• Mariana (6/5): Nice location but the house could be more prepared. - Very Wide and Spacious. Nice location. One of the room sockets was completely out and after turning on the heat, the power was out for a full hour.
• Roman (3/5): Good example of how an indifferent host can ruin the impression of good apartments - Good location. Dishwasher and washing machine are available. The apartment is spacious and bright. In general, the apartment has everything you need. Overall, the apartment is quite nice and comfortable. It has everything, but many things do not work properly. If the dishwasher or washing machine is working and someone uses the shower, the electricity goes off because the water heater is electric. This happened regularly. The electricity on the second floor is intermittent. Sometimes it's works, sometimes it's not, so you'll have to use stairs in the dark. Very dangerous. The bathroom door on the second floor does not close at all, so we could not use it. The biggest problem was the complete lack of support from the host. I was travelling with my girlfriend, and we both work remotely, so Wi-Fi was absolutely critical for us. Although Wi-Fi was listed, but it did not work at all. The host did not help and simply replied: “WiFi is not provided”. When the electricity problems started, the host again did not help and only said: “reset the switchboard”. Host also never explained how to get from the airport, even after I asked. The only answer was “take a taxi”, without mentioning that there is also a bus.

• Carlos (8/5): Muito Agradável - Gostei da Localização da casa e da organização da mesma, tinha elevador, check in e check out muito facil de se fazer, e obtive sempre resposta por parte do responsável, Falta de Internet durante toda a estadia, e havia muitas coisas danificadas e com fita cola no alojamento, o que entendo, mas deixa um pouco de desconforto porque as vezes pode se danificar nas nossas mãos e é chato
