• Mike (5/5): Clean, great location, but incredibly small. - Host was responsive and courteous. SUPER small and cramped for two people. Felt like we were on a boat.
• Miriam (4/5): Troppo troppo troppo piccola - La posizione ottima! Stanza minuscola, è assurdo affittarla a due persone perché al massimo può starcene una! Il bagno senza una reale porta, non arieggiato è veramente troppo piccolo! All'interno della camera non c'era spazio per muoversi né per poggiare qualcosa.

Eso no es un estudio, es una habitación enana con una cama nido, no tiene donde dejar las cosas, los colchones son malísimos y las láminas del somier se desencajan todo el tiempo. El baño es muy pequeño y está descuidado y las cañerías hacían mucho ruido. La cortina estaba llena de moho. No volvería nunca

• Francesca (5/5): - The position was great and the host was very nice There is no wardrobe/closet, the door doesn’t properly lock, and the water at some point started running ice cold… all in all I wasn’t expecting a 5-star hotel, I choose a place that would serve me to gay a quick shower in between meetings and get some sleep at night, but honestly with all these things not working, it was disappointing

• Abigail (2/5): No le encontré el encanto - La ubicación Muy pequeño, no había ni para colgar la ropa, viejo, los colchones súper incómodos, sobretodo el de la cama de abajo lleno de bultos, porque era una cama individual con otra debajo.
• snadjet (1/5): Bad , Even though spending the holiday in Madrid is fun and exciting, but not in this apartment - Localisation The apartment doesn't suit two people, just one. The heating is insufficient. The toilet makes really annoying noises when used. The bathroom is very cramped. The cleanliness of the bedding is very lacking. The kitchen isn't prepared at all. The landlord should reconsider the price and also fix it up to make it suitable for clients.
• Monica (8/5): Muy Pequeño, buena ubicación - la ubicación todo era incómodo, la cama, la ducha, muy pequeño menos mal que iba sola. Casi siempre tuve que subir andando, el ascensor no funcionaba

• Nerea (4/5): - La zona La cama se desmontaba (las tablas), cada vez que te movías, deberían poner una plancha o algo parecido. El váter hacia ruido luego de tirar de la cisterna, un pitido que se alargaba hasta 20 minutos. La televisión casi no la usamos porque iba lenta.

• Berta (1/5): Muy mala experiencia, nos sentimos timadas! - Para empezar es imposible que cumpla con los metros cuadrados que promete (teniendo en cuenta que la cama abierta hara 1’50 y quedan pocos centimetros mas para ponerse de pie) porque no hay espacio ni para dejar las maletas. Pero eso no fue lo peor; la cama de abajo estaba completamente rota, ellos se desentendieron diciendo “que los anteriores inquilinos la habian roto y no lo habian comentado” . Entre en reseñas y me di cuenta que no era cierto, que ellos ya eran conecedores de esto y habian puesto unos cartones. Para rematar; el calor que hace en ese “”estudio”” no es normal; no está acondicionado. Tuvimos que congelar aguas para poder dormir, porque estando estiradas sudabamos. Y de verdad; yo tengo un estudio vacacional sin aire acondicionado y por lo menos tenemos la solución de un ‘pinguino’ . El trato fue pésimo, pedimos soluciones y unicamwnte recibimos excusas. Es la primera vez que tengo una experiencia de este tipo. Me siento muy enfadada! Mi madre tiene problemas de salud, tuvieron mucha suerte que no me la tuve que llevar de urgencias.

• Travel (3/5): Central location but silly small and expensive. - Good central location is the only thing good about the so called apartment. This is basically a tiny bedsit rather than an apartment . We are fortunately not big people otherwise this size would be almost impossible. The room was about 4 x 4 meters in size and a person has to climb over the partner to get out of bed. The shower cubical was about 3 x floor tiles wide and impossible to bend over while in the shower. Cooking facilities very basic. I am sure there is better value for money in the are.
• Aneta (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is perfectly located. Just in the middle of city centre, many shopping options nearby and many restaurants, where anyone can go and grab something to eat. However, the apartment is really small, so when you travel as a group of two. You will have no space at the apartment when the other bed is pulled out. When the second bed was pulled out, we found out, there is a dust everywhere. Mainly on the bed sheets which was really unpleasant (hey, I am planning to sleep there) and this is something which would be great to reduce and focused on. To make sure the clients have everything super clean, nice & cozy.

• Maria (1/5): IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD STAYING, STAY THERE - localização . not a kind host . Very small room, it's not a studio but a room . No heating . In the middle of the shower no more hot water and I had to listen that I had a long shower which is not true beacause the bath room was very bad . Noise and odors from toilet . Bad with an old mattress, very uncomfortable

• Sharon (2/5): Not pleasant - Location Everything. The studio was extremely small it’s impossible to cook in there. The bathroom smell so bad. The structure of the room was not ideal. The bathroom was literally at the head of the bed and the smell made it impossible to sleep. It was so uncomfortable that I had to find a hotel for a couple of days; just to get away from that place.
