• Yiwei (5/5): Great location. Terrible management company and facilities. - The location of the property is exceptional, very close to the Duomo and train stations. The management company is terrible. They didn’t prepare enough sheets and the extra bedding in the closet has strong smell. The management company agreed to send cleaners to deliver the sheets but they never showed up. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom but it can’t be used because it will turn off the power of the entire unit. Washer/dryer takes 6 hours for one load and the stove doesn’t work.

• Nejla (5/5): Apartman je stvarno okej uređen i moderan, ali čistoća je strava. - Svidjelo mi se što je blizu javnog prijevoza i Duomo katedrale. Nije mi se svidjelo što je bilo jako prljavo, stavili smo da tri osobe borave u apartmanu, a oni su stavili posteljinu za samo dvije osobe. Deke i popluni su bili samo zamotani i nabijeni u ormar kao da nikad nitko to nije slagao i prao. Kad smo došli prvi dan, u apartmanu je bilo jako hladno, klimu da prokužiš moraš biti inžinjer. Obzirom da je zima i dosta hladno, očekivano je da apartman bar malo bude ugrijan, a ne da se ja i prijateljice navečer smrzavamo i drhtimo od hladnoće. Sve je jako prljavo i ono što je kao oprano bilo je puno dlaka. Wc prljav, očekuju da očistiš za sobom, a oni nisu očistili za tebe.

• Mila (7/5): Nice and would go there again if they improve the service - Nice design, perfect location. Cozy and modern. There was not enough hot water for 3 people. The overs of the sheets were not comfortable and the inner one is always out of it- not higenic.

• Ruben (1/5): No vuelvo a Joivy - La ubicación es buena. Desayuno no aplica La limpieza en general, dejó bastante que desear, especialmente la vajilla que tenía restos de comida. El sofá cama era pésimo. Dormir en él era muy incómodo. El agua caliente alcanzaba para una sola ducha, la segunda tenía que usar agua fría o esperar que el termotanque recuperará. No había repasador, la provisión de papel higiénico era insuficiente para 3 personas durante 4 días. El departamento no tiene caja de seguridad, nos proveyeron 1 sola llave para 3 adultos independientes y la puerta tenía picaporte del lado de afuera, o sea totalmente inseguro.

• Muzummil (2/5): totally disappointed . I f I could I would have taken them to court. The company spoiled my vacation - location was close to center Automatic unlock system was a failure. Airconditioning was a failure. Tap were leaking in the washroom . Too Noisy outside. worst customer service . No Host present ever . All corridoors and stairs were dark with no lights.

• Dimitra (5/5): Needs improvement - The location was convenient to the center and next to a top choice for fantastic pizza and pasta. We arrived around 21:30 at night and while the accommodation had been contacted in the morning via whats app about how we would receive the keys and enter the house, unfortunately the keys were not placed where they should have been and we stayed outside for about 1 hour without helping us over the phone. And they didn't find a solution for us, no one came to open for us!!!! They called us in the morning. Unacceptable!!! we found the solution ourselves to be able to enter the apartment.
• Aleksei (3/5): Good location, fast internet and lots of unpleasant surprises - The location is amazing – 15 mins to all main points of interest. The internet is very fast. Small pieces of advice to future guests: Be careful with the shower – one door of the cabin is missing, so the floor will get wet fast. Don't use kettle or washing machine or stove at the same time – you'll end up with a blackout (no electricity at all). If you end up with a blackout, you'll have to go to -1 floor to turn it back on. But don't let the elevator doors close! To open them you'll need a key and those keys are not provided. If you have an issue, write to the customer support, they will help but in 2-3 days. Don't be surprised, if you'll find dirty bottles and stinky socks from previous guests. The frying pad is inductive but the frying pan is not made for inductive pads - so better bring your own. There are no appliances to use with the stove - so better bring your own. And just in case: this apartment is listed to have two bedrooms but the second bedroom happens to be a couch in the kitchen.

• Etai (8/5): nice apartment, good location, slightly over priced - easy and friendly to use check-in and getting in to the apartment, good location within Milan, over all the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. we arrived at 14:00 when check-in is from 15:00, and were not able to enter even to leave our luggage. There was constant light in the room closet (due to bad installation) that disturbed during the night, the shower missed one part of the glass door (maintenance should improve). When we tried calling to deal with some of the issues, we reached a call center that was not able to connect with the local team and provide real answers.
• Amsatou (9/5): Beautiful flat in Milan - The property is centrally located and we did not have to take any public transport to visit any of the key touristic attractions as they were all within walking distance. The flat was clean and beautifully decorated. We had amazing Italian food throughout our stay for our three meals as bakeries, cafés and restaurants are all within minutes walk from the flat. We tried to clear the rubbish before heading to the airport and did not realise you needed a key to call the lift from Level -1. We left our teenage daughters and did not consider taking our phones with us as we thought it would be a quick trip to the rubbish area. We got stuck there and no help was available. There is not even a visible fire exit from there. It ruined the experience as it was quite traumatic being in there with no way of getting out until thankfully our kids got worried and came to check on us. I would encourage you to make this clear to your guests or highlight that guests should not go to the rubbish area.
