole). Ho contattato la struttura, non rispondendomi ho contattato il servizio clienti di booking che sono stati prontissimi per contattarla loro personalmente, ma non ha risposto neanche a loro. Ho ricevuto una risposta dopo 35 minuti in cui mi si avvisava dello scaldabagno. L'appartamento era sporco: un orecchino di ospite precedente in cucina, fazzoletto sporco a terra,molliche di pane sul divano. Quando l'ho fatto presente mi è stato risposto che avrebbe chiesto informazioni alla ditta di pulizie. Poi più nulla. Il divano letto non era neanche aperto per la notte (prenotazione per 4 persone, chiaramente non sarebbe bastato un solo letto matrimoniale). A disposizione lenzuola, ma nessun coprimaterasso.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Probably the best sofa bed I've ever slept on. And thankfully on the ground floor so I didn't have to get any suitcases upstairs. I'd happily stay here again. A little far from the centre of the city, but has restaurants and shops around.

• Laurent (5/5): Fair experience, as the rooms are located on the ground floor, opening directly on the street. - The design and decoration of the room. The size of the room and the bathroom. The equipment of the room. Quite clean. And good location within Valencia, with a commercial mall next door. Ground floor location, opening directly on the street. My room was adjacent to the Dance School next door, which was quite noisy as the soundproofing of the room is very light overall.
• Azeezat (8/5): Lovely stay at the apartment. - Nice neighbourhood, everything is calm around the facility. It had protective burglary proof for additional security. The apartment is well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and spacious bathroom. There is a curtain demarcation of the bedroom room and the living room. The setup was nice. Washing machine liquid was not provided. Would have been nice to have a full-length mirror in the bedroom. The noise from the dance class next door. Aside from these, everything was perfect.
