- SABA (4/5): Not a five star hotel anymore. - Location 1. I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, but was placed on a smoking floor. The entire level was filled with smoke, making it difficult to access my room without the odor entering whenever the door opened. Additionally, the hotel lobby was not conducive to business meetings, as it was daily occupied by young individuals taking photos, which felt inappropriate for a five-star establishment. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a more comfortable and professional environment for future guests.

- David (9/5): Excellent hotel for our staycation - The room was big and with great features, like automatic curtains and a tv for the bathtub. Nice long bench with a good view of the city. It is located immediately next to a subway station which is convenient. The gym and pool are also good. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, which wasn't a great first impression to walking in the room. Other than that it was good.

- Natacha (10/5): Exceptional - It is an excelente hotel in Wuhan. The beauty of interior design, the cuban music at night in the bar, the generosity of staff, the amazing and complete breakfast. We cannot put the temperature of the room lower because the hotel decide the temperature for all rooms together.

The room is very big with an enormous walk-in shower and a beautiful sunken bath. The bed was more than comfortable. The gym was great. I didn't even try the pool, I was so busy enjoying everything. Really loved my stay here. Nothing.

When I told them I will leave early morning on the day I check out, they immediately told me that they can pack breakfast for me, that makes me really like being home ! There is partition between toilet and shower space, feel a bit confined when using toilet.
