• Anonymous (9/5): Just home last night and I miss it this morning. - I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The views were stunning. It was a relaxed atmosphere, mainly quiet and the staff was friendly. It had what I needed to be comfortable. I felt secure. This is not a hotel; which was what I was looking for because my stay was for over a week and a hotel would have felt restricted. Just understand what it offers and you won’t be disappointed.

• Cindy (9/5): Amazing location and view! - Location was amazing, supermarket is across the street and busses stop right outside the complex too. The beach and pool access from the balcony is very convenient. The apartment is very nicely decorated and they even provided snorkels, beach towels, games etc. We loved the stay! You can see from the outside that the complex is a little order, but everything was functional and the staff really looked after the place
• Lucia (7/5): Once we adjusted to the bathroom and tv problems, we really enjoyed the property for the price. - The pool and beach and use of loungers was great The bathroom needs an upgrade- the taps and shower head were not working properly and the shower floor was leaking into the bathroom. A piece of the bathroom vanity just fell off. The coffee maker broke. We needed one more small pot for cooking
• Florencio (10/5): An Amazing Oceanfront Location and Wonderful Beach - I loved staying at this lovely retro studio in Cancun! The location is amazing, with the Turquoise Caribbean Ocean right at your doorstep! The view from my condo was beautiful and literally just steps from the beach and pool. I loved everything about this Cancun Studio, which came equipped with a kitchenette, dining table and terrace set. I especially enjoyed the beautiful beach (90% free of rocks) and crystal clear waters of the Caribbean! I am grateful to Angel & Alexis for their dedicated attention and personal touch to complement a perfect stay. I highly recommend this lovely Studio in Cancun. A great value for Money.
• Jon (7/5): Some good, some not. - We only stayed one night so can't really comment on the facilities. The studio is very nice, great location and view, clean and comfortable. But the building and facilities are definitely showing their age, with rust, peeling paint and cracked tiles pretty common. Restaurant food was just bad. It all worked out ok for us but for an extended stay you wouldn't want to pay top dollar...
• Michal (10/5): Exceptional - Very smart apartment with few steps to magic pool. Easy and friendly comunication with owner. Great quite location for people who likes to enjoy more than be on one place the hole day. Local public bus transport is easy, cheep and funny. You can visit more beaches with public acces and downtown of Cancun very simply.
• Flovallarta (8/5): Good value, great host and very nice unit location even so a little old as the rest of the resort. - The host Angel and Alexis (the concierge) were great and made it very easy organizing transportation, dinning advises etc..The place is perfectly located next to the pool and the beach and well equipped. Lots of details which makes it much better than a simple hotel suite. The resort itself is a little old and could use some maintenance but the staff are great, pool is very nice as well as the beach with the sun beds and umbrellas.

• Grant (6/5): Average - Access to pool and beach were great. Right out the back door. Had the basics for creating a meal in the room. Buses to Cancun came by regularly. Only 12 pesos to ride the length of the Hotel Zone. A door handle to assist with opening and closing the front door would have been very helpful. Without it you must grab the electronic lock by the sides to pull open and closed. Not much in the way of walkable amenities in the area. We walked down past a public beach (very nice) to the north. Got hungry and stopped at hotel that had a restaurant (according to Google maps). We were told it was only for guests of the restaurant.
• Abbigail (8/5): Relaxing. - The views are phenomenal, absolutely gorgeous. There was security full time & staff available whenever needed. Very attentive. A cockroach did land on my pillow right before we went to bed, but it is an older building.
• Damon (9/5): Superb - The location could not be better at the quiet end of the hotel zone, only a few feet from the ocean with direct access from the back patio. The condo itself is cute and comfortable.

• Gabriela (6/5): Beautiful infinity pool and location - yet very old hotel and not the tidiest - Amazing view and location with the pool. The hotel in which the ‘flat’ was situated is very old and run down. The bathroom needs renovation, shower was dripping and hard to control water temperature. The lock of the front door was very old and difficult to lock and unlock from the inside. Bedsheets and towels were not very clean. Oddly it was stated that guests need to pay if they stain it and yet some stains were there anyway.
• Andreas (9/5): A very pleasant, relaxing, stylish, comfortable stay, with all the amenities, at a reasonable price! - While this is not a place with the newest luxury stylish furniture, it is a spacious, bright, super clean, lovingly appointed room in a prime location on the premise right above the pool with your own little balcony and access to the awesome pool area. The view is fantastic, especially at sunrise. Angel is a very responsive host helping you out every step of the way. Lovers and families alike will unfold their relaxation here! With a few steps you are right on the beach. The water and its colors are incredible, but you have to find a place a little further down the beach to go swimming: there are rocks in front of the hotel and if there are waves it can be tricky to get in and out safely if you are not really athletic. One day there was also a bit of kelp, which is unpleasant. This is all made up by the magnificent pool and pool bar!
• Rachelle (9/5): Pool and beach literally on your doorstep! - The view is exactly as shown in the photos! Pool was right outside the door and then the beach just beyond it. The hotel provides free deck chairs and umbrellas at the pool and on the beach they had very comfy soft beds to lounge on. There was also a pool bar which was fun! Across the rd from the hotel is an Oxxo where you can buy cheaper priced food including fresh cooked tacos, which helped us stay within our budget. The room was comfortable with a little kitchenette so we could make our own food, we appreciated the free coffee, and the host had kindly left some drinking water for us which was really appreciated. It's a great place but manage your expectations- the resort is quite old, and so the apartment does have some flaws due to ageing. The shower didn't drain well and you need to leave the aircon running always to reduce humidity in the apartment otherwise the floor gets wet. The place is old, but the apartment is comfortable enough and the view and location is incredible! Also the host is so super helpful and answered any questions we had plus sent a list of restaurant recommendations and other helpful tips.

• Sasha (9/5): Lovely place to stay - Beautiful clean room with AC and parking, exactly as described. You need to communicate the arrival time to get the keys, and there is no luggage storage. If you need to check out and wait, it can be a problem. However, the host was absolutely wonderful: answered everything instantly, welcomed us with fruits and allowed to check out later to help us out. His attitude covers for any little inconvenience there might be. I recommend this place 100%. It's a little inconvenient to not have the flexibility to arrive whenever you want, but it is minor. Also, the beach is very rocky, it was impossible to get into the water, so we couldn't enjoy the private beach unfortunately. The pool is wonderful though, very clean and big and has lots of beds and umbrellas to enjoy the sunshine. There's a happy hour on all cocktails, so just ask about it when you arrive.

• Alicia (9/5): Would Definitely Consider Staying Again - If you just want to replace by the pool or on the beach, this is the perfect location. We had the balcony on the end & stairs to access the pool area & the perfect view. Angel was a perfect 😇. She was very helpful & very responsive. Lupita was waiting for us when we arrived, she checked us in at the front desk, & showed us to our room. We had a kitchenette (by US standards) but it was sufficient for being on vacation. The supplied kitchenware was also sufficient. There's 24hr security and pool hours are 9a-9p, we were politely informed that we could not sit with our feet in the pool. Nothing bad, we just didn't know and the guard was kind enough to find out the pool hours for us. There's an on-site restaurant too. There were some minor things that we shared with the owner, the Lock on the door being the major of them all; we had trouble unlocking it from time-to-time. Water pressure isn't the greatest, but it gets the job done. 🙂 Exercise expectation management. This is not a high-end resort if that is what you are used to. It's an older building but it's safe and clean. We were not expecting to clean the unit as part of our check out, and we didn't know how to dispose of the trash (I think the trash room has later business hours than the time we departed.) As stated above, great place to just relax. Not the best location for seeing the temples. We did a tour & spent 5+ hours going to/from.

• Daisy (10/5): I would stay here again - My stay was incredible. The place is amazing, and Angel's attention was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Cancun. The area is good; there is an Oxxo next door, and the hotel has a restaurant that I enjoyed with my mom. The food and prices are good. I recommend it! It has a sea view, and the pool is large.
• Ashley (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at this accommodation for 6 days . It was the Perfect accommodation right on the beachfront . Everything you can need is near this accommodation: restaurants , drinks and the pool. The best part was being only steps away from the beach . The accommodation was clean and if I needed assistance with anything , there was someone available to assist. I highly recommend this accommodation . ☺️ Nothing :)
• Yevheniia (10/5): Exceptional - don’t remember when last time i left feedback, but this is that case! very good option for short vacay, amazing location, close to nice restaurant(50 feet) on the water with crocodiles and good food, u ll be located right on the beach+endlees pool and bar, super nice listen to the ocean breeze. u have cabanas and beach louge, separate wanna tell about hosts. we had everything se need in the room, kitchen with all utensils, nice bedsheets and towels for the beach and bathroom, cream for tan, aloe after tan. important! surprising for Mexico good smart customer service, fast and helpful. recommended!! nothing
